Kate and Brad are a wonderful couple. They thoroughly cleaned the house before I arrived and left me some lovely coconut snacks, along with very detailed and helpful instructions. Their dog Tucker is very loving and easy to look after. He spent most of the time next to me, and would cuddle against me as I watched TV at night. Their house is beautiful and the neighborhood very peaceful. I'd recommend sitting for them to whoever is able to :)
I greatly enjoyed my sit with Bobby and Teddy and the Cockatiel. There were two bird feeders outside that also brought me entertainment. The dogs were so personable and endearing! Beth and Mark were generous and accommodating. I was in the area to visit with my son and some friends, so the three weeks I spent at their house went by quickly. January in Minnesota can be very cold and I was not disappointed! Even a snow storm.

It was an absolute pleasure to house sit for Jennie in Pottsville. The home, pool & gardens are beautiful & extremely comfortable. A wonderful pathway behind the house takes you to the beach in only minutes. The best part is Mazee Moo, she is just delightful company, loves a short walk to the beach, food, & sleeps in the sun most of the day. Enjoys watching TV with you at night. Likes to sleep in late in the morning! Although she is a big dog she walks quietly on her lead with lots of sniffing! Once she knows you her eye care is quite easy to complete & only takes a few minutes twice a day. The bus stop is just a few doors up & goes to Kingscliff. Pottsville is a quite seaside town, bike friendly, you will just love it. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Jennie.
This was such a lovely, relaxing sit in a beautiful, quiet cozy home. Scout and Luna’s mom, Tamara gave me very detailed instructions on caring for her fur girls at our pre-meet, and it was just what was needed to keep them happy. Two adorable young cats that quickly warmed up to me, enjoying playtime and lap cuddles and treat time. The home is centrally located to everything in Bend, and in a great neighborhood. 5-star sit for sure, definitely recommend sitting Scout and Luna for Tamara, they are the sweetest!
Bones and Lefty are so incredibly sweet - I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. Alicia's instructions were clear, both for the dog care and the house/accommodations. The location was great - away from the 'crazy' yet close to restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable - back desk was nice for hanging out with 'the boys' and tossing the ball in the yard. Internet was adequate for remote working (something I worry about when on a sit) and the TV choices were more than I needed. I truly can not say enough about Hounds Town Matawan! Coming to HT has been so beneficial for our dog Ollie. He can get his energy out, exercise, and even has doggie best buds now! The people who work there truly care about the dogs that go there, and you really feel that. We are very attached to our dog and I always feel like he is in safe hands when we drop him off. I can tell he truly loves going there and loves the staff. Miranda, sam and of course Natalie (and her amazing baths!) are all rockstars! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This place is great. Every employee clearly knows dogs and loves dogs. It's always clean and smells good. It's really a great place. Most telling of all is how my dog reacts to coming here. She pretty much pulls me in from the parking lot, her tail wagging all the way. They are great! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great job to the whole staff!
This place is amazing the staff is treats you like their own and treat your fur babies like their own. They are so welcoming that it make me feel so safe letting my baby girl play there. It’s always clean and my girl Casey always pulls me to go in. Best dog day care ever. They don’t care what size or breed or behavior issues your dog has they will treat the same. My dog used to not be able to play with other dogs now she does thanks to this amazing staff❤️❤️
This is the best place that we ever boarded our dog. We already tried 3 others in the past and this place by far the best. The people we encountered there were so nice and professional. They were very attentive to our needs and worries. Place is very clean. They let our dog play with like tempered dogs and my dog was picked up by us and found clean and well taken care of. We strongly recommend boarding your dog here worry free.
I started taking my pup to HT to play with dogs his own age and size, and was pleasantly surprised how much he loved to be there. He is smiling and happy from the moment he gets there and is greeted by his human friends, then goes to play with his doggy friends. He also gets great spa baths and smells delicious when coming home. As a two year old pup, he has lots of energy to burn, and when he gets home, he eats dinner and tries to resist the "hounds town hangover" but all the exercise and playtime usually takes over and he is ready for bedtime. Even my older dog and grand-dog also became "townies". - We absolutely LOVE Hounds Town as well as all the staff, such sweet and caring humans! Bring your pup!
Walking in I did not know what to expect. Walking out I had a smile from ear to ear. Totally professional and caring. Needed to find a place for my dog to stay. Was having work done at my house. My 3 year old rescue is usually very nervous around new people making it difficult to find the right boarding place for her. I spoke with one of the managers, Shauntae, and she assured me that my Nugget would be well cared for. I was allowed to bring my dog to the facility so she could familiarize herself with the new place and meet the staff. I was skeptical at first but her first day was a success! The managers and owners listened to my concerns allowing me to feel comfortable leaving her for a few hours during the opening weekend.
This place has been absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and loving towards the dogs, very clean environment, and my dog always comes home so happy! Lots of pictures, videos, and updates posted throughout the day too :)
My pit honey LOVES this place!! They post a bunch of pictures and videos throughout the day, and keep us updated on how she’s doing. She’s usually nervous with new people but she loved all of the staff right away❤️ she comes home superrrr tired and ready to sleep for days!
If I could give Who Let The Dogs Out eleven stars, I would! They came through in a pinch, and took incredible care of our dogs when we went on vacation. I was able to relax and truly enjoy myself, knowing my dogs were in excellent hands - as evidenced by the regular photos I received from each visit! I will definitely use them again!!

Giselle is caring and considerate of the needs of our Rottie Dakota. She needs special care and takes time to warm up to people. She always remembers Giselle no matter how much time has gone by. We trust Giselle and Dakota loves her. When we go away or have a day we are not around Giselle shows up and is able to give Dakota the medication she needs and the love and care she deserves. She always takes pictures, gives treats, and leaves a note on how the visit went. We don’t need to worry. We definitely recommend her.

We are very grateful that we met Giselle. When we first met her she made us feel at ease. We have 4 dogs ranging in age from 1.5 years old to 15 years old. We also have a 3 year old pineapple conure who can be quite sassy. One of our dogs was traumatized as a puppy and we have always been cautious who gets to meet him because he is so nervous. Giselle is calm and supportive and has made our nervous guy very comfortable. He is also on a very specific diet due to allergies and she makes sure he only gets safe treats and food. We have a 15 year old puggle that is blind and going deaf. Giselle makes sure that she is always part of the group and not left out. She provides great specialized care to her. She is wonderful with our Rottweiler puppy who can be challenging at times. She always makes sure the rules are followed. This past weekend Giselle witnessed our 5 year old pug having a seizure. She immediately took action to comfort him and contacted us with great detail describing the seizure which was beneficial for us to inform our vet on his visit. Giselle always makes sure she takes the time to interact with our pineapple conure giving him some treats and scratches on the head. She also let's him climb onto her shoulder which he loves. When we made the decision to find a pet sitter we were very nervous. Giselle made us feel at ease right away. When she walked into our home the first time our fur babies were comfortable with her immediately. We especially appreciate the detailed descriptions that she sends us for every visit. She sends pictures of the kids as well a specific details of the visit. She let's us know things like how they were acting, what they played with and what treats they had Giselle did not disappoint she has provided superior care we highly recommend her service.

We booked daily at-home visits for our cat and 2 Holland Lop bunnies. Giselle and Kelsea visited us a few weeks prior to the first booking, and asked all the right questions. The Walkies app that they use is great. I can check appointment dates and invoices, track when the sitters begin their visit, and follow the care taken for each of them. We looked forward to the daily pictures Giselle and Kelsea would send! Our cat is extremely shy, and even he came out every day to say hello to them. If you are looking for a place for your pups to feel like home and for someone to love and care for them close to what you do, then you’ve found it with Dawn! My pups boarded for a week with her(the longest they’ve ever been away from us) and they came home happy and healthy and clearly loved! Best Care is is just what it is! We took my Sadie there twice while we went on vacation! Jasmine is a true animal lover and my pup loves her back. From the beginning Kate was quick with her response time and was able to schedule us in quickly. We planned for 3 visits for my dog and cat. She was great with my dog taking on walks and feeding her. My cat also needs daily medication in her food and Kate was more than willing to make sure my cat received it. If we need care again we will def be using her!
I was in a jam when my family decided to sleep away for one night for a special event in PA. I had a very elderly dog (a 16 year old Shiba Inu) and it would have been very difficult for her to travel with us. I told my friend about my situation and he highly recommended Kate to help care for my dog while I was away. I was so thankful for that referral because Kate was so kind and she was great with my dog. She took care all of my dog’s needs and eased all my worries about leaving my dog alone at home. Couldn’t be pleased more with her service.

Our pups love Parkwood Kennels. We have taken our dogs twice already and are booking again soon. The individual kennels with indoor and outdoor space are great, especially if you have a dog who doesn’t play well with ours, like one of mine. Patti is so sweet and just loves our babies to pieces! The drop off and pick up hours are limited so you will have to flexible, but for our pups it’s worth it:)
I boarded my small dog here a few years back, and the prices were reasonable. He came back filthy but happy. Unfortunately, I don't think I would return for business since they have put up a large Trump banner across the fence on the main road. It's certainly their right, but it communicates to me that supporting their business also means supporting contributions to things that deeply violate my personal values.
Not my personal experience but a very upsetting recount of events from someone I am extremely close to. A beautiful big dog was treated poorly. The luxurious pup stay the baby was to receive was replaced with solitary confinement and minimal contact with other dogs as well as staff members. The poor thing lost a bunch of weight in a matter of days and isn’t the same as when they were dropped off. There’s no reason to treat a wingless angel this way. ESPECIALLY when the owner is the kind to bring the pup everywhere except where they can’t. They trust kennel workers to treat their children like their own at drop off. Please do better to have sensitivity training for the dogs you guys assume will be too hard to deal with.
Kaelyn is so kind and caring, the only person I trust with my rescued pup for all her grooming needs (especially her nails since she is not a fan of getting her nails trimmed). So happy to have found an amazing groomer!

Can’t say enough good things!! My puppy Sugar Gurl is 8 months old and has a lot of energy. Just went on vacation and needed doggie day care daily. Maggie’s is absolutely perfect!! My dog was so excited the second we got to the house and was sad to leave. The prices are reasonable and Maggie is so friendly. I get pictures and videos throughout the day, and communication her is fantastic. Maggie also has extensive impressive credentials. Highly recommend!! I know it can be sad leaving your pet with someone but it’s easier when you know they’re happy to be there! Love them!!

I trust her with him and feel at ease when she is watching him when I am away. Last week was his birthday and I sent him to Maggie's for the day, and she took photos of him for me wearing the cutest birthday hat and gave him a goodie bag with lots of treats. Every time I pull up to Maggie's house, my dog is super excited and can't wait to go inside. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough positive things about Maggie!! She’s fantastic with all kinds of dogs (I have a blue nose pit). She treats all the dogs with the individual attention they need. She’s professional, responsive and reliable. Maggie’s did an initial interview with our pup to make sure he mixes well, which I appreciated. My fur kid sees Maggie 1-2x/a week for daycare. We’ve also used Maggie’s boarding services when my husband and I have traveled, and Boston feels right at home. Maggie has been our sitter over a year, and I highly recommend you trust her with your fur baby!
Maggie is amazing! Being a new dog mom I had a lot of anxiety leaving our puppy for the first time during a family vacation. I knew from our meet and greet with Maggie our puppy would be in great hands. Maggie is extremely organized, knowledgeable, professional and loving to her pups! She has thought of everything! Boarding was so simple and stress free with her. We received updates while away and Maggie even did a little Easter photo shoot with our puppy. We will definitely be using Maggie again for our next vacation!
We can’t rave enough about our stay. Our boys are polar opposite brothers & had wonderful care during their stay. Dino is a 130lb Bernese Mountain Dog & TeddyBear is a 40lb Keeshond both came home happy & by the updates & photos from Maggie life was good while we were gone. Just knowing that they were in good hands made our VaCa more enjoyable! We will most definitely be spending more time here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We picked Maggie's Doggie Care based on her wonderful reviews. Our Max is a 10+ y/o bulldog and based on his age and knowing he would be happier in home we decided to use her Pet Sitting Service. We were not disappointed at all! Maggie was super with Max, she not just feed and let him out... she gave him his meds 3 times a day, watered my garden plants, brought in the mail, took the garbage out on garbage day, texted & sent pics everyday we were on vacation. AND she took care of all Max's oopsie's (he's a messy old man :) ). When we returned there was a detailed journal of everything she & Max did while we were away. Never again will I ever use another pet service. She was amazing and we were extremely happy with the job she did.
My dog was well taken care of while there the first time; the second time she had apparently rolled around in excrement and was attempted to be bathed or sprayed clean to no avail. Nothing was said to us, but we bathed her as soon as we got her home and I didn’t complain. However, this business is severely lacking in responses to phone calls and text messages. As a repeat customer for the third time, our travel plans changed and I accepted that I would lose my fully paid $280 boarding fee, but I never received a “thanks for understanding our policy” response, or any acknowledgement of payment or cancellation. In spite of this, I reached out about rescheduling, but never received a response. Since my dog’s pictures were used to promote the business, it feels a little like theft. A response would have been nice…and maybe a $10 discount on a future stay. After generous tipping and bringing back gifts from our trip, it’s a reasonable expectation if you know how to run a business. Highly overrated.
Maggie is top notch! She is a true professional and highly compassionate. She took such great care of our miniature dachshund (sweet but extremely shy) for my wedding weekend and gave me updates/kept me looped in. When I came to pick her up, she was completely fine and settled right back in when we got home. I honestly felt safe trusting my baby girl with her and will be bringing her back! I highly recommend her - she’s an expert and the best!!
I feel so fortunate to have found Maggie to take care of my 2 pups. Both of them require medication and one had severe anxiety and could not be left alone when I first got her. I explained everything to Maggie and she had no problems with taking care of them. Well that was 3 years ago and I’ve been using Maggie’s boarding and daycare services since then. If you want your pups to be treated to the same environment that they are in when they are at home then Maggie is your girl. I highly recommend Maggie Doggie Daycare.
We HIGHLY recommend Maggie and her doggie care services! She has looked after our 3 year old pitbull ever since he was a puppy and treats him like one of her pack. He gets his own vacation at Maggie’s home whenever we go out of town – he loves playing in the yard all day with the other dogs and then relaxing with Maggie at night. She is reliable and responsive and is extremely flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. We love getting text updates and pictures while we are away! When our dog was still recovering from ACL surgery, Maggie was very mindful of his limitations. She made sure he never ‘overdid it’ and happily accommodated his need for ‘alone time’. Maggie clearly prioritizes the well-being of all her dogs. A few months ago there was a lost dog in our neighborhood and Maggie was KEY in reuniting the pup with his family. I asked her to just be on the lookout, but she went above and beyond by posting on social media and directing us to other sites which led to sightings … and ultimately to the reunion! We trust our dog with Maggie and are lucky to have found her, especially as many kennels in the area won’t even accept pitbulls. Don’t hesitate – book with Maggie and your dog will thank you for it!
We have been using The Scruffy Puppy for the last several years. I cannot say enough how happy we are ! Christina and team are absolutely wonderful and take excellent care of our fur babies. They have been there for us not only for daily visits but also when we've had family emergencies or needed help last minute. We know our dogs will be not only taken care of but they will also be loved. The entire team is the best!
We've been using scruffy puppy weekly for about 6 months and it's been awesome for us and our pup! The dog walkers are all great with our dog and send us nice pics of him and are genuinely really kind, both to him and us. They've also been able to handle last minute requests, which is super helpful. Would 100% recommend Christina and her team
I was lucky enough to find Christina about a year ago when I moved to this area. Everything about the Scruffy Puppy is professional and caring - from the meet and greets with the dog walkers/sitters ahead to time, to the excellent communication when services are both requested and completed. Over the last year we have had many walks and two long weekends of overnights, and I have been consistently happy with the level of care, love, and attention that my two dogs have gotten from Christina and her team. My dogs both have health issues, and our walkers/sitters are wonderful about giving the medicines, and dealing with some quirky doggy habits. I recommend the Scruffy Puppy 100% - you will be so happy to have peace of mind knowing that your furry family is well taken care of.
We used SP for the first time for our 14 year old dog while on vacation and it couldn’t have worked out better. Maria came on schedule and even did the overnight stay for 1 night. Her updates and pictures on the portal were perfect to keep us informed. Will def use Christina and team again. Very responsive and easy to work with.
The Scruffy Puppy is a well run, pet loving, professional but personal business. They know how to care for pets in their charge, but more importantly, they clearly love animals. Susan was my dog walker and she always went above and beyond. I never had to ask and honestly, sometimes Inthought she was a mind reader!! She’s a dog expert and a dog whisperer. She also taught me things about my dogs that I was so grateful for. And I thought I had nothing left to learn! You cannot ever go wrong with The Scruffy Puppy!!
We had plans for a weekend away and were going to leave our dog with a family member. When that person became unable to take care of Lucy, we made a last-minute call to Scruffy Puppy. Christina was super responsive, replying to my initial late email at midnight with a positive response and a promise to call the next day. We filled out the user profile form in the meantime, which was very thorough and seemed to consider every possibility. We did connect early the next morning. Christina was sympathetic, professional, capable, and reassuring, and told us she would be able to accommodate this last-minute request with one of their best walkers, Erin. Erin truly was that--coming over to the house after 8 PM to accommodate our late arrival, and assuring us by her manner that she was truly a dog person and a good human. Erin was punctual and communicative and took excellent care of our girl. This was a fantastic experience start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend Scruffy Puppy.
Christina and her team are truly amazing. They are professional, responsive, trustworthy, and so kind and loving to my pup. I trust them implicitly and cannot say enough good things about them. I consider myself (and my pup) truly lucky to know them and we are so grateful for them. I say with total honesty that I do not know what I would do without them. TRULY THE BEST and would recommend them to everyone.
Lindsay and Dave were amazing. We booked a spring break vacation, but couldn’t get boarding for our 2 Cavalier King Charles puppies. Glad we found out about this service. Our dogs had a wonderful time (an entire week). We loved the photos we received, and Max and Marlee almost didn’t want to come home with us :-). We will definitely bring them back. I feel much more comfortable leaving our pups with them, than a pet boarding place. No comparison.
We love Scruffy Puppy! We are repeat customers. Most recently our little dog Bentley stayed with one of Christina's associates, Dave and his family. Bentley was the only dog in their care which Bentley prefers. Dave sent us pictures or video everyday to keep us at ease. When we picked Bentley up, he was excited to see us, but didn't want to leave! He certainly enjoyed all of the attention he received. We will definitely request Dave the next time we need to leave Bentley for a few days.

Marcel quickly warmed up to Ryan and Val and loves his midday walks with them. Knowing that they are coming by while at work puts us at ease on a daily basis!!
Ryan and his crew at Dog Days NJ are an excellent and caring group of individuals. We have used Dog Days NJ for years and they are phenomenal to our dogs and to us. They have always accommodated us even at the last minute. Ryan even reached out to us several times to see how we were doing when our senior dog passed away. They have a great system for scheduling visits, letting you know how the visit went and they even include pictures. If you want someone who is extremely reliable and loves animals, then going with Dog Days, NJ is the best way to go.
I don't normally trust anyone with my dog, but the moment my dog (Howie) and I met Ryan I was completely at ease. Ryan walked Howie recently for about a week while I was traveling and my boyfriend was working. Ryan is awesome and took great care of Howie. It was so great to see the pics and notes after their walks just to know everything went OK. My anxiety about leaving Howie was completely gone. I highly recommend Ryan and his team!
Working with Ryan has been an incredible experience. We started working with Ryan due to family inability to help dog sit out two timid dogs and after spending $1500 to board our dogs (and I felt uncomfortable the entire time) we began looking for at home dog sitting. Our two shelter dogs do not do well with boarding and we know they do best staying at home.. By luck, me met Ryan and started working with him in June for long weekends away and in August for a long week. We have never felt more reassured leaving our dogs at home. Our two dogs can be reserved towards people they don’t know and require medications which is a lot to manage. My two dogs immediately welcomed him and didn’t even bark when he came in. They loved him from first pet. Ryan manages there care and needs seamlessly. Ryan always has amazing communication letting us know how our boys are doing. We love the picture updates. Ryan has continued to go above and beyond our expectations. In June while he was dog sitting, our storm door blew off and he quickly let us know so that we could make arrangements for it to be fixed. He also always accommodates any other issues even squeezing us in sometimes when travel plans change or a quick weekend away pops up. It’s nice to know that while we aren’t home they are loved and comfortable. We will for sure continue to use Ryan. We thank him tremendously for meeting our needs and our dogs love him!!
I would highly recommend Dog Days NJ for your pet sitting needs. I have been using them for over a year. From the minute I requested a meeting, Ryan has been so responsive. When I request a visit, the responsiveness has been immediate and the answer is always yes. Ryan is so kind, trustworthy, and loves his work!. Immediately after every visit, I get an update on my cats with a photo. The pricing is very reasonable, particularly for the peace of mind I have knowing my cats are cared for when I'm away. Recently, I ran into some travel delays and Ryan was able to accommodate an extra, unscheduled visit. Again, an immediate ( about an hour) response to my request. I can't say enough positive things about this company! You know your pets are safe and well cared for with this team!!
We've been using Ryan and Dog Days NJ for numerous years and cannot recommend them enough. We use them for in home dog sitting while we are out of town, and they've always taken awesome care of our dog, Burton. Burton was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Ryan didn't blink when I mentioned he would need to give Burton insulin twice a day. We couldn't ask for a better dog walker/sitter!

Michaela was fantastic. First time using the cat watching service. It was great did not have to leave George at the vet where he is extremely unhappy!! Each day I received an update ad pictures of George. Thank you Dog Days!!!! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them going forward!!!
