I had an amazing stay at Jenny's & Peter's. Lamb & Summer are really easy to take care of, they definitely enjoyed having a human mostly at home as they are more senior pets and are used to having their owners home a lot which was fine for me as I was working from home and really enjoyed the house! However I have to mention, they were totally fine when I had to do the occasional trip out and didn't bother. The house is more rustic/ holiday house style which reminded me of my grandparent's house. I really enjoyed the big open style kitchen as I spend a lot of time cooking and the bathtub was a plus. It is close to public transport and if you take the train it takes you in the city in like 10min which is really nice. The communication with the owners was really smooth and they were really accommodating with my departure which I appreciated. Would highly recommend them!
We really enjoyed our sit here. Kate & Michael are just super people! So interesting to speak with. They made us feel completely at home. They have a beautiful piece of property with woods and lovely gardens. The cats are just amazing, Tombo the young guy is such a sweetie! He's very friendly and followed me all around the yard as I was watering the gardens. He's so chill, he rolls over and shows his big gorgeous belly every time you walk past him! Murasaki is an older, stately, and handsome gentleman. Still very friendly and sweet. We had a nice time and did a bit of hiking at nearby parks. We would recommend this sit!
Daryl was helpful, friendly, and informative. They quickly communicated the arrival and departure minimums that would work for them, which was great so we could make sure we were a mutual fit before confirming. Their house was very clean and tidy and they left clean towels out for us. The black cat (Fennel) is very keen on escaping, but I just shut him out of the kitchen when I let the dog (Socks) out, since Socks takes his time getting up and down the stairs due to his arthritis. All the animals were very sweet, though be warned, the cats' claws are like razor blades and they get spooked by sounds sometimes.
One of our favorite house sits of all time: a lovely cozy warm home, 4 absolutely adoreable kitties and all the live music you can handle in downtown Nashville, which is just a short Uber/Lyfte ride away. We were here in Feb/ Mar and experienced everything weather-wise from balmy spring days to freezing nights/mornings and a little rain. The neighbourhood is cute and safe, with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There’s a large park within 2ks if you want to get some exercise. I highly recommend this sit to future sitters, especially if you’re interested in exploring the fabulous live music culture of Nashville.
I loved hanging out with Alexander. He really is the sweetest cat! Ann's house and garden were also lovely. I definitely recommend this sit!

I use both of their services. I like that it's a home environment and I don't have to worry about leaving him in a facility.
I was going away for a weekend and needed to leave my puppy in overnight care. I looked into Paws Miami and was happy to see the good reviews and the description of puppy care I could expect for my dog. I met Fatima two days prior to departure for a meet and greet. She and her dog Argos seemed really loving and I felt sure that Dubai would feel welcome. He did. Fatima was great, sent me pics throughout the time I was away and kept me posted on my puppy the whole time. Dubai was really happy when I picked him up. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend the service to everyone.
Fatima was an excellent dog sitter! We are in Miami for the winter and spent a long weekend in the Keys. Fatima was great from the moment we met for an introductory meeting to helping us set up our account to sending us photos of our dog while watching him. I can't recommend PAWS Miami if you want someone to treat you and your dog like family!
Paws Miami has been wonderful for my family and exactly the kind of trustworthy care we needed for our Golden, Milo. Katie is so personable and really will make you feel at ease right off the bat. It is clear she has lots of experience and is very talented with even the most difficult dogs. Fatima has been walking my dog, Mailob for almost 2 years and she’s so nice. Mailob, gets so excited when he sees her. I’d also like to state how her cage free boarding services are a plus, whenever I leave out of town, I know Mailob is in great hands; she keeps me up to date, whether she sends me a text throughout the day and/or sends me pictures/videos. I would highly recommend Paws Miami & their excellent service.
Original communication via email with Fatima going over my specific needs and questions got answered within a day. I was excited to meet her and hopeful to schedule boarding services. Our original meet and greet was rescheduled (she said she never does this) As a dog sitter myself this was a red flag but I decided to believe the situation and reschedule the meeting, we met all seemed well Fatima was nice and friendly. The house was undergoing some roofing repairs so my pup was skiddish and a little uneasy so I really wanted to schedule a second meet and greet to make sure my dog was comfortable with her in her home. Communication with her seemed unimportant as it took her a while sometimes days to respond to text messages. our second meeting she again asked to reschedule I asked for the next day any time (she originally said Sunday would be a good day for her) but I never heard back. It was a week until my trip and I was freaking out and now I had to rush to find another service to board my dog I would never do this to my clients and don't expect to be treated like this. She text me the next day that we could meet that afternoon and I nicely explained I was taking my dog to another sitter I did not get an apology or any sympathy for her flaking on me simply no response again. She is probably a good sitter to her existing clients. I'll never know
Every time I leave town Fatima the first person I go to so she can take care of my dog Polamalu and Polamalu always gets really excited when he stays with Fatima. I trust my Polamalu more than anybody and when I see him excited with Fatima I know his in good hands HIGHLY recommend!! Paws Miami!
We recently hired PAWS and Dante to do in-home check-ins with our cat while we were out of town. I have no hesitation recommending them for in-home cat care. The service was very secure, and they gave us photo updates of our cat while we were gone. Will use them again without hesitation.

Your paws R my paws had really excited my expectations coming from a dog mom. I feel that I can just leave my baby there and she is gonna be taken care of and loved so much. Tatiana and her team at Your Paws R My Paws are the best! This was our first time leaving our dog for a period of time with someone other than our family. So we were a little nervous for the whole process but since the first day we met with Tatiana and the rest of the Staff, we knew our dog was going to be safe and definitely spoiled! We received daily updates and pictures and we loved seeing our dog having a great time with other pups. Also their rates are one of the best I’ve seen in the area. 100% recommend! The best dog care ever. You can trust your fur babies with Tatiana and her staff. Owner Tatiana is very experienced. Her staff is very attentive and detail oriented. Everyone there genuinely loves animals and loves what they do. They go above and beyond for these rascals! Tatiana is super communicative. I never have to worry about my two dogs when they stay there and I don’t feel bad because it’s truly a vacation for them while I’m away. There’s a big yard for the dogs to play and run around. The dogs are always supervised during play time. The dogs stay in ROOMS, not cages. Thank y’all so much for all you do for Mikey and Biscuit! 🙏🏼🫶🏽
This was my first time boarding my dog. I felt comfortable during the meet and greet seeing how well they care for the dogs. They even played a lullaby during nap time! They assess your dog to see how well they will interact with the dogs they are boarding. This shows they really care about all the dogs. Since my pup is a rescue, Tatiana recommended a play day before I traveled so my dog would get to know the home and feel confident that I was coming back. Since I was gone over 4th of July, they asked about her behavior hearing fireworks so they could be prepared and comfort her if needed. The facility is secure with plenty of outdoor space and comfortable bedrooms. I received a lot of pictures (there was even a pup birthday party) and my dog looked well cared for and happy. I will bring her here for boarding again without hesitation. Thank you for taking great care of her!
My rescue pittie, Charlie, LOVES this place. I am always worrying about my fur baby working full time. When Charlie is here with Tatiana and her amazing team, I don’t worry at all! My absolute favorite part is this isn’t your typical doggy daycare, it runs on the belief that dogs have fun and are safe when they are in a pack of dogs of similar age/temperament (instead of just throwing a ton of dogs into a pen). They literally match your pup with dogs that they vibe well with. So happy we found these awesome people!
I am so thankful to have found Your Paws R My Paws! As someone that previously worked for a large dog daycare chain and experienced the ins and outs, I can say that here they truly treat your dog like an individual and not just a number or a dollar sign. There is a world of difference between the safety, care, and concern that the whole staff has for my pet. My boy is a rescue and the fact that this daycare/boarding is run out of a home and not kennels, makes me feel much more comfortable. Tatiana & team were amazing! It was my first time leaving my 10 month old puppy for an entire week with someone new. Judging by the numerous videos & photos that I received daily, my doberman was in heaven! He made lots of new friends & he even had his own bedroom with a sectional! It's safe to say he enjoyed his staycation! :)
If i could give Tatiana and her team 10 STARS review I would, I couldn't be any happier with my 2 girls being taken care of. One of them is named Layla and the other is named Joyce. My trip was for a week long and i had to make sure someone who I can trust can take care of them, Knowing that Layla is basically allergic to the world and Joyce is a handicapped IVDD dog. Yeah she is the famous one in the wheelchair. Knowing that they are both special needs in their own way I had to make sure that Tatiana and her team can care for them. The family that Tatiana has on taking care of your little loved ones is like no other. The family she has looking after your little ones is in such safe keeping. i'm grateful to know that im at peace in mind when i need to go on my next trip. THIS IS NOT A PAID ADD but one from the heart. Thank you Tati for all you have done and given my girls a home away from home.
Your Paws R My Paws is by far the best place I have ever taken my dog for an overnight stay. Tatiana and the crew really see your dog as a member of their family. I am pretty cautious about where I board my dog because he is 15 years old (and a big dog, too!). I spoke with Tatiana for about half an hour when I called to inquire. After she ensured me that they are experienced and sensitive to senior dog's needs, I scheduled a meet and greet. While my dog was in their care, I received several updates and pictures via text. If I had a question or concern, my texts were always answered promptly. On my way back, my flight was delayed several hours, so I was not able to pick him up as scheduled. It was no problem! I was able to pick him up the next morning. Although he was throughly exhausted when I picked him up, he just had a really good sleep and was back to his normal self way quicker than he had been in the past. I am fairly new to the city, so finding a place to take care of my dog when I am away has not been easy, but I have found it with Your Paws R My Paws!

Casey watched my baby for 5 days and her care for Bynx was absolutely amazing!! You don’t find many pet watchers especially for cats that give the time and effort Casey did to make sure Bynx was happy. Also loved all the videos and pictures I got over the 5 days! --- I can't recommend Lux Leashes enough! They provided outstanding care for my 4 dogs while I was away. And if anyone knows Miami having 4 dogs is not easy, Not only did they ensure all the love and care but the walking schedules were meticulously followed. She took so much time to engage in play and provide plenty of cuddles. Communication was a breeze, as they regularly updated me with photos, videos and messages, which greatly eased my mind. When we returned home the dogs were great, happy and healthy. It's clear that this she is not just professional, but also genuinely loves animals. Munchie is amazing. She takes care of my dog every week day while i go to work- also if i ask her to come on a weekend sometimes she does. She sends me pictures throughout the day and texts letting me know everything is okay.
THIS IS THE ONE! I am so pleased with the services at Lux Leashes! I have a doberman who DEMANDS structure on his walks and have had such a hard time finding someone who understands that. I can always tell immediately if he is not having structured walks because when I walk him again I have to re-train his heel and undo a lot of bad habits. That is not a problem with Munchie! I went over all of my dog's training routine during our first visit and, despite me being super annoying and overly detailed, Munchie was so happy and excited learn all of my dog's needs that she absorbed everything and has been diligent about actually meeting his training and exercise requirements. FURTHERMORE she is tremendously observant and let me know that she saw abnormalities is in his walking gait, sent me videos, and helped me identify health issues that I would have missed. She always takes the time to prep my dog before we leave so he is calm and ready for his walk, and ready with a cooling vest if it's hot. I finally feel at ease knowing he is in good hands during his walks; that he is safe and that he is improving in his training. He has been more calm, even better behaved on the walks I have with him, and we are overall happy campers! If your previous experience was with Rover or the like, understand that that is garbage and this does not compare!! Munchie is a DEDICATED full time dog-walker/caretaker and you will not be disappointed! I feel like I finally have a reliable partner in my dog's care. It's a big weight off my shoulders and I am tremendously grateful.
I have an older dog (17 years old) and Munchie was absolutely amazing with him. She came over with a stroller to pick him up and drop him off , I could tell immediately that she loves animals and he would be in good hands. He had an amazing day playing with other dogs and she sent me pictures and videos of him the whole time he was at the daycare. The owner of this business is one of the most amazing people I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I have 2 dogs with very different personalities (one energetic and one chill) and she does a FANTASTIC job taking care of them. Not only do I feel as ease knowing they are physically safe and being taken care of, but I also know she is meeting all their comfort needs as they have separation anxiety. Additionally, at the time my dogs were very very fat and I was trying a new diet for them, the owner recommended a change in diet plan and helped execute the honest start of this lifestyle change for my dogs. Introducing a new food alternative which was HOMECOOKED and natural was an amazing start to the dogs diet- being this accommodating and attentive to my pets needs made me feel SO special and reassured. I have used Rover and other pet sitting services and NOTHING compares to the quality of care my dogs received here. I will only use this service moving forward and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a dog walker or sitter use this personalized and wonderful service.
I'm so grateful to have found Lux leashes. They came highly recommended from a friend my husband and I made on our daily dog walks. Even with a referral, I was of course hesitant leaving our pups in the care of someone new. Both of my Yorkies are older and need a bit of special care. The owner, Munchie, was completely understanding of how I felt and did everything to ease my anxiety. She did a meet and greet with us prior to their stay, she gave me a list of recommended items to pack with them to make their stay feel like a home-away-from home, and she was communicative with us in the days leading up to their drop-off. During their stay she sent constant updates, videos, and photos that made us smile and laugh. It was reassuring and allowed us to relax on or short trip away. It is very clear that Munchie and her husband are animal lovers and genuinely enjoyed their time with our pups. Dogtown did such a great job grooming our dog. I appreciate that they always stick to their groom time and give me a 30 minute window when Zuse is almost ready. I would recommend Dogtown.
I will 1000,000,000,000.00 PERCENT return to DogTown for future spa days for my puppy and perhaps puppy camp when the need arises. My most favorite part about being introduced to DogTown was when I walked in. No less than 10 big, small, skinny, bigger-boned (as we over 100-pound-girls refer to ourselves,) long hair, short hair, lots of hair, no hair, big huge smiles of dogs all popped up from behind the counter to welcome me and the love-of-my-life, my 18-month-year-old puppy, LucyBelle. That greeting changed what started out as a very NOT-GOOD day into one in which I laughed out loud, like some crazy lunatic, on the my way back to the car. The second part of visiting DogTown that ensured I will be a repeat visitor was the groomer. She greeted me less than 5 minutes after I walked in. She answered my questions and without a hint of trying to upsell me, answered every question I had, in detail, about services I read advertised on their huge blackboard. When she noticed LucyBelle was a little nervous, she immediately got down, meeting her eye to eye, plied her with compliments, which LucyBelle loves (she really is a real little girl wearing dog ears and paws without thumbs-with frustrates both of us) and picked her up for snuggles and kisses. Now that’s the way to not only my trust and confidence, but to my heart. And darn-it shoot me between my toes for not being able to call to mind this very instant that groomer’s name. But if you’re reading this, ask at the front desk who was LucyBelle’s spa specialist at 11 am Tuesday, July 5.
Absolutely love this place to board my dog when we go on family vacations! Our poodle is high energy and always leaves there happy and tuckered out!!! The facility is clean, staff always remembers Yuzu’s name which is so sweet! We also love the photo check-ins they send!!! Also a hug plus that we can have him bathed before we pick him up!!!
UPDATE- update Obi gave the doggy daycare another chance and this time he was much happier. He was exhausted by the end of the day. I do wish they had water play, or sent you a quick photo of your dog enjoying playtime or a chrwzilla to know they got it, but I’m much happier now.updated from 2 stars to 4 Obi had a great grooming with Stella.. Not too sure about the back area for doggy daycare. He was there for daycare trial and grooming. I couldn’t go see area. Which I understand for safety reasons, but it seemed like just partitioned off areas. I could hear him barking when I went in to pick him up. We were told we would get pictures which never came. I don’t think he had a good time .

Beauregard has been a loyal member of the Pet Squire pack for years. He rides on Cesar’s doggy bus, he helps keep calm and order among the pups, and he even celebrated his 5th birthday at the facility. I work long crazy hours and can rest assured that my boy is in the best care. I receive multiple pictures and videos throughout his day - whenever Cesar arrives to pick him up or I drop him off - he is as happy as a clam knowing he’s in for a fantastic day! It's not easy to feel safe and sound leaving your pups to stay with anyone, but pet squire makes it so easy to do so. Our two dogs absolutely adore them! The staff at pet squire also seems to love our dogs, Monty and Stormy. They always come back super happy, whenever we need to do grooming they always do a great job, and the pups smell great after too! Would recommend them every time, thank you staff for always treating the puppies so well.
Pet Squire has been amazing to work with. My dog moved down to Florida with me from PA and they were very patient with her gaining back her confidence while she is adjusting/acclimating to the move. Pet squire is second home for my dog! My dog is very sweet and enjoys being around people so I am always anxious to leave him... However, the pet squire staff is so loving with him and take such good care of his wellbeing that I feel he is safe and happy with them. Also the prices are reasonable and the team provide great service as far as scheduling which is important to me that I have a tight agenda. This place is awesome! The dogs get to free roam all day, not locked up like typical boarding facilities. They are very clean and organized. When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a pound. They definitely ensure your baby is comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to accommodate your babies needs. The staff is also very friendly!
Our mini schnauzer stayed with Pet Squire for 3 days. Marisel took great care of our pup, including her special dietary needs. We opted for the private suite (pup is older, and a little antisocial) and she loved it! We loved getting all the updates through WhatsApp and the attention to detail. Our pup came back happy and healthy (different than our experience with other pet hotels). Would definitely recommend!
Fetch was extremely consistent, professional, and convenient. Game changer for my family and I. Caroline took great care of our dog for over two weeks while we were out of town. We felt good knowing that our dog was being cared for by a patient and kind pet sitter who kept him active and busy. Recently utilized Fetch services over Thanksgiving for my sister's dog. Sabrina, our sitter, was excellent, and the entire experience was enjoyable. We're definitely planning to use their service again and would highly recommend Fetch to our friends and family.

We met Aubrey when my wife moved to Miami for work 5 years ago. Not knowing a sole in town, needing to travel for work and having 2 cats, Aubrey was a lifesaver. His kindness and care for our cats gave her a huge sense of comfort when she needed to travel. During covid we left Miami for 2 years while the world sorted itself out, upon returning with our babies, Aubrey never missed a beat. He provides updates and pictures which helps to ease comfort when you are away. I would recommend Aubrey with full support. He's a great guy and does an amazing job!
My husband and I recently moved to Miami from CT and were concerned about finding someone we could trust with our fur baby when traveling back home. I am so relieved to have found Paws in the City! Aubrey has always been more than accommodating when it comes to picking up/dropping off and boarding our pup. He is very fair with pricing, always prompt to respond via text and/or call and I always feel comforted knowing our fur baby is staying in a cage free, loving home while we travel out of town! Our pup is always excited to have a little vacation of her own...I highly recommend!!
I met Aubrey at Paws In The City shortly after I moved to Miami from NYC 4 years ago and have NEVER used another service since. I have a crazy schedule and an anxious pup, and Aubrey treats my baby like his own. Even with all the last minute changes and crazy hours, Aubrey has always come through and I don’t know how Biggie and I would have survived without him. My dog loves Aubrey and Michelle and he’s not easy to please. I can not recommend Paws In The City more highly. I consider them family and will never go anywhere else.
Aubrey (Paw In The City) has been our pet sitter for over a year. He's a dependable and very compassionate person. Aubrey treats our pet like he was his own, and our 10 year old dog absolutely adores him! Our dog does need medication on occasions and Aubrey is very diligent with proper dispensing. He also stays in our home on occasions (over night sitting) and has always been very responsible and trustworthy. We go on vacation with no worries knowing that our dog is under his watchful eye! Not only is Aubrey a wonderful pet sitter, he is an exceptional person! I highly recommend him and Paws In The City. I am very selective in who takes care of my dog. I can't say enough good things about them.
I love Paws in the City and so does my kitty, Blackjack. We travel a lot between work and personal travel and I always know he is going to be well taken care of. He has some special diatary needs and Paws in the City always takes great care when feeding him. A couple of weeks ago we were coming back from a trip and our flight was delayed 10 hours and then was cancelled. I sent a quick text and the team told me that they could take care of my kitty without a problem. Since it was late in the day and I didn’t provide any notice I was super thankful! Overall, they are super easy to work with and mg cat loves the girls. I would highly recommend them!!
If anyone in the world has the job they are meant to have, it’s Aubrey at Paws In The City. My dog is medium-large, dominant, athletic — and incredibly sweet, but most boarders in Miami couldn’t deal with him. Aubrey wasn’t fazed. This was 3 years ago and he’s still THE guy for my dog. Aubrey is kind, upbeat, fun, attentive, caring and highly reassuring. I know my dog is always safe with him on walks and long stays boarding. The cutest part is my dog doesn’t even turn around to say bye to me when Aubrey picks him up. He is *thrilled* to see Aubrey every time. Aubrey makes transactions easy, too. He picks up, drops off, makes paying him easy and charges reasonably. He’s been flexible and understanding when I had a flight canceled, too. I wish the world had more ppl like him. Our animal kingdom is better for his loving care! ❤️
I have used Paws several times for preplanned trips and more recently for a last minute/urgent trip. Each time I was greeted with professionalism, care and a genuine compassion for my pups. They will give an update throughout the assignment of care when desired and I was pleased to see the love my pups have for the staff. Definitely pleased with their service.
Have always had a great experience with Paws In The City. Whenever my dog sees Aubrey, she gets super excited and can’t wait to go back (jumps right in the car). Have used them for boarding on 10+ occasions. No crating, will pick up for boarding and pricing is very reasonable.
Paws In the City is literally the best!! We’ve had Aubrey taking care of our 2 (now 3!) kitties for years, and wouldn’t ever use anyone else or go back to boarding. Paws in the City truly takes care of my baby when I need them. I travel for work and its a wonderful feeling using them when I have to leave my dog in their care. The real time photos that they send and videos make you comfortable knowing your animal is in great hands. I would recommend using them whenever you're in the Miami area and need their services.
Nicole and Karla have been looking after Spot for several months now. They take really good care of him and he enjoys going to daycare and interacting with all the other pups. They offer a drop off service which is awesome as I often have work events in the evening. Spot is delivered home and fed dinner. I come home to a happy tired puppy. The Time to Pet app that they utilize is also very user friendly and allows for me to quickly request services and see photos of him enjoying his time Highly recommended
Our Furbabies have been coming to Pawfect Pals for a couple years. They love it sooo much, they start getting excited when we're blocks away. They go to daycare regularly and have done sleep overs. We get daily updates with pictures which is fantastic. I wouldn't entrust my boys with no one else!
Nicole and her team are amazing! I traveled for a month total this summer, and I took such comfort leaving my precious cat in their hands. Pawfect Pals took terrific care of my fur baby, leaving detailed updates and photos in the Time to Pet app after each visit. They gave my cat a lot of love and also communicated effectively with me, which I really appreciated. Truly cannot recommend them enough.
My dog has been going here for a year and half and I cannot recommend it enough. Whether it's the transport, the daycare or overnight, every thing has been seamless. My dog runs to the car and jumps in and is always very happy to see them (despite being very attached to me). They provide very personalized / highly attentive services and are extremely responsive. I love getting the daily reports and pictures as well. They treat my dog like their own and make handling such a busy work schedule that much easier. I also know that my dog is getting plenty of attention (and balls thrown) through out the day. Really an amazing place/service!!

Not only were they accommodating but they were so sweet and caring towards our two dogs! We felt so comfortable and had peace of mind knowing they were under their care. They sent us pictures and updates almost everyday. We really appreciate all their help and wish they had a location back at home! Great customer service, Summer has been going to Peace love paws for over two years, they treat her as her own, it's a great environment for your fur baby. The owner will always send you videos and pictures which make it so important for us that travel for more than a month in a row, it makes it assures us she is doing great! I highly recommend Peace Love Paws.
Never ever again. Stay away. When my dog got home, early in the morning he drank water like there was no tomorrow. Very, very thirsty. I belive they kept him caged almost all day long. He even lost weight there. Barely send pictures and it takes them forever to answer calls or texts. And last but not least, make sure u clarify what the price is. Shes not clear up front. Initially, I was told 55 per night and she ended up charging me 65.
This place is amazing! Carla and Anthony truly care about your pet as if it were their own! As a first time dog owner I felt immediately comfortable and assured that my pup was safe and well provided for. They send you photo updates throughout the day which can put your mind at ease. Every time I arrive to drop off my dog he is so excited to be there he nearly jumps out of the car to dash right in!! This is the only place I trust with my dog, so grateful this business exists!
Where do I start? I have a pitbull/labrador and she’s 3 years old and name is Luna. I have been so so scared to leave her alone, but this time I had to because my sisters wedding was in Arizona. I was terrified. My child being away for a week at some daycare…let’s just say thank God I found Peacelovepaws, they were actually referred to me by my sister’s friend and although I was nervous, I trusted my sister’s friend. I left Luna here for exactly 5 nights and one day. Can I just say how amazing of a job they did to making me feel so secure and reassured me Luna was going to be ok. They are very organized and the setup they have at their home is amazing, the dogs are so friendly and wonderful and at first Luna was shy, but she opened up and had a damn blast!! They have so much play time and never alone. They sent me videos and pictures while I was away and I was able to text them and ask questions and they were right there to respond quickly. Luna was really happy as I could see in the videos and I’m just happy I picked them. I finally have a place where I can feel safe leaving my baby. I highly recommend them! Karla and her husband are so sweet and the dogs adore them!

People able to pose 12 or more dogs for a beautiful photo speaks volumes about their ability to handle animals. For us, and also for Simba, our pet, this is one of the best places to leave dogs in the Miami area. He loves to stay there. Also, the location of it is unbeatable.

Theo had a great time staying at Karla and Anthony’s for thanksgiving. They were very accommodating especially towards my concerns of his anxiety but he didn’t even need his medication And had a great time with all his new friends!! (Theo is the black schnauzer) Thanks again Karla and Anthony!!!
Karla and Anthony are absolutely incredible! My two pups, Olive and Lola, love staying with them when we are away. I recently moved to Miami and have no family here, so I was very nervous to leave my sweet pups when I travel for business. Finding Karla made all my worries go away! It means the world to know that my girls are safe and happy when I’m away.

This is 100 percent the best daycare/boarding in Miami. We’ve sent our dogs to Seba and Carolina for nearly 4 years now. Our pups have the most fun and are always so well taken care of. The photos they share daily with the owners are the cutest. We ❤️ PawsUp!

Very reasonably priced, plus they will pick up and drop off your dog for you! My dog isn’t huge on playing with other dogs (mostly just wants to chase a ball) but he LOVES it there. He’s almost as excited to see Seba in the mornings as he is to see me and dad! I don’t love leaving my doggo behind but it feels so good when you can tell he genuinely loves being left behind! There’s nowhere else I’d send Winston. He’s happier to go than he is to come back home! Caro and Seba are the best in Miami. They have such a special bond with their paw guests. From daycare to boarding PawsUp Miami is Winston’s fave.
We have been using Carolina and Seba since our dog was a Puppy! She absolutely loves going to daycare there and the days we send her she is absolutely exhausted when she gets home. They also send pictures and videos throughout the day. I can't recommend them enough!
The commitment, joy and professionalism of Carolina and Sebas shows up consistently every time! My dog is always excited to see them and be in daycare. I rescued a dog last year and the is the first time my rescue has no fear of entering a car, engaging with humans that are not the owners and is now enjoying being a dog with other dogs. Sebastian was very professional and polite with our dogs. He made accommodations to pick them up since we were down south visiting the family and also allowed us to pick the dogs up early on the day we were leaving, before business hours. The dogs were happy and he provided updates of how they were throughout the entire time that they were with him.

Sebastian and Caro are extremely professional and go above and beyond for the dogs. From the designated area for them to play, to the “pawtys” they throw for puppy Birthdays or other events, to caros home made treats, you really feel like you found a home away from home for your pups. We had a great first boarding experience with Somi. They took great care of our pup, and the prices aren’t bad. We boarded him during a weekend trip and they sent us pictures/ videos of him during playtime and they have webcams available so we were always able to check in on him whenever we wanted (day or night). Facility was super clean and staff was very friendly. We are now planning to take him back for doggy day care and will definitely be using them for future boarding needs as well. Highly recommend.
I wouldn’t want to leave my dog anywhere else. My baby is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd with a lot of energy. Somi has the space and the right staff to make sure she has her needs met. The staff really makes this place what it is! They treat the pets very well and take the time to understand what they need and adjust to their personality. They also send pictures and videos during her play time which really helps with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
Unfortunately, the resort lied when we inquired if our dog had picked up an eye infection during her stay. A superior of the SoMi Pet Resort stated, and will likely reply to this review stating, that (coincidentally) the eye infection was never observed during the dog’s stay, including the “bath & inspection” on the final day. Interestingly/Mysteriously/Miraculously, we noticed intense discharge in the dog’s eyes as the dog handler brought the dog to us, and again in the parking lot of the SoMi Pet Resort (which of course is located several miles away from SoMi/South Miami, the name is used as a clever marketing gimmick to signal luxury and safety). Despite having access to 2 emergency contacts, along with the Vet’s information, we were never made aware of the eye infection until we had to discover it ourselves only moments after the final “bath & inspection”…. As you all know, a lingering eye infection can result in permanent damage to the dog’s eyes. Our dog had clear signs at the moment we retrieved her and were alarmed enough to go back inside and ask management - they denied any knowledge of an infection, despite clear, “visible to the naked eye,” evidence to the contrary. Based on their disinformation, we now have no idea how long our dog has been infected. To the second lie: we visited the pet resort twice prior to our trip and received in-person verbal confirmation, as well as a 3rd confirmation over the phone, that the dog would receive 2-hours of play time. It was not until my emergency contact visited the “resort” (more like dog prison with little jail cells resembling a dog shelter covered in urine) that they informed us the dog was receiving only 1-hour of play time due to it “being the summer.” Again, an extreme chance coincidence that this was not readily addressed until *after* the dog had checked-in to her little doggie jail cell and the charges began accruing….you will likely hear back from a “Samantha” or a “Michelle” to dispute this review …. But I challenge you to ask yourself, “why would a friendly dog owner take the time to write this review if these statements are not factually accurate?” Again, this location is nowhere near south Miami and is in fact in the lower demographic and higher crime area near coral way and 79th Avenue. I will give credit to them that they sent a thorough response to my complaints — of course they denied any and all liability and knowledge of these disappointing actions (LOL) It is cute the dogs play with other dogs, but “resort” is a term used loosely…imagine the dogs stay in tiny prison cells…picture a typical animal shelter, but with less space inside the room and less separation between cages. When we toured the space the dog stays in there was actively urine dripping from one dog’s cage into another dog’s cage, separated by a 12”-24” aisle. And yes, we paid for ann expensive option - the private doggie room, etc. Sad, to say the least. I do laugh to myself when I think they had the “nerve” to write in an email to me that they didn’t notice discharge while the dog was in their custody, and that the sickness and eye discharge must have MAGICALLY appeared between the moment we took the dog and arrived at our car in the parking lot. Proceed with caution, you’ve been warned ….
I picked up my sister’s dogs with her today and I just have to say this place is 10/10. They gave her a report card on both of her pups during their visit and even how they ate everyday. The staff also posted videos of them on their story so we were able to see them having fun while we were away. All I can say is the staff is great, place looked clean, and all of the doggies looked so happy there.
We recently relocated to The Great State of Florida from California. I took our two German Shepherds to Somi today. I rarely ever write a review, however Somi deserves a shout out for sure. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the facility. It was so clean and extremely well managed. Our GSD's had a great time and cannot wait to go back.
Somi Pet Resort is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The facility is very organized, and I love how clean everything is. You can tell they really care about the pets and their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to care for their furry friends!
I love this place but unfortunately my dog got kennel cough while he was there for 4 days. I spoke to someone at the front desk after we took him to the vet . The girl at the front desk told me it’s like dropping your child at daycare you never know what they will come home with. It really not what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be going back .
I absolutely love this place for overnight stays. Before my puppy was spayed and could be in the general population, they boarded her in a lovely private room and she had solo play time setup with a staff member. They have great add ons for enrichment and wonderful customer service. I recently boarded her and selected the pool activity for her. She loves to swim and run around. When I picked her up I noticed she came home with raw paw pads and was worried so I emailed them about it and within MINUTES the manager Cullen or Collin (sorry) called me to provide insight. He was very knowledgeable and let me know why some puppies can get that (less calloused feet. etc.) and also added extensive notes to her chart. He told me the staff will be mindful of her sensitive feet and provide extra check ins when she’s playing in the pool from now on. This company actually cares about your fur babies.
We are traveling the states and needed to find a place for our two pups to have a good time while we went a few places. From beginning to end this place was absolutely amazing!! They pampered and lived our doggies, even when they were timid to meet new people. They went above and beyond to make this experience phenomenal for all involved!!
Hi my name is Catalina I left Lucca on Thursday the 13th and went to pick him up Monday the 17th, I requested that he gets a blowout for when he gets out of the pool so he doesn't get hot spots but that wasn't the case, after i pick him up he wouldn't stop scratching his face and ears and during the day and night he wouldn't stop vomiting. We took him to the vet this yesterday morning where we spend $751.78 to find out he has hot spots all over his face and an ear infection. I spoke with one of the managers yesterday and she said she would refund me the $21 blowout were should have "prevented" the hot spots. I don't think it's fair for me to spend $309 for the stay that they had with you plus $751.78 for the vet bill and just get $21 as a refund. I get a call this morning from the same manager saying that the refund cannot be done and he already came like that, he stayed 4 days with you guys and saying it's my fault that my dog look like this where I paid $21 for him to get dry so this doesn't happen. Do better on your customer service because I wanted to speak with the general manager and I cannot do that until Friday.
