What a lovely bunch live here! :) I was sad to leave them all, but especially Sid, the cat extraordinaire. That being said, I may be a cat person, but Jessy wormed her way into my heart with her sweet temperament and great level of training. Everything's pretty much within walking distance, which helps if you don't have a car, so both Cambridge and London are accessible if you can spare the time from Jessy's walks. Thanks guys, I had a lovely time. Oh yes, that Christmas cake was awesome!!
I had a great weekend watching Dollar, Max, and Alice. The cats mainly kept to themselves, but Dollar is a perfect dog. Absolutely adorable, obedient, and a great tv watching buddy! The home is in a great location with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, easy access to CTA, and just a short walk away from the 606 trail! I would highly recommend!

I loved sitting for Mike and Ann, Brewer and Stout and can't wait until I'm back in LA to see them again. First, the place is amazing, easy to commute to with a bus stop at the corner or plenty of parking spaces on the street. They had walking trails and convenience stores close by, and a view that can't be beat day or night! Stout and Brewer were the sweetest ever. Brewer's a cuddly love bug and stout's a wise protector who captures your heart in the easiest way. When they say these pups are the easiest dogs to care for they are not exaggerating. They are easy on the lead, fun to be around, not fussy at all, and very house trained. I had an absolute blast!
We recently had the pleasure of house-sitting for Matt and Elizabeth’s home and their two sweet pups Carlos and Flaca in the beautiful Ajijic/Lake Chapala area of Mexico, and I can honestly say it was one of the best housesitting experiences I’ve had! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home in Elizabeth and Matt’s lovely home, which was spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The WiFi worked amazingly as well which was important to me as I am a remote worker. There was even a rooftop terrace where we could see the mountains and the lake! What a breathtaking, peaceful view! Now to the main stars of the show - What really made this house sit so special were the pups themselves. Carlos and Flaca were an absolute joy to watch. Their personalities are so different but both are friendly and playful. Flaca has more teenager energy - more independent and laidback - while Carlos has more toddler energy - always ready to play and energetic. They were both incredibly friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved, and we absolutely loved spending time with them, playing in the yard, cuddling, watching movies, and taking them on walks around the neighborhood. The homeowners - Matt and Elizabeth were fantastic to work with - such a pleasant couple, friendly, responsive, and incredibly organized. They left us detailed instructions and helpful tips to ensure everything ran smoothly and we had a comfortable stay. They even let us eat/cook with their food in the kitchen, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this house sit to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Ajijic area at a beautiful home with two wonderful, adorable, affectionate dogs, and such kind and considerate homeowners, it truly was an experience I will never forget. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to care for Carlos, Flaca, and the home and would certainly welcome any opportunity to watch them again in the future! Five stars all around!
Paola and Jonathan, their sweet pups Winston and Suki, and their home are all are SO wonderful! I stayed with my good friend over Christmas and we felt so lucky that we got to cuddle these adorable and super loving dogs while staying in this wonderfully decorated home just outside of the London city center. They even left us both a small Christmas gift and bottle of wine! So, so thoughtful. I unfortunately was only able to meet Paola over. FaceTime but Jonathan was there to greet me at the home and was so kind and inviting. Christen and I are missing Winston and Suki and are both so grateful for having been able to spend our Christmas with them.

My job has me travel alot. I recently moved from AZ to NV and I didn't have a pet-sitter for my tortoises. I needed to go to Ca for training and Terrell was very respectful when I first messaged him asking if he would watch after my pets for the day until I got out of work since I couldn't check into my hotel until later in the day, and ai didn't want to leave them in the car while I was at work. They pet-sit for dogs, do require proof of vaccines, and would appreciate at least a couple of days notice so they can rearrange their room for the other pets being boarded. The business is run from their home, and they allow the other dogs being boarded to roam with each other, so they aren't caged up in a kennel all day. The day I stopped by they were watching over a newborn puppy along with about 5 other adult dogs. In the past they have watched after birds, but he mainly specializes in dog care. However he will watch over mostly all pets with enough notice. Keep in mind this is a personal, and private pet care service not your typical big franchise or well known business therefore, it is not going to involve any paperwork, and you do pay by cash. In order to know the cost all you do is contact him via his website by researching the name of the business and the option to message him comes up. When I asked for a quote he was pretty responsive, I messaged him around 6:00pm as I was leaving that next day, he got back to me around 8:00pm. If I remember correctly you could also pick up your pet at 11pm as that is the time they close their doors for the business, but you may notice that they do get antsy if you tell them a time, and aren't there minutes before, so you may hear from them via text when time gets closer to the expected pickup time. Otherwise, they seem to care after the pets kindly and are open to following instructions on feedings, pet care, or medications if needed. Best of all they surprised me with a couple of images of my pets while I was at work, as you can see my male tortoise dirtied up his water soon after they gave it to him.
We are really thankful for TJ service. After a last minute call he accepted both our dogs and was patient enough for both. He updates us everyday, highly recommended.
I took my two dogs to Tj's All Per Care for three weeks stay. Terrel went way beyond what he was asked for. He took a good care of my dogs, he kept me informed with daily messages of the dog's activities, he fed the dogs as he was asked. I'm very happy with Terrel's service and honesty. I would definitely trust my dogs to Terrel again
Great place! this was my dogs first time with a boarder and he definitely benefited from it. I was out of town on a work trip for 3 weeks and I didn’t want my dog to be in a kennel majority of the day so this was a perfect fit for us along with becoming more social with dogs. He went to the park everyday and TJ also sent me at least 2 pictures everyday and answered any question I asked on my pup. After I picked up my pup he has been sleeping wherever he can, definitely not the last time we’ll be using his services.
TJ runs his service like a business. We were especially impressed with his professionalism, foresight, and experience. While watching our dogs we encountered an unforeseen travel situation that he was able to accommodate with no issues. The entire time we felt completely comfortable and safe with him watching over our dogs. He provided daily photos and updates on how they were doing. We would definitely go back to TJ and recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, communicative, and professional sitter.
Terrell did an amazing job with my 7 month Doberman. We were in a last minute bind and Terrell was able to take him the day of AND keep my dog for 4 days. Terrell really does know how to handle all of the different personalities which is very important when you have a large dog with a lot of energy and separation anxiety. I noticed that when I picked my dog up that he was calm and leaning against Terrell as we were talking. We were very Appreciative of Terrell's flexibility and Happy with the state of our dog upon our return. We will be returning with no doubt!!!
TJ went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were moving from Japan to Fairfield. He has the most flexible hours for drop off and pick up and is reachable by phone at almost all hours. My dog has never been happier when boarded...probably because she is not locked in a concrete run/cage, instead, she is hanging out in a comfortable home! My dog was due her monthly preventative medication and TJ ensured she received. He takes all his boarding dogs to the local dog park and keeps them actively engaged with other dogs, toys, treats, and human interaction. TJ sent us daily photos/updates and it's clear he loves our dog almost as much as we do. I will be using his service again and again. In fact I'm hoping he will do some doggy daycare too!
TJ is Awesome! Knows how to handle and treat dogs, I have a old German Shepard and a old Jackussel mix. Both dogs came back happy and healthy. TJ takes them to the park, plays with them and let's the do what they want. He is very professional, polite, super responsive to calls and texts and sends pictures to you 2 time a day of your pet. I will recommend TJ to everyone!
It's a great place! It was my dogs first time with a boarder and he difinitely loves it. TJ did a wonderful job taking care of my older labrador! I was in need of last-minute pet care for a day trip for work, and was SO grateful that TJ was able to keep my sweet old dog entertained while I was away. (He even sent me a nice picture of all the fun they had at the dog park!) My dog is pretty energetic and extraverted for an old dog, and he came home super happy and exhausted -- I think dogs that like to run and play with other dogs will have a wonderful time with TJ.
The dogs are always well cared for and the dogs play a lot all day long with each other. My dog loves going there because he gets to play with all the other dogs. When I leave my dog there and go out of town, I feel totally confident that he will be taking care of and fed and loved on!
We LOVE Pampered Pets! They take such good care of our little Mochi! She has a blast there. They always post pictures to update us while we are away. All of the care staff are very loving with the pups!
We have been taking our little “Apple” to Pampered Pets for her vacation while we are on ours since she was very young.She loves it. The minute she gets there she runs away her little tail going fifty miles an hour and never looking back. She loves playing with the other doggies and sitting on the owners lap. I brought my pandemic puppy here for her first time away from me or family. She was there for 10 days and did great. I brought her a few times for day care before so she could get acclimated and I think that helped. The entire dog gone sister’s team was really nice and communicated with me and helped ease my stress of leaving Toffee was so long. I received photos every night and toffee even made it to their ig page. I have already recommended to friends and definitely will bring toffee back for my next vacation but even plan to bring her for daycare every now and then.

My girl dog is scared of people not in her circle and has bad anxiety. It only took Joy 2 visits for them to be BFFs which is shocking to me! This means my girl trusts her, which means I trust her! My old dog takes meds and is blind. Joy really takes care of him. I have no complaints and Joy is the best! PLEASE TRY HER BUSINESS.
Me and my wife both work away from home a few days a week and we needed a daycare for our dog, Apollo. We learned about the sisters through a friend that uses their services and we couldn't be happier! They had us bring him in for a meet and greet, then allowed us to leave him there for a couple hours to see how he got along with the other dogs. They now pick him up early in the morning without us being home and provide email updates with photos once he's in the car for peace of mind. I pick him up on my way home and he's exhausted from playing all day. The arrangement couldn't be better. The sisters and staff are all animal lovers and super friendly. I'll recommend them to anyone that asks!
TDGS are so sweet and really treat your fur baby as their own. They are very patient, my dog is a nervous nancy, but they knew how to handle him and make him feel secure. I don't even need to leash Doc when I pull up, he runs straight the gate and he is always dog tired when he gets home. I can tell after taking him to daycare he is more confident with other dogs and knows how to communicate better. I'm very picky about my pup, I highly recommend them.

Those Dog Gone Sisters are an excellent family run business and have done cat sitting for me twice now. I am really happy with the exceptional services they provide. They not only visit and refresh the food and water but also clean the litter boxes and collect the mail. They send daily email updates with pictures of your pets which is such a nice added touch to put your mind at ease knowing your pets are happy and safe. What also impressed me was that they do a meet and greet with you and your pets before taking care of your pets for the first time so that you/they know if it’s good fit. I won’t have anyone else other than Those Dog Gone Sisters take care of my pets when I am out of town.

Great, affordable kennel with knowledgeable and caring owner. Steve knows a lot about dogs and knows how to take care of their individual needs. He’s experienced with dogs who don’t board well and is attentive to their care. Couldn’t be happier with the price as well since boarding kennels are normally incredibly expensive.
The kennels are very nice and the dogs are adorable. The training is amazing. My puppy went and came back as a sweet, calm and cute pup.
Prior to dropping off my two fur babies, I was able to reserve a kennel and coordinate a date/time to drop them off 2 weeks in advance. They offer military discount which saved me a few extra dollars! Although the location is a few minutes out of my way, it was worth the drive. My babies were well fed and taken care of.
I boarded my dogs without checking the place beforehand. When I came to drop them off I was too anxious to leave my 3 dogs cause the place was far from what I expected according to their website. I trusted to sign up cause the ranch looks nice with the water and he is a dog trainer too. Kinda made me feel confident my dogs will be in good hands. Never saw Steve in person though I spoke with him on phone and he seemed nice. The caretaker I met at the boarding is also a nice man. Assured me my dogs will be taken care of. I was skeptic coz the kennel was wet and all the dogs there seemed to be uneasy barking too much. It was clean but wet. He said dogs won’t be walked. Would just stay on their cages. I felt bad for my dogs all 4 days I was on vacation. When I got them, they were thinner, obviously stressed. The youngest of them was too scared he was hiding under that platform were they sleep. I was relieved nothing is as bad as I am anxious of. I mean, they will keep your dogs, feed them & clean their kennels but your pets would feel like they’re in prison. I won’t go back even if they just mean business. I would look for more care & love for my babies.
Our dogs love Steve!! Steve always makes sure we are taken care of!! Even with last minute plans, or delayed returns, he has no issue with keeping our fir kids. We now even travel over an hour just to keep the dogs boarded with him!!

Steve is a great 'old school' dog trainer that doesn't only train your dog but he actually takes the time to train you! (Me) my Chessie Blu is getting better and better as we go thru training together. Thanks Steve!
I used to bring my dogs there- I brought them there only cause of the price- they always came back skinny- and happy to see me. I found a new place that charges a bit more but he love it- he cannot wait to go in the back to see all of his friends. Steve is nice - but I feel it is nothing but a sales pitch- I don't feel my dogs were happy- if you want to save money that it the place but if you want your dogs happy I would aviod him. Ask you dog if they are happy animals can talk btw- they will tell you if they are happy or not. I only pay 4 dollars a day more for my dogs to be happy.
They were able to provide boarding on short notice which was great. The owner was very friendly and provided great care for my dog.
We are so lucky to have Barking Meow here in town. We have two kitties that needed care for five days. One of them takes a daily pill and for that reason we have not gone on vacation as a family for over three years. We found Barking Meow and for the past five days they took care of our cats with love, kindness, and care. We were able to go on vacation worry free and returned to happy kitties. Cannot express how wonderful this business and its owners are. We've used them a few times for drop in care of our cats while out of town, and have always been impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility in requests, and most of all their sincere care of our pets. But this past week, we were absolutely blown away with how over the top Jen went in helping care for one of cats who was diagnosed with renal failure, while we ourselves were going through our own personal medical issues out of town. She quite literally saved our kitty's life by finding a vet ER with space, transporting him to and from the hospital, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. And all with the utmost compassion. She even texted the morning after we were all home to check in. We cannot speak highly enough of this company. Especially Jen. Thank you for lightening our load in the midst of a tough week. Recommend with 10 stars!!!
We absolutely love Barking Meow Pet Solutions. We have a 7 year old chocolate lab that I hate leaving behind but when we must we feel so comfortable leaving him at Barking Meow. We receive daily morning and evening text with pics of Roux on his walks, playing or lounging with his home away from home family. I love that fact that Roux is not stuck in a kennel but with the family in their home where he is spoiled with interaction and love.
Barking Meow Pet Solutions does a fantastic job at caring for your pets. I have never used any pet sitting companies in the past and found them listed in Vacaville's Best, Jen and Brian are wonderful. They set up a meet and greet with you and your pets to go over their routine and any specific needs they may have, very thorough with taking notes and asking questions. What I enjoyed most about their service was the pet check in notifications in which you are able to see time stamped pictures of your pets, GPS location of the visit and can keep track of their water and food being refilled and refreshed as well as the litter being clean. If you are looking for a pet sitting company that will give you 100% peace of mind while you are out traveling, I highly recommend Barking Meow Pet solutions. I will certainly be requesting their services in the future.
Jen and team were amazing and so professional. I cannot recommend them enough! We had just moved to the area when we had to leave our 2 cats. It was so nice being able to leave them in our new home rather than worry about boarding them to minimize the stress/disruption. When we came home, they were both waiting in the kitchen for Jen--and were so disappointed it was US who walked through the door ha! We got pictures and updates every day and they were so kind in bringing in mail/boxes and taking out our trash. Will absolutely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone!

They are very accommodating and care for my fur baby like I would, which is important to me. Being an owner of a senior bulldog comes with many challenges. We have used Jennifer with Barking Meow Pet Solutions for five or more years. The first time we left Maddie, we were concerned about how she would be with a sitter. It's a great feeling to know when you are away that your pet is being cared for like you would. Whenever we are away Jennifer sends us pictures and messages about how Maddie is doing. Jennifer is dependable, credentialed and knowledgeable about caring for pets. We would never leave our Maddie with anyone else. My girls love Murphy's Canine B&B. Truly a home away from home. As soon as I say we are going to Murphy's, my girls become super excited. Your furbaby will be treated like they are family. One of the only places we trust to leave our slightly reactive dog. It is a bit out of the way for us, but the peace of mind that she will come back exactly as we left her is worth it. She is well taken care of. The photos are a nice bonus

I waited a while and now our dogs have had multiple stays here. Basically, it's wonderful! I've been on three surprise tours and they've all been great! My timid dog has gotten more and more comfortable and happy to get there. We did a few warm up days with him and then overnights before a long trip. My outgoing dog has always just loved it! I love the people there, they always do their very best to help me, 100% of the time. Also, several times I've been there people have insisted on leaving additional tips because they are so grateful to have their dog well taken care of... which I completely understand. Thank you!!!
I recommend Happy Paws Kennels for your fur baby or babies :) The process to check in for boarding was really easy and quick. Plus, they have a new office located beyond the gates, which is always nice because you'll have a chance to see the other happy dogs that are boarded there. They were also very communicative and made it easy for bookings. They also gave me complimentary baths at the end of their stay, which was very nice! One feedback that I would add is that I wish they would send pictures of the dogs as a compliment to the stay. A suggestion for Happy Paws is to provide the options for clients to choose the option of receiving pictures and updates during the stay. I think that will really enhance and add value to the experience. Overall, the experience was great, and my dogs seemed happy.
Boarded my dog here for 2 nights, and it was a very good experience! Friendly, experienced staff. This is a very clean facility and the dogs get plenty of excercise(weather permitting)!
Where to begin…I dropped my dogs off yesterday and my truck decided to just die right then and there. The team was SO fantastic and helpful trying to get it up and going. Above and beyond thoughtfulness. I can’t thank them all enough for the help and genuine concern. Getting to what their business actually offers — Our dogs LOVE it here - we are new to the area so have only done day visits so far, but I am sleeping well at night knowing they are here while I’m away for the first time. I’m so glad we found Happy Paws!! 🐾 thank you for the caring service!

A really nice facility with options for a bath! Loved getting clean puppies to take home. Very nice staff, we brought extra bedding, a couple of toys and like that they allow that..

Stacy is ABSOLUTELY the most caring, thoughtful and thorough pet sitter that we have had! We have had overnights with many steps that our pups need (dog mom imposed I guess!) and Stacy never said anything was too much. Rather, Stacy understands that dogs are our kids - and they deserve the best care and love. She has a ton of affection and patience even for our “problem child” and loves all animals no matter their personalities. In a world where it’s so difficult to find pet sitters that really go the extra mile and not have to worry about anything - Stacy is a god send! I would highly highly recommend Stacy for any pets large or small, shy or extroverted. Thank you Stacy for adding a ray of sunshine, warmth and unconditional love into our fur babies lives!
Stacy is the best! Professional, hardworking, reliable, and, just as importantly, so sweet and friendly. She truly loves your dog as her own! My boy Shadow is obsessed with her. They hit it off immediately, and it was such a relief to know he was in good care during an extended vacation of ours. I think he was so comfortable and having such a blast with Stacy, he was almost disappointed we came home 😆
Stacy is the best, and our senior dogs (17 and 15 year olds) absolutely love her! I don’t think I trust anyone with our fur babies as much as I trust her! She’s also very flexible and charges more reasonably compared to other services out there.
Can’t say enough about how great Stacy is with my two senior fur babies! She visits with them while I work, and also takes excellent care of them when I go out of town. Stacy sends plenty of updates and pictures, which is very important to me, since my pups both have health issues. She clearly loves pets and I feel like I couldn’t leave mine in better hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Stacy!
I could take about how amazing Stacy K is ALL day. My husband and I have 3 dogs, and have always struggled to find good a good sitter for them in the past. When we met Stacy almost 2 years ago, our dogs have never received better care, and we have never felt so stress free while leaving town because we know that our babies are in the best hands. Stacy makes sure they get their walks, rain or shine, and gives them so much of her time and love. She is punctual, reliable, understands animals and their behavior, a very good communicator, and has the biggest heart. We trust Stacy explicitly with our dogs, which is not something that we have ever been able to say about any pet sitter before her. She has made our live much better and our trips away more enjoyable ♥️
Stacy is the dogs sitter that we have always dreamed of having! She took such amazing care of our 3 medium/large dogs while my husband and I were out of town for 5 nights. Stacy was the absolute best! We feel so assured and at ease with not only the care of our beloved furbaby, but also the safety of our home in Stacy’s care while we’re away. Allison is great! Very easy to communicate with and she provides plenty of updates with videos/pictures. My dog took a few visits at to get used to the environment (she can be a hesitant pup) but once she did she loved playing at Allison’s. Would highly recommend her services!
My Husky Willow loves to go to Allison’s and play with her dog friends for day care. Allison has a very large back yard and Willow who is high energy comes back tired. She also sends photos and video updates of Willow to me throughout the week.

This was my first time boarding my little babies and I was very nervous about it because I didn’t know if my dogs would take to any other dogs. They have had play dates and they’ve gone to dog parks but long term can be a different story. However, they LOVED their stay at Allison’s home. She has a huge backyard for them to play and I was constantly updated and sent videos and photos of how they were doing. It calmed my nerves about it and I was happy when I picked them up but also laughed because they tried to go back inside! 🤣. Def. Using her boarding service in the future as well as pet day care if needed!
I am so grateful to have been referred to Allison! I have used her multiple times now and both my pups have loved being in her care. Allison is great at sending photos and updates throughout the day so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing, and it’s such a relief when you’re away to know your fur baby is in the hands of someone who loves them just as much as you do.
Allison was always quick to reply and easy to get ahold of. My dog Winnie stayed with her for 16 days and every day she always sent pictures and videos of my dog. It was such a relief to know that my dog was happy, playing, and well taken care of while we were away. I highly recommend Allison for all of your pet sitting needs!!
Moving back to the area from Fremont I thought it would be hard to find a new dog sitter. I have never been so wrong in my life! Tesla has been coming for daycare for the past year and we both love it so much. Highly recommend any of her services.
Allison was great with my pup, Nala. She sent pictures and videos throughout the day which always makes me feel better knowing that my pup is well cared for. Allison was very communicative and worked with me and my schedule. Would definitely recommend!
I can't think of anyone I'd want/trust to watch my dog (other than family), than Allison, and neither will you!! This was my first time leaving my dog with someone, and I was extremely nervous. Allison took the time to show me how things are done and how she handles dogs that might not get along. She shared multiple pictures/videos daily of her which eased my mind, and heart.
Allison is wonderful with dogs and loves them so much. We used her for about a year whenever we went out of town. She loved our Bella so much that when it turned out that Bella wouldn't work out with our cats, we asked if Allison wanted to adopt her. She graciously took her in and while it was hard to give Bella up, it helped to know she was so loved by Allison and would always have lots of dog friends to play with. I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.
We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!
