Louise
Louise and Nick were very welcoming and left us well informed. Both Marina and Milo vocalized their needs in humorous ways, letting us know when it was time to eat, time for attention, or time to play! We enjoyed our stay, as well as doggie/kitty time... not to mention the goldfish and beautiful water feature!

If you have the opportunity, absolutely accept this sit! The home is gorgeous, at the base of Prescott's Granite Mountain. Every amenity is available, from large screen TV to an office with high speed internet. Watching the brilliant stars in the private hot tub was amazing. We already miss Nala and Brandy - two easy-to-care for, lovable dogs. We enjoyed our morning hikes with them at the base of the mountain. The horses, Jake and Rebel, were on a regular feeding schedule that was easy to maintain and were fun to care for. The Prescott area has a lot to offer. If you're in the area, check out the historic square around the courthouse, including 'Whiskey Row' for live music and friendly people. The Watson Lake area is gorgeous, with huge boulders reflected in the water. Lynn and Randy were icing on the cake - and confirmed one of our favorite things about house/pet sitting -- meeting truly wonderful people.

This would probably rank as our favourite housesit from our trip. Sarah and Charles were very welcoming, their home was gorgeous and in a great location and the two dogs very easy care, affectionate and well behaved. We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning if asked. .

A good location, good communication with the host, lovely and friendly pets. Parking was relatively easy to find in the local neighborhood. The dog park down the street made for easy walking for Lyra.

One point to note is that the bed you will stay in is also the bed of the cat and dog throughout the night. There is no way to avoid this scenario in a loft apartment and should you be a light sleeper, this can make for a disrupted time when trying to sleep.
