Kimberly and Kiley were great and a great team. Kiley adores animals and is great with them. She even would catch lizards FOR my dog who is obsessed and never harms them but is often less satisfied with her own ability to get close enough to them. They were respectful of any house rules we requested and left us the most amazing homemade dinner for us to enjoy when we came home which was such a nice treat after a long flight home. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again ourselves.
Laura did a wonderful job holding the fort down during the artic freeze in Dallas! Our house and plants all came out well after the thaw. Ivan took great care of our dog and 2 cats while we were away for 10 days. He was very communicative before the trip started and during the trip as well. He kept us updated with anything we needed to know and sent us fur baby pictures every 1-2 days. We met for a half an hour the day we were leaving so we could show the house, pets, etc and answer any questions. It was instantly very clear he is an animal lover! A leash and a baby gate broke during his stay and Ivan was very inventive and creative in adapting to a solution until we could get replacements delivered. He was very respectful of our home and took great care of it and cleaned up after everything he used in the kitchen and elsewhere. This was our first time using zeewoi and it was such a relief to find Ivan and know our pets were being so well taken care of. Thank you Ivan!
