We had such a lovely time at Caesar’s house! Frodo is a gentle, fluffy sweetheart, and we already miss him! He is very social and loves to be right by your side. The cat, Prima, mostly sleeps and eats but does welcome some gentle pets and snuggles now and again, and the bird kept the kids company in the playroom while they worked on building the wide variety of lego toy sets. Everything was very well organized before our arrival. Caesar left an extensive household guide complete with suggested walking routes and ideas of things to do in the area. On the first day we spent some time getting to know each other, the home, and the pets before Caesar and his family left for the airport. We had a great time caring for the home and pets, and appreciated the opportunity to get out of the city and into a quieter suburb than we are used to! Thanks, Caesar, for welcoming us in to your home.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. Lovely garden. The pets are lively and fun to work with and there are interesting walks. Tarrant Hinton is close to many places of historical interest and local pubs. Sasha and Stuart are are very warm and friendly.
Looking after Maggie and Bailey was a really enjoyable pet sit. Maggie, the schnauzer, has a lovely gentle nature. She loved her walks and was very well behaved and easy to care for. Bailey, the rag doll cat, is delightful. Although quiet she liked to be close by, following us in the garden and enjoying being brushed. We found Maggie and Bailey great company and fun to be around. Lee-Anne and Neil's modern, warm, home is in a beautiful area of Nelson. Both the house and garden are decorated with interesting works of art. We really appreciated the comfortable bed in the guest bedroom. We had many walks in the surrounding hills to choose from when walking Maggie. The birds-eye views from the home and the walking tracks are wonderful. This was a great sit which we would be happy to recommend.
My stay with Chacha was perfect! She is absolutely the sweetest cat and loves cuddling and playtime. She would run to the door to greet me and she’s communicative about when it’s time to eat and when she wants to play. I miss her so much already and was sad to leave!! This truly was one of my favorite pet sits. Souhella was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. It always felt like I was chatting with a friend I’ve known for years! Her apartment is very clean and the location is amazing! Cobble Hill is convenient to lots of subway lines and tons of restaurants and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and better experience with Chacha. I definitely want to return again soon and would highly recommend this sit to others!!
I really enjoyed sitting for Zulu, Cowrie and Dinka. They are lovely dogs, full of cuddles and are very well behaved. They were no trouble at all during my 5 night sit. I did think it might have been a bit of a challenge to walk 3 dogs at the same time, but as they are so well trained and I had no problems at all. We enjoyed some local walks around Lostwithiel and the surrounding areas. The birds are no trouble either and were really easy to care for. The house is full of character and there are lovely views. It was also really nice to sit in the garden with the dogs, enjoying the sunshine.
