We enjoyed the house sit in Landivy for David and Sue. They are very friendly and supportive, they are easy to get on with. The home is comfortable and situated on private grounds in a quiet area. The district offers many opportunities for site-seeing, and walking the dogs was easy, there is a good track nearby accessible directly behind the house.
I had a wonderful stay with Lio and Coco at Tamara's lovely home in Montreal. Tamara was generous with information, open and responsive to questions, and thoughtful about making sure we were all prepared for the sit. Coco and Lio are affectionate dogs and easy to care for. They were happy to have company and stayed close by when I was home. Tamara's home is in a walkable and beautiful part of Montreal, and it was a great home base for exploring the city. All around a very positive experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed taking care of Winnie, Daisy, Nelson and Squeaky! Maggie and Dan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. We enjoyed a lovely meal with them the night before they left, and they shared detailed instructions as well as written notes for the cats’ and dogs’ feeding and exercise routines. The home was clean and comfortable, located in a safe walkable area with friendly neighbors. The dogs and cats were very easy to care for, they are all very well behaved and lovable. Winnie is a senior dog and moves slowly, but wags her tail and enjoys her walks. Daisy enjoyed some longer walks in the valley behind the house and both dogs enjoyed dozing on their sunbeds in the yard during the day. Nelson spent more time indoors than Squeaky did, but both cats appreciated some ear scratches and attention. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to sit for them again!
What a treat this housesit was! The house and garden are absolutely gorgeous, and there are loads of fantastic walks quite literally on the doorstep. The animals are all complete characters and a total joy to look after. Cecil and Milo are full of energy (Milo likes to put on an old-man facade but don’t be fooled, he will walk as far as you’re willing, brining you sticks and chasing Cecil around!), they are fantastic company, very entertaining and excellent cuddlers! Fatcat and Wiggles are brilliant too - super cuddly cats, full of personality. We thoroughly enjoyed this sit and are missing the gang already. Thank you Charlie and Rachel for a fantastic stay. We hope to see you all again soon.
Dora and Panka were absolutely wonderful hosts to sit for - they were warm and welcoming, extremely kind, and made us feel right at home. They made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in with us regularly while they were away to make sure everything was running smoothly. We absolutely fell in love with their babies Remus and Nara, who were a delight to look after. They’re both the most beautiful dogs with equally as beautiful personalities, we were never short of kisses and cuddles. Would not pass up the chance to sit for them again!
Stacy and her husband have a wonderful home and were very welcoming and communicative. Bella was a furious joy to care for. She loves hanging out, but only on her own time. Can't wait to sit again, whenever we can help. ☀️
