They took a good care of my dogs! Large space ample play time, good environment, they can store fresh food and have little form. Also received lots of videos, quick reply for a worrying mother lol! Did the dog spa and delivery! Full service and low price :) Will come back

Great experience for both me and my dog. The business itself is clean and friendly with a big space outside for dogs to play in the pool and run around. Each “room” is individually air-conditioned, and unlike any other doggy daycare, I noticed no odor whatsoever. My dog stayed for over a week. Though he was a little homesick the first day or so, he quickly worked up an appetite playing with all his new friends to the point where he went through all his kibble. Fortunately, the owners were kind enough to inform me and replace it for the duration of his stay. Prices were more than reasonable, especially if you go out of town often and become a member. Next time I go on vacation, I’ll utilize their grooming services as well.

I would like to say this is the BEST place for my furry baby dog ever 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I’ve been looking for a daycare/boarding where they regard my dog as their own, and I finally found Pawtel. By it’s name you can tell it’s where your furry kids would feel like at home and got the service like at an hotel🏠 I personally mind the environment of where I sent my dog to spend her day a lot, including how friendly the staff are and how clean the environment is. ✨First of all, I DID NOT smell any odor when I step into the store like other places I’ve been to. Secondly, different from other usual daycare/boarding🛏️ I’ve been to where they caged dogs, each dog at Pawtel has his/her own spacious room with a special venting system. The other thing I like is that there would be staff being and playing with them🎾 Among all, what I care the most is HOW MY DOG feels, if she ever shows scared or not willing to step into the store again, I would say BYE to the store forever no matter how good ppl say it is. Lastly, they provide 🌟ONE STOP SERVICE🌟including bathing and grooming there🫧🛀so my dog could enjoy her time there being the dirtiest but happiest dog and get bathed/groomed before coming home 😍 words can’t fully explain how satisfied and obsessed with Pawtel, you should go and experience it yourself !!!! Definitely worth a try💛🩷🤍🩵🧡

I can't say enough good things about Pawtel! My dog, Peach, always has a wonderful time during daycare and boarding here. The staff there are incredibly attentive, patient and genuinely cares about the well-being of all the pets. They provide a clean, safe, and fun environment where Peach can play and relax. They even have this large swimming pool during the summer for all the dogs. I highly recommend Pawtel to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry friends. Pawtel in College Point is amazing! It's really close to my home, which I was very surprised and excited about. This is the second time I've visited. The staff is friendly and gentle, providing great service without using harsh machines. They truly care about the dogs and offer treatments tailored to each breed. Plus, their prices are fantastic. I absolutely love this place! Every time I bring my dog, ChanTa, for a bath, they do such a great job—he always comes out so clean and happy. They also explained everything they did and recommended that I take Roxxie for a check-up for an ear infection that I wasn't aware of. We will definitely be back

It was our first time being away from our puppy since the day we got him, and they made us and my dog feel reassured about leaving each other. We left for vacation for a little more than a week. They are amazing at what they do. They fed him well, gave him his medications and took great care with him. The daily photos and videos made us feel less guilty about leaving the dog because he looks so happy with them and looks like he was having so much fun. I will definitely leave him again the next time I need, and will recommend to others.

We could not be more pleased with our experience boarding our pup for 2 weeks with Emily & Alan. From the start we were reassured that she would be in good hands. Alan and Emily are absolutely amazing! If I can give 10 stars I would! I reached out to the them to board my 7 month mini golden doodle for 2 nights while my family and I went on a little getaway. They were extremely sweet and were able to care for him. Our puppy has never stood away from home, never attended any day care or boarding. They were so welcoming and made him feel at home from the very start of introduction. Alan and Emily did a Video call assessment and a walk through of their lovely home, they were extremely thorough in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in a safe environment. They asked questions regarding his vaccination records and sent history documentation forms via email to complete prior to our call as well as answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I received photos, videos and updates throughout my time away and my puppy did GREAT! He was so comfortable and transitioned very well, it was amazing to see him socializing with everyone and the other dogs in the home. Communication, Professionalism and all the the above was outstanding. They were both an absolute pleasure and are definitely a keeper!

We are very pleased to have had our puppy Rocky been left with Emily and her family. I know that he was taken care of well and enjoyed his stay by the updates and pictures which were sent to us. Emily and Alan provided great care to our pup Chase while we are away. We received daily photos, seeing that Chase was having fun times with his furry friends brought more joy and relaxation to our vacation. They went above and beyond when our return flight was delayed til late at night, they stayed up late to bring Chase back to us when we finally arrived home. I would recommend them to all pet owners, I’ve asked them to care Chase many times in the past, always had great communication and great services from them.

A THOUSAND STARS!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ We LOVE Wet Noses for our rescue dog. We have been using their services for the past 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about Alan, Emily (and their whole family)-- they have been such a life saver for us and our pupper-- who tends to have some separation anxiety and would NOT do well in a kennel overnight. They have always been consistent/reliable, easy communication, and so kind/warm/understanding with our dog and her quirks. It's such a relief to know she is in good hands and in a safe/cozy environment when we are out of town.

Before meeting Alan and his family, leaving for a vacation was stressful because we worried about leaving our pup Zeppole for even one night. We can now go way and not worry! She is so well taken care of and comes home so happy! We love the daily updates and pictures. And we love how warm the whole family is...they make Zeppole feel totally at home. ***Update*** 5/2023 - a year later and still relying on Wet Noses to keep my pup when we are away. They are amazing!

Alan and Emily are the absolute best! Remi is my first pet ever, and I’m nervous about whether or not I’m making the right decisions for him all the time, but I feel completely safe and reassured by Alan and Emily every time I leave Remi in their care. I know that Remi is always well taken care of and that he’s having fun with his friends at daycare. I’ve also left Remi with Alan and Emily overnight on multiple occasions, and I never have to worry because they constantly update me with photos and videos. They are very attentive to his needs and preferences — I feel like they even know him better than I do sometimes! Also, Alan and Emily are extremely warm and flexible; they always try to accommodate my needs in terms of scheduling. I appreciate them to the max and recommend them 120%!

For two weeks at Wet Noses Pet Sitter, Alan & Emily cared with love and dedication for our beloved Dachshund-Canela; during this time the little sausage felt better than in her own home. She was always accompanied by friends of the same size as her, and under the supervision of a responsible adult, who daily provided photos and videos of our furry. BTW in the pictures she’s the little pumpkin. Love the Perfect Pooch. I found them through Google and Yelp reviews and the reviews are so accurate. I was so worried as a new dog owner and they treat my dog with such care. They started watching him before he was fully vaccinated so more pet sitting and they were fantastic. I got tons of updates and pics and they truly care for the pets. They’re great about notes and requests and did a great job feeding him and keeping him entertained. I most recently tried their overnight service which was fantastic and didn’t disrupt my puppy’s routine. I always feel like my dog is cared for by folks (especially Joy!) who love dogs and take extra care to treat my puppy with kindness -highly recommended.

Leeland takes such good care of our 2 big pups! Her walkers are caring and detailed. My dogs love them and look forward walks with licks and kisses. We receive photos from each outing!

Maggie is pure joy. She's also a 55lb diva who needs a long walk every day to keep her being a pure joy as my workday co-pilot. I had a scary experience with a solo dog walker, and then I found Leeland, who heads the Perfect Pooch. Lili, Gable, Raeven and sometimes Leland herself walk Maggie both alone, and sometimes with great buddies. I've seen them outside from a distance, and know how Maggie is super excited when it's time for their arrival. Maya stayed with Maggie while we were away, too. I feel confident and very comfortable knowing Maggie gets her walk (no matter the weather). The portal is very easy to use for communication, and payment, too.

I have been using perfect pooch for cat sitting for several months now. They have watched our cats during several trips. It is easy to schedule via their app, they are reliable, take good care of our cats, and always send follow up notes and pictures. As an added bonus - they also leave our apartment tidy - vacuuming up litter and taking out the cat food tins.

We moved to the UWS fulltime in 2022 and are so grateful to have found Leeland and her team at The Perfect Pooch. They are caring, professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. It gives us such peace of mind to know our pup is in their hands for walks, boarding, and dog sitting.

New to the city and have been using the perfect pooch for over a month and weve been so happy. They use an app to message, schedule, and share all the happenings including real time mapped walks, timestamped visits, photos and a sweet message from the walker. Leeland the business owner is wonderful and communicative and came to meet our dog and then set up a meet up with our incredible primary walker Rheanna! Rheanna has been so great with our dog Finley, so respectful of our space and just an all around great person. Thank you for all you do for Finley!

My experience with The Perfect Pooch has been overly positive. The business owner is very responsive, and helps to do all booking, scheduling, payment, and messaging through a commonly used app. All employees have been trustworthy in my home, including the business owner who shares in the workload during busy weekends. Employees are largely detail oriented as well as cat-friendly and very patient even in the face of very shy cats who can lock themselves in a room.

I've been using The Perfect Pooch NYC for about a year now, and they take the BEST care of my little chihuahua! He was a COVID puppy, so I hadn't had to leave him with a walker/sitter before, but Leeland and her team are so professional, caring, and warm that I felt comfortable instantly. My dog be a little feisty (to put it nicely) but he adores his walker Ashley, and she keeps him happy and in check on their daily Central Park walks. I've also used them for overnight boarding, and was so impressed with the quality of care and updates. Can't recommend Leeland, Ashley, and the Perfect Pooch team enough!

As a very satisfied customer of the Perfect Pooch for a few years now, I have relied upon them for overnight pet sitting, walks, and at-home puppy sitting for three of my large breed dogs. I am so incredibly grateful to have them in my life. Leeland is a joy to work with, and the walkers are highly skilled, well trained, loving, and perennially punctual. However, an even higher recommendation comes from my dogs—they are so happy to see the walkers when they arrive that they completely forget I exist.

First time and last time I will be using this boarding facility! I left my four year old French Bulldog with them for nine days and came to pick him up today. Before leaving the facility, I noticed his rear end and scrotum were swollen red and raw (pics below). I told them we did not leave him in this condition and when we called them with in the week, up until yesterday before picking him up they did not mention anything about this issue!! The caretaker had a dumb look on his face and said he probably laid in his urine and was probably licking himself. I couldn’t believe my ears that the caretaker was confessing that they were neglecting my dog, even though they supposedly claimed that they clean the cages 2-3 times a day. I refrained from going back and forth with the caretaker, and immediately took my dog to the veterinarian since he was in pain. When the veterinarian examined my dog, the first question he asked was how sanitized is the boarding facility?? He concluded that my dog has an infection due to him sitting in his own urine/feces or laying in a cage that has not been properly cleaned. Never thought a place such as this would neglect a small dog that’s been there for the first time. If you are a person who seriously loves their dog be cautious about this place!! And just like a classic money grab business, they will flip the situation and blame the dog for having diarrhea? For 9 whole days??!?? And not CONTACT the owners on the issue? Nice try…. Smh.. Now they want to blame it on the Olive oil that they barely used!… OMG!!!

12/20/24- This is my second time boarding Zina for a week I was sad to leave my baby but knew that Mike Chris and staff would take care of my baby I got videos everyday and Zina looked happy I was relieved but still miss my baby I appreciate you all and especially Joe you guys are the Very Best n Always go Above n Beyond!!! Thank You So Much For Taking Care of My Zina!! This is the only place I would leave my baby!! I Highly Recommend this place!!!! This is the first time we leave our Zina in a boarding place but Mike made it easy for us and he said our baby is now his baby Mike N Chris sent us a video we were happy for that so we were comfortable n not worry We so happy we picked Whitestone Doghouse a Clean and Safe Place they bathe our baby we give this place 10STARS your PET will be SAFE N HAPPY HERE!!! I was impressed with the speedy initial contact with information and the tour I asked for the very next morning. I loved the place right off the bat especially that the dogs are not locked in enclosed cages and there are cameras that staff can monitor them. The staff seem happy to be working there, very caring about your dog and knowledgeable. I was able to see the grooming area and loved how nice the gentlemen were taking care of grooming the dogs. I especially loved the area in the back for the smaller dogs where my pup stayed. During the week I communicated with the owner Mike and received video and pics of my pup while I was away. Overall I am happy with this place and will bring my pup there again during my next vacation next year. Thank you everyone at whitestone dog house!

My favorite grooming spot in the area! The staff is very friendly and great with communication… they treat the pups as their own and send them home happy and looking their best! I took my 3 there at the same time and was told it might take till closing but they were all done by 2pm! We will definitely be back and u can consider us ur new regulars for sure!

I don’t normally write reviews, but Whitestone Doghouse absolutely deserves 5 stars! My doodle pup is my baby, and I am always so nervous to try new groomers because I want to make sure that she a) looks great and b) is treated well! We were in town visiting family for a couple of months and needed to have her hair cut, so I spent hours combing through reviews of groomers in the area. It was all the positive reviews of Whitestone Doghouse that made me comfortable giving it a try, so I’m happy to contribute my feedback. It was super easy to get booked, we dropped her off at her appointment with no problems, and they called with plenty of time for us to get back to the shop and pick her up. I was super pleased with her haircut - they knew exactly what I meant about wanting a “clean face” instead of the normal “doodle beard” and gave me exactly the look I was wanting. When I picked her up, the owner also took the time to give me a few tips on how to brush the fur around the tops of her legs to avoid matting. I was so happy with the experience that I actually booked an additional appointment to have her groomed again before we left town! Our girl will be getting her hair cut here every time we’re in the area!

Very Happy with their service, prices are extremely reasonable. Mike and his staff are awesome and true dog people. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs to board a dog.

My puppy came out of her grooming appointment unrecognizable (IN THE BEST WAY). She had gotten groomed elsewhere in the past and I was never as blown away as I was with her grooming from Whitestone! I felt very at ease that she was in good hands. Will definitely be returning!

Lilly and Pepe were boarded there 2 days and the third day they were very sweet and understanding that I was on the white stone bridge and was stuck there . The dogs came back and were tuckered out , the place is clean and they board big and small dogs separate . Very understanding and great staff as well as polite and friendly respectful and I had no issue or feeling bad when I seen the place and staff.

I love this place we’ve been coming since we moved to Whitestone five years ago. They get very busy. A couple of times I had to take them to another place. And I was not happy with the service. I have two cavalier king Charles. One other place almost chop the ears off. To get the knots out. This place takes their time they care. And they’ll do their best not to have to cut A knot in their hair . If I have to wait I will only go to them for now on. As were speaking now they’re both getting given a bath. Thank you guys👌💯 Like the saying goes you pay for what you get. And great service. So I would advise anyone if they’re desperate to get the dogs groomed. I’d rather wait a month and get groomed with Whitestone to walk house.

Bark and Bone started walking our doggie "Miles" earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They're very responsive and always accommodating if I need to cancel a walk or re-schedule it. I love that the walker sends updates immediately after the walk is over and takes pics of how the walk went. I've attached some pics of our happy dog that the walkers have taken on various walks. Wonderful company that we hope to use for as long as our little guy still has working legs :)!

We love Bark & Bone! I've been using B&B multiple times a week for the last year. They always communicate, they're easy to schedule with, and all of the walkers we've worked with have been respectful and helpful. Bruce (my dog) always looks so happy in the photos they send. The staff here were always very attentive to her needs and made sure she had great walks while I was away. We love Bark&Bone! When my husband and I moved to a new area of the neighborhood, our dog Barley had a hard time feeling confident walking down the street. We decided to enlist the help of Bark&Bone to take him on socialization walks with other dogs who were confident walkers to show him there was nothing to be afraid of! Kelsey, our weekly walker, is always on time and you can tell she really cares about the pups she walks and Barley has become much more confident. We also can't get enough of the photo updates!

We adopted Sophie in October. While my partner has continued his commute to the office throughout the pandemic, I've just started going back to the office. I've been anxious about transitioning from being at home with Sophie full time to going into the office a few days a week, but knowing that she's in Bark & Bone's capable hands has made the process so much easier. Dawn, who walks Sophie, provides detailed reports about what Sophie and her pup pals are up to, including, as others have mentioned, great quality photos. Getting a notification that a report is ready is one of the highlights of my day (and my coworkers love looking at them too). The app is user friendly and intuitive, and the whole team is super responsive. Coming home to a happy, well-exercised dog is the best! Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I get 3 walks a week from them for my two old dogs, it's really helped them stay healthy in their age. They're extremely responsive and flexible if I need to cancel last minute (or get a walker last minute), and always take special care minding the age related health needs of my girls.

I am so grateful that I found Never Alone Pets to take care of my cat when I'm away. Damiana is professional, positive and a fast and clear communicator. Alex feeds my cat but honestly, he does so much more. First, Alex texts me to let me know that he is arriving at my place next. I get lots of photos of her food dish and the litter box as well, to let me see what food was left behind and then what he puts in her dish. My favorite photos are the ones he just takes of my cat to let me know that she is ok. Seriously, Alex takes great photos!! He also lets me know when he is leaving. I feel very confident when I go away that Alex is taking good care of my pet. Highly recommended!! Every visit has been amazing!

I've moved apartments a bunch of times, so I've had several different cat sitters -- and Never Alone Pets is the absolute best I've ever hired. Damiana was always easy to reach over email, she's so cheerful, and she took the time to get to know my cats and their specific needs. My cat sitter was Ilda and she was really fantastic - she texted me photos of my cats every day, and the cats (who are shy around new people) warmed up to her quickly. Never Alone's rates are very reasonable, payment was easy (Venmo), and there were never any extra fees like what I've experienced from other companies. A++++ highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I just bought a puppy, and did not realize how busy we were with our own schedules. We had no idea how we were going to take care of her while we were gone during the day. My boyfriend and I called about ten different pet sitting companies, but each were either unprofessional, never returned our call, or we both did not feel comfortable with them. She is always on time, and always keeps me updated. I feel at ease knowing my puppy is being taken care of. Never Alone Pets is a phenomenal dog walking service. Dami, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating to our schedule. She and our walker, Alisson, are patient and respectful of our dog. They give him the same lever of attention and care that we give him, and he adores them. The pictures they send while walking him are great; we love getting to see him during the day! Ari is the best!! He is so caring of our pup and attentive to her. I would recommend booking with him any time you need a getaway! He takes very good care of our dog and any time I need him he makes sure to be available for us. Super grateful for Ari and couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter!

Ari has been walking my dog Bear for over 2 years now. He is very responsible & reliable. When I had an injury to my foot & needed surgery Ari kept Bear at his house for over 2 months. Ari has taken great care of my girl Angie. She’s gets nervous at first but then she settles in and is just fine. She doesn’t get sick or smell bad which some say happens at the kennels.Ari even celebrated her birthday since we weren’t home. I highly recommend Everyday Doggies for pet care.

Every experience I have had here at Doggy Be Good has been wonderful. I bring my foster dog Reina here for boarding every time I take a trip out of town, and she always comes home in tip top shape! Michael is extremely professional and knowledgeable, this gentleman will go above and beyond for his clients and their pets. His team is always kind and friendly, Reina is always happy to see them! I reached out to Doggy Be Good last minute as I was in a pinch for someone to watch our pup for a couple of days. They were very responsive, flexible and accommodating and were available to take my pup. They have an outdoor run for each dog where they can have some outdoor time on nice days. They took good care of my pup and I'll use them again if we need a sitter.

This company is very unprofessional. They lost a dog at the hands of two senior workers and trying to put the blame on a new comer (that was only there for two days ) . They are using this person as the scape goat to make them not look bad, instead of just taking responsibility and accountability. Furthermore, the person they are trying to use as blame helped search for the dog for 8+ hours in a vehicle , which was done out of the kindness of their own heart . Very unprofessional and distasteful.

this place treats their customers and workers amazing, worked here for the summer and i gained a new family. they treat the dogs like family as well, i loved playing with the dogs and making new memories. the dogs are always cared for so are the people :)

My wife and I have been bringing our dogs to Doggy Be Good for years. Each time is a completely outstanding experience, our pups are always happy to go and spend time there. Recently, Mike has taken on some new staff, he goes out of his way to hire locally. I think its commendable that Mike works to introduce younger people into a segment of the animal care industry. These kids might very well be the next trainer, tech or vet in the neighborhood. The facility is always clean, well maintained and I've never seen a single thing that made me feel hesitant or apprehensive to leave my own pets there or suggest this business to a friend. If you're looking for a great trainer, groomer or a place to board your pup give Doggy Be Good a look, there are places out there that should give you concern, this however is definitely not one of them. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Had a very overview of the whole business would say everyone currently there is as professional as it gets, watching how the dogs being cared for in the kennels was a very nice experience to witness, further more there’s still lots of things that have room to grow and improve in the place itself but I’d say when it comes to trusting a place with your pets and how professionally they handle dogs I’d pick this place as your first stop.

I unexpectedly had to go into the hospital to get induced with my first child, Frantically looking for a sitter for my puppy. I was so happy I came upon these guys. Not only were they able to take my puppy, but they were extremely accommodating due to the uncertainty of when our son would arrive. I received frequent updates while in the hospital on how our not so little man was doing and he was having a blast. The communication was exponential, and I will definitely be booking with them again 100% recommend to any one who is looking for a dog sitter/walker.

This was our second time leaving our pup Milo with Ashley and Rodrigo and again, they were awesome! Milo is a bit hesitant at times when it comes to making friends with other dogs so it was so great to get updates with pics that he was making friends and playing. He was exhausted when we picked him up - sign of a good time!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m impressed with the service that Pawlencia provides! We left our year old chorkie in their care while we were out of town, and they were patient and understanding of him. He got to cozy up with the other dogs and also play outside in their closed in backyard. I got pictures and videos of him playing and it was easy to see why he was so comfortable, Ashley was very caring! We recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

We use Ashley and Rod as every day walkers. They are always so kind and patient with both the pets and human! One dog is very particular on who he likes and it was love at first sight with him and Rod. We also have a pup, who had plenty of accidents and messes over the last year. Rod has gone above and beyond by alerting me and cleaning! We trust them with our most precious beings and we vouch on their greatness. If you are in the market for a walker and/or sitter- they are your best bet!

I've worked with Ashley and Rodrigo for months and they have been so wonderful. Nicole Welna, from Rover, referred me when she didn't have any additional capacity. I was nervous trusting anyone with my little furry friend and a key to my home, but when my job started demanding more hours I had to try. My dog, who is very apprehensive of new people, fell in love with both of them and they were super accommodating with my schedule. A business that will come to your door, walk your dog, and then provide spa services, all while you're at work! It's amazing, and was a huge relief to have find them.
