This is my first experience of using the services of zeewoi and my first review. Adam and Roko took care of our two cats, Tazzie and Lenny, and our home last week. They were fabulous and we would have them house-sit for us again in a heartbeat. If I could give Adam and Roko a 10-star rating (instead of 5), I would! My only regret is that I didn't get to meet them in person. From the moment I first communicated with Adam and Roko over a Whatsapp video call I felt their warmth, a very comfortable connection and I could tell immediately that they have a genuine love of animals. I felt completely comfortable leaving our home and the care of our pets in their capable hands. Throughout their stay, Adam and Roko provided us with much welcome updates and also photos of Taz and Len which we greatly appreciated. It was so reassuring to receive an update every few days and to know that all was going well at home! Prior to the house-sit, Adam and Roko met with my husband, Brenton, to go through the details of the sit. Brenton also was struck by their care, attention to detail regarding the house and Taz and Len's routines, and their desire to make the house-sit a great experience for all of us. When I returned after a very long day of travelling, our home was immaculate (literally sparkling), our bins were out, Roko and Adam had already watered our large garden, and they had very thoughtfully and generously restocked our fridge. They also left chocolates, flowers and a card. I was touched and we are very grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness and for their meticulous and respectful care of our home and our beloved Taz and Len. Our main concern when leaving our home for any period of time especially over summer is that Taz and Len are well cared for and the garden stays alive! We needn't have worried. Adam and Roko looked after the boys, the garden and our home beautifully and it would be lovely to have them again in the future. They always went above and beyond what we requested and with generosity, care and a genuine willingness to help. Thank you so much Adam and Roko.
