We recently moved from the US to England and were very weary of leaving our precious dog with anyone while we are aware. Sam has made us feel more than comfortable leaving our dog in her care. She is extremely responsive and communicative while we are away. Our dog always comes home well cared for and happy. She created a warm welcoming environment for us and our dog. We are happy to leave our dog with Sam and would recommend her for anyone!

We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.
Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.
Agnes is kind and thoughtful. She is loved my pooch and us hoomans. She has been a big presence in our dogs life since we bought him home and he's always extremely excited to see her. Can't rate her highly enough

100% would recommend Creature Comforts! My excitable dog absolutely loves his group walks and always comes back tired out - which is certainly a challenge! Hayley and Paul have been absolutely great with him, and always flexible if you need to drop in an extra walk due to work commitments etc.
We’re really happy and pleased with the service provided, Ivy loves both Hayley and Paul so much and is always really excited to see them! We think the time she is out for on the walks for is really beneficial for her - she always comes back tired and well exercised! We like that she is able to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment, and they try to match the energies of the dogs to support this.
I’ve been using creature comforts since Ozzy was a puppy so over 2 years now and they are incredible. Ozzy loves going out with his gang, so much so that he hates walking alone now. Hayley and Paul care for Ozzy like he is their own. They are flexible, reliable and responsive. Thanks to creature comforts I can go out to work without having to worry about my dog. I have used Creature Comforts for the last couple of years and not only has my Tilly made new friends but I have too. Both Hayley and Paul have gone above and beyond with their support. They are friendly reliable and so very caring for the dogs in their care. Tilly knows the days when she is going out and she waits looking out the window. She really loves her time out with them and she even cries when they go I know that Tilly is having a great time and she loves to go out and have fun and I know that she is being well cared for.
We would highly recommend. We have been using Creature Comforts for a year. Woody loves them. Every week he sits and waits at the window for Paul and he is so excited to see him. It’s nice to know Woody is getting the stimulation he needs. His recall has also improved from the walks.

Hayley walked my previous dog and now walks my very lively but loveable rescue puppy. The needs of each dog are very different but always more than met, and Archie has a fantastic time on his group walks. Being a lockdown pup and a rescue I was very concerned that he would have limited socialisation and the group walks and puppy socials have made sure that is not the case, he is growing into a well balanced dog with Hayley’s support. I always know that he will be safe, well looked after and happy, retuning from his walk excited to tell me about it and then fall exhausted into a deep sleep.
My dog was terrible off lead before Hayley started taking her for a walk. She's taught her recall and just general walking mannerisms and it's now a delight to walk my dog! Couldn't recommend her enough. Luna always comes home tired and content and sleep half the afternoon. Good value for the amount of time she's taken on a walk. Couldn't recommend enough!!!
I have being using Hayley services for the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I find her to be very professional and very knowledgeable in the services that she offers. She treats my dog as if it was her own and he looks forward to his walks with her. I couldn't imagine nor would I want anyone else to take care of my dog. I can not recommend Hayley highly enough. You will not be disappointed by the service you will receive if you went with her.

Our 3 dogs have stayed here a few times now. Very accomodating and friendly people who have a good knowledge and love of dogs. Visitors are welcomed without an appointment and kennels and runs are always clean. Our dogs have always come home happy after a stay at Bolstrode.
Always put the dogs needs first. Our dog has bee a frequent visitor for the last eleven years. She never has a problem going off with one of the girls. They tell us she gets many short walks per day. What can I say, we would be lost without them.
The first time I've used these kennels and I'm so pleased I've found somewhere close to home where I know my lovely, elderly dog is cared for so well. She needs cuddles as much as food and when she came home I could tell she had been really well cared for. The best kennels I've ever used.
I've been using these kennels for about 9 years now I think. My two staffies were always extremely well looked after during my regular 2-3 week visits to Australia, as well as shorter breaks. Over time Chris and Yvonne have become like extended family and I know I can trust them to do their very best for my precious cargo. I only have the younger one of the two now. Nowadays I live a 2hr drive away . However there is still nowhere else I would be happy to leave him for an extended period. Knowing he is safe and cared for and the peace of mind that brings is priceless.
Excellent kennels, our dog had an 18 day stay and came home A very happy dog, couldnt ask for any more really. Excellent prices and care, we will use this as our go to kennels from now on... they also do military discount which in England is a rarity, nice to know that there are people out there that actually appreciate what our soldiers do for us.

We have been boarding our whippet with Wendy and Colin regularly. They are both so caring and professional in the way they look after Lola and their communication is excellent. We know that we are leaving her in good hands. She has always returned home happy and healthy. We would not hesitate to recommend the kennels.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We were really worried about boarding our dog. We did not need to board our previous dog so had no experience and no idea what to expect. Both Wendy and Colin impressed us immediately with their dog knowledge and attitude. He did not look back when we left him and was his normal excited self when we returned to collect him. We would have no hesitation in boarding him here again. Thank you both for taking such good care of him.
Recently put our dog Bailey in kennels for 1st time. Both Colin and Wendy were absolutely great, experienced in offering reassurance as I felt quite anxious. Came back off holiday, Bailey absolutely fine, good feedback. Both are very experienced and compassionate about dogs. Would highly recommend these kennels and certainly will be using them again.
We put the dogs Spirit and Honey into the kennels as we were having work done at the house which meant their was nowhere for the dogs while the work was being carried out. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough. They were brilliant at making us feel confident in leaving the dogs with them and looking after their needs. Spirit is a sensitive dog and doesn't like change. We had to extend their stay at the kennels as we hit a few problems when the works were being carried out so it ended up being 6 weeks. We were worried about Spirit as when he has stayed in kennels previously he has always come back home poorly. We needn't have worried this time as they both came home happy and contented and Spirit was fit and healthy. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough for their helpfulness and our weekly catch ups when we checked in on how the dogs were doing. We will only being using Rowan House in future when we need kennels and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tina and Christopher
Well. Just picked up Ed and Clary our very special rescue dogs. It's difficult to leave them behind but sometimes you just have to. I would not use any other kennels. Wendy is really understanding and takes care of the pups as if they were her own. She has a soft spot for Ed... Which is lucky because he has had a real tough journey in his early years and can be a challenge. Friendly, always accomodating even at short notice. Definately a five star service!!!
Wendy made us feel super comfortable leaving our 2-year-old Vizslador with her and Colin. We had a wedding nearby and Wendy was super accommodating.

The lady, Rose, who greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. Took details of my 2 cats and their dietary needs/feeding instructions before drop off. However, on collection found that she had fed what she felt was right, not what was instructed, on my cat who has special dietary needs. Also, the cat boxes stayed in the pen (not a problem in itself) but the towels inside smelt badly of urine on collection a week later (not great) - this does not happen at our usual cattery. On this basis would be reluctant to use again or recommend.
I left my young kitten 2 years ago and he was very happy there, the conditions were super and the staff very friendly and careful with the cats. I made a booking in a short of time and i was very happy that they helped me and found a comfy and safe place for my little one in order that he didn't felt alone or abandoned. I really strong recommend them. Thanks so much.
Our cat Pepper stayed with Graham and Rose's cattery for a week in August 2019, and all of us could not have been happier. The cattery was full when we arrived and it was quiet and extremely clean. it is well positioned with windows that the cats can all look out of at the trees and suchlike in the surrounding garden. Pepper had her own room and although being nervous at first she settled in quickly as it is a peaceful and comfortable place. She will be going back there next time.
Rose and Graham communicate well from the point of first enquiry. They are helpful and responsive and booking information is comprehensive but very straightforward. The cattery is clean and well organised, with fans and air con for summer months. Our cats settled really well, even if it took a few days for our more nervous cat. Rose updated us on how they were doing when we emailed to see how they were. Upon our return the boys were very content and Rose clearly knew them well and had spent time with them and knew their characters. They settled back into home life really well too, and seemed unfazed by their holiday. Would definately use again and recommend to anybody we know!
Wonderfull, friendly service that kept our cat happy while we were on holiday. The pens were a good size, with space for the cats to eat, sleep and play. Had a wide range of food available for them. Our cat was very happy to see us and adjusted very quickly to staying here. Would recommend and if we ever need a cattery, we'll be putting our cat here.
Colin has just returned from a weeks stay at Applebee, he was so well looked after and cared for. We will definitely be sending our boy back next time we go away, he had a great holiday too! Highly recommend.
Super cattery - well run and the needs of the individual cats (and the owners) taken fully in to account. We have a young and a very old cat and both were as happy and relaxed in the cattery as at home. Our flight was delayed but Rose and Graham were very understanding and supportive. They changed their arrangements at the last minute without any fuss. This was greatly appreciated. We will use this cattery again without hesitation.
I took my cat Smokey to stay here whilst I went on holiday. I could see straight away that he would be well looked after. When I picked him up today he was very relaxed and settled. He seemed to have really bonded with Rose and Graham, which he only does with people he likes. The cattery is scrupuously clean and each pen is spacious. There is a nice view out of the window for the cats overlooking the garden. Smokey had lots of cuddles each day. I will book Smokey in for his holiday at Applebee, when I next go away as I fully trust Rose and Graham to take good care of him.
Fantastic cattery. The best facilities I have seen in any cattery. Everything is spotlessly clean and well thought out. On collection my cats were very relaxed and didn't seem to be in any rush to come home (which is highly unusual). The owners are lovely, kind and friendly people. This is the only cattery I will use going forward. It's simply the best!
Our little fur baby Stampy (4 year old male) stayed at Applebee Cattery in June and July, and I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed! Rose and Graham are the sweetest couple and absolutely love the cats. The cats have their own room and viewing perch. The accommodation is completely secure, clean and set in a very beautiful garden. I was really nervous about leaving Stampy as he’s never been in a cattery before, but when you meet Rose and Graham it’s clear they know what they are doing and take note of everything you say. The cats are very well looked after and get treated like the kings and queens they are ;-) - if you are looking for cattery, please do consider Applebee Cattery it is first class and we will definitely be booking Stampy in again!
