Esther and Juan are some of the loveliest people you will ever meet. They are kind, gentle and warm in their approach to both human and non human members of the household and are highly responsive and conscientious in their approach to the responsibilities of house sitting. They took such beautiful care - not only of my pets, but of my home and garden also. My 2 cats are very shy and not used to having other people around (I live rurally) and I was worried to leave them, but I need not have worried at all. Esther and Juan kept me informed of the friendship and bond they developed with both cats in my absence and it was a delight to see and hear from them while I was away. It was lovely to enjoy a holiday to the fullest and without concerns. I would ask Esther and Juan to house sit for me again in a heartbeat. I cannot reiterate enough how kind, compassionate and conscientious they are, as well as being responsible, practical and extremely clean and tidy. I came home to happy pets and an exceptionally clean and tidy home with fresh linen on the beds, which was such a bonus and made the transition back to home life so easy! I am so very appreciative of Esther and Juan and am very thankful to them!
Izabela and I had a cancellation and therefore needed to re-list our sitting on zeewoi. We received a message shortly after from Wiktoria, our favorite sitters, asking us what happened and showed genuine concern for us and our dogs(They saw our listing pop up again on zeewoi). We had not reached out to Wiktor and Wiktoria (W2), because we were aware they would be away on a sitting and it would be too difficult for them to help us in this situation. Almost instantly, and to our delighted surprise, W2 offered their services to us. We were very happy and worked closely with them to coordinate the logistics and timeframes of their arrival. It worked out and W2 went above and beyond their existing schedule to adjust and adapt to a new one. These actions and characteristics of W2 are exactly why we rate them as our best sitters. They consistently do more than what is asked of us and find ways to continuously impress Izabela and I with their love, care, and attention they show to our dogs and our home. There are no doubts about their ability to manage our dogs and home. We have a large home and four dogs that require specific and attentive responses. It's a challenging sit and we struggle sometimes when we leave our home because we are worried about the care and attention our sitters give to our beloved pets. With W2, we can kick back, look forward to our journey and never look back. 100% trust and confidence your home and pets will be cared for as you take care of them. Our home was left to us in immaculate shape. Izabela and I was very impressed with how clean our home was under challenging circumstances. It's very hard to keep the house clean when it's raining outside due to 16 muddy 🐾 coming in and out of the house. A monumental achievement 👏 for sure. This is the second time they've come to look after our pets and home and didn't need to be reminded about the responsibilities required of them. They truly love animals and caring for them. It's apparent they also have a special love for our particular dogs. Our dogs are absolutely in love with them and upon their arrival you can see their excitement and joy to see W2 at our doorstep. We will recommend W2 at the highest level. They are still a new couple to be on zeewoi, but if they apply to your listing, we suggest you hire them immediately. They will be a "Go-to" sitter for you in the future guaranteed. Lastly, Wiktoria baked Izabela and I an anniversary cake knowing it was our wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful cake and she even used fruits from our own garden as cake 🎂 toppings. What an amazing gesture Whenever Science catches up to clone people, we will request to have W2 cloned 1000 times to make the world a better place 😂😂😂 Thank you once again for being such great sitters and saving us after our cancellation!!!
