They took care of my special needs cats for 2 months this past summer and had to deal with some challenging situations when an historic storm hit the city and destroyed the roof of our apartment. Throughout it all they remained so postive, communicative and helpful--trying their best to reassure us not to worry!! I could tell they both bonded with and loved my cats--they were so attentive to both their medical needs and their emotional well-being in the wake of the storm. Above and beyond it all, they left the house in immaculate condition, left us a delicous homemade stew, and expertly captured the personalities of my cats in a beautiful piece of art. Consider yourself incredibly fortunate if you land these two as your sitters. You cannot ask for better.
Rosalyn was wonderful with our pets and home. We knew our cats were in great hands; she was so warm and attentive to their needs and personalities. She communicated with us well before and during our trip, letting us know when one of the cats wasn't eating and finding out what we wanted her to do.
