Shadia and her 3 fur babies are absolutely lovely to sit for. Shadia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in her home and make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. She not only asked about the cats while she was away but expressed interest in my well-being as well. She’s willing to help with any questions, logistical and gives tons of great recommendations. All the cats were very sweet and loved to join in the bed or when I was on the couch. Karli has the cutest little yawns. I would definitely sit again and highly recommend it.
Brad was the most gracious host and Leo his gorgeous golden just the sweetest pup ever. It was the smoothest sit. The place was excellent, very clean and is located in a calm and serene area by the park and awesome market two blocks away. Ample free street parking. Brad welcomed me with gifts and had excellent communication, was very welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Will miss the Leo boy! Big thanks again Brad!!
We really enjoyed the pets during our sit. Kitsune was full of energy and kept us active, Fruit Loop was chilling in her terrarium and the poultries were fun to watch and to feed! We also felt very comfortable in their home and loved the closeby caffees, the beach and playgrounds. Thanks for having us!
What a beautiful quaint cottage within a village. This was an amazing introduction to the UK, with local pubs, grocery, coffee shop, beautitian only a stone throw from each other as well as local buses each day. The walks were beautiful as was the opportunity to meet so many locals and to donate some time in the community garden. I Was able to discover family history whilst I was there. I was mesmerised by all the castles, and so much more. Mel organised for her local friends to meet me and to ensure I had people to touch base with if needed. Beau was so cuddly. He often dissapppered to be found under the doona on the bed. He loved a car ride, but wasnt too fond of unfamiliar areas. Thanks Mel for all the detailed informtion about the area.
Mirona and Laurie are kind and friendly hosts, who very warmly welcomed me, into their beautiful, sunlight, home. Communication throughout this house-and-pet-sit, was always friendly and very easygoing. Clear instructions were kindly provided beforehand, to take care of Jasper, and their property. I, very much, enjoyed spending time with Jasper, who is such a wonderful character, with a lovely temperament. I would absolutely recommend this house-and-pet-sit. We spent 2 and half days with them before Mat and Deb left so we had enough time to know all the house and routines for their pet family. They were very kind preparing us meals these days and we had a nice time with them. Nice house where we spent almost 2 weeks. Swimming pool was really appreciated during hot days. Paterna has all you need: restaurants, bars, shops, gas station,… And finally the dogs and Mento. Mento is very fun. He makes you know when he’s hungry and he looks your attention from time to time. He’s always welcomed for strokes in his favorite step. Kimi was super dynamic, she likes everything: walks, playing, strokes, relax, giving you company while cooking, …She’s not very kind with females dogs in the street so you have to be prepared to pull the lead! Abrilla, the old one, is all love. She’s very quite and obedient. As she’s getting older she spends most of the time sleeping and sometimes walks could be hard for her but finally she does. On the other hand, she never misses the treat game!

Ines is a true professional with our dogs. One of our dogs, Annie, was a stray and is not easily comfortable with people outside of her family. Our first dog babysitting experience with Ines was just great. Our dog was well taken care of, given personal attention and shared the house with a few other dogs so it was not crowded. It was reasonably priced and good value for the care. We will use her again. Ines sens multiple videos and pictures daily for peace of mind.

Our dog companion has visited a few hotels during our travels and never got along well...he was very anxious about our absence, so much so that he wouldn't even eat or relieve himself, such was his nervousness! We looked for Inês because it was a more family-friendly place, with few dogs and which had all the attention given to Bill. We were super happy and rested the first few days because he ate his meals! And since I wasn't always on alert, I was able to rest. And we knew this because Inês is amazing and always sent photos: Bill sleeping, walking, playing... we really felt super calm knowing that he was well delivered! Terrible. Dog was left in the garden all day with other dogs and put in a dark shed at night. My dog is a family dog and had no human contact apart from feeding time. The owner was consistently late for times to collect and drop off and kept my dog in a pet carrier in the back of a van for 3 hours in the heat because he wasn't at home when he said he would be when I went to collect my dog and didn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where he was or what was going on. Avoid at all costs. Has zero empathy with the animals in his care or his customers.

In response to the many responses that the line's petsitting gives to the criticisms it receives, I wanted to clarify that I am a neighbor of the kennel and the truth is that the dogs spend a large part of the day alone and at night they are always alone from 8pm onwards. I would like to take this opportunity to challenge anyone who wants to visit their dog from 10pm onwards to see if anyone is there with them. I also have evidence of how the owner of the kennel leaves them alone and locked in the boxes for much of the day and all night. The Petsitting line does not even have authorization for the activity it performs, which means it is not certified.
I don't recommend it. Unsafe; people who don't even seem qualified and lack of proper supervision. For anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their dogs, this doesn't seem like the right place at all. Dogs are constantly closed and alone; clearly stressed and agitated by the lack of care and attention. As there is no nighttime supervision, if something happens to them during the night, there is no one to help them! The lack of transparency on the part of those who manage the space is very unprofessional and makes me doubt whether this establishment is even legal.

Excellent hotel for dogs, great conditions, TOP reception and care! Daycare with transport - Brownie goes crazy with happiness as soon as she sees the PetSitdaLinha van, she has as big a party as when I arrive! 😍 Personalized service, with lots of affection and every care! For those who TRULY LOVE their pet, this is the ideal space where they are happy, at ease, and interact with each other and with the staff. As for the staff, what can I say, Human Beings are super dedicated and committed to the dogs. My Nina, already a 15 year old senior, loves spending time with the Uncles from Pet Sitting da Linha. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't let Nina be with "just anyone". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE! And now in the new space it's even better and with so much that's still going to happen there! Keep it up because YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!
TERRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Dogs are alone, not only for a large part of the day, but ALL NIGHT. There is no type of night supervision for those staying in hotels, as no one is on site at night. Even for those who are only in daycare, in addition to spending a large part of the day abandoned and locked in the boxes, in the few moments when they are accompanied, there are also few periods of play. SPACE THAT SHOULD NOT BE OPEN!!!!!!

I arrived in Lisbon 3 month ago and already traveled twice letting my dog in the hands of those 2 lovely girls that took (and will because I only will leave my dog with them) great care of him. I really advice you to call them if you need to travel!! And I am updating my messages today as it has been nearly one year and I am still leaving my dog with this 2 lovely girls. I am even sending him on a happy day with them every week! Totally recommended!!
The professional and considerate boarding services are so impressive that we will try other best to ensure our pet to keep on enjoying the services when we have the holidays alone, in our life time! We were so my much comforted to get the video that our dog has been starting to play with the other dogs, as early as we are still on the way back to home and my wife was still crying for the short separation, on the way home from the boarding service venue. In the following a few days, we got our dog's video several times a day and understood how much pleasureful our dog was. Such videos made us totally be relieved and comforted our missing of the dog. When we eventually complete other trip and pick up our dog, we surprised found that she looks stronger, bigger, and more pretty! Thank you, Easy Peasy Pet Services!

Further more, they send daily pictures which is great. Pick-up time and drop-off is very organized. After every visit my dog becomes more easy going with other dogs (as she is shy type and rescued)! They took very good care of our dogs for us while we were away. They sent us pictures and videos so we know they were well taken care of! They also took some news after of our dogs once they were home. It shows that they love animals! We are very happy with them and will use them again for our next trips.

I highly recommend it! I have a very territorial dog who doesn't really like following rules. A week of vacation was all it took to see big differences.
