We recently had the pleasure of meeting Laura and Johan who greeted us warmly at their beautiful property in Pebworth , situated in a wonderful scenic landscape within the Cotswolds. Nothing was too much trouble , we were greeted warmly and felt at home immediately. We were also treated to a very fine meal cooked by Johan. They are a lovely couple who care very much for their two dogs Pippa and Lily who are active girls that like nothing more than a morning run in the fields and also a swim or paddle anywhere they can find! They are such characters who also liked to spend most of their time with us . Lily is a sweet and gentle soul and Pippa the Boxer is a real head turner who loves to run and also loves to give out a lot of kisses 😊 I can’t thank Laura and Johan enough for their kindness. They went to a great effort in making sure our visit was a memorable one. We are looking forward to seeing them again in a few weeks.
We had a wonderful time! It may seem daunting with the amount of animals that Kerry has but actually it is very straight forward. The birds are easy to look after and the chickens even take themselves to bed! Monkey and Cassie the cats were super friendly and Storm the dog was loveable and very chilled. It's a lovely, peaceful area and we particularly loved sitting in the garden hearing the stream go by.
I had a wonderful stay with Ollie! Ollie is such a calm-natured, playful little buddy to hang out with. He sticks to his routine (which includes patio hangs to assess the outdoors) and was always up for an evening playdate. He was so sweet to offer snuggles at night too. Bridget was so responsive and communicative from the start. From a video call/tour in advance to a handbook with all the necessary information about the flat, appliances, Ollie and contact info for emergencies, I felt comfortable and well prepared for the sit. I also felt Bridget was very easy to get a hold of during my stay. Bridget’s flat is beautiful, cozy and conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to the tube station - it made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Being right near cafes and grocery stores was also a bonus. I very much enjoyed spending Christmas with Ollie in Finsbury Park and would be happy to return for another sit in the future! 🫶
Kelley and Jon were wonderful!! They were fun to get to know and were so helpful with any and all questions I had!! Their place was beautiful and so clean/organized!! It was also so close to get to everything. I loved getting to explore Austin for the first time! And the pups...they were amazing!! I had so much fun taking them on walks and hikes but also just enjoyed their company in general!! They followed me around the house and were such a joy with their great personalities! I look forward to coming back if I'm invited!☺️
Dawn and Marks house sit was fantastic. Dawn was really friendly, great to chat to and had detailed instructions of what to do which made it all easy. The accomodation was really spacious, well equipped and had everything you could need to make the stay extra comfortable. The location was brilliant - very peaceful, with some nice walks to do amongst the trees and beside a creek. Lastly and most importantly - the pets were amazing. Wetzel and Kane were super friendly and playful, and always up for anything - walks, belly rubs, sitting beside you while you read a book or playing by themselves. They both had great and different personalities. The barn cats Pauly and Stormy kept to themselves but were really friendly and loved lots of pats and brushing if you went to them :) We were very sad leaving them all and would love to come back one day!
Our staying at Jamie’s house was incredible! Abby and Snowball are really sweet couple and amazing friends, I was really impressed how much they loved each other! They both are playful and very friendly, so easy to care about. Jamie organised a very warm welcome for us and she is a great communicator! The house is super clean and comfortable! We were really enjoyed our staying there and would be happy to see again!🫶
