Gaston what's an absolute joy to look after he's the most disciplined dog I've evecared for, it was wonderful to see him chasing ball and send the leaves scattering and he's such good company. We had a fabulous time sitting for Julie with Buddy & Treeja. Julie was so accommodating, friendly and a wonderful host, we felt right at home from our first meeting with her. Her home was very welcoming, great guest quarters, everything we needed for cooking and remote working. Now, to two of our favorite pups - Buddy (such a sweet golden) and Treeja (a super friendly/snuggly Yorkie) both very well trained, so easy to care for and just a treat to be around. Buddy loved his walks in the neighborhood and Treeja her time snuggling on your lap. Julie was easy to communicate with before, during and when she got home to her beloved pups. We highly recommend sitting for Julie, taking care of her home and two absolutely great four-legged family members! Thanks Julie!!!!
This house and pet sit was a wonderful experience. Lexi and Sophie were well behaved and congenial companions. Lynn and Eric, were affable hosts, thorough in their instructions, and extremely considerate. The neighborhood was quite and friendly and Portland provided me the opportunities to explore parks, food, culture, and music. The neighborhood is in the middle of a large city park where Lexi and I spent many hours exploring the many and varied paths. She is an active dog and it was a pleasure to share with her my love of being outside and walking. Sophie is an independent cat but graciously shared her warm, mellow purrs in the morning and evening as affirmations that the world was 'just right'. Both were pleasant companions. The house was very comfortable and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. I felt like I was living a day to day life in a community rather than being a sightseer. I am familiar with Portland, but this longer stay gave me time to discover new elements of the city and its character. This was a perfect venture into house and pet sitting. I recommend it and look forward to having future opportunities to do it again.

Like the two of you, Lucy is extraordinary and beautiful and will be in my heart for good. I think it is safe to say that Lucy and I bonded. The chooks were fantastic as well and such characters. I felt so spoilt staying at your place with its extraordinary natural beauty all around, the extraordinary wildlife and with a wonderful and welcoming neighbourhood.
