A huge thank you to Elizabeth for a first class house sit! We were made so welcome and had excellent communication before and during the house sit so that we felt very well supported at all times. Cola and Ziggy were a delight to look after. They both have lovely warm personalities and loved their daily walks with us exploring the beautiful Peak District. They were very good off the lead and very well behaved when they met other dogs and people. They also enjoyed snuggling up with us in the sitting room by the wood burner in the evenings. We were sorry to say goodbye to them and hope we can return again for more walks and snuggles.
We felt very comfortable with Cathy and Baptiste from the moment we met them. They are a lovely couple with great personalities, and explained everything we needed to know concerning the flat and Noël. And OMG, Noël. It doesn't get any cuter than him. He has a beautiful personality. It took him a couple of days to get used to us, but once he did, it was wonderful. He will sit on your lap while you're on the sofa, he'll sleep under the covers in bed with you, he'll watch birds from his favourite window... He is just adorable! He's also very curious and playful. He loves exploring his surroundings and playing with his toys. And he is also so talkative! Especially around feeding time. He's such an easy-going, cute cat. Regarding the flat and location - it's perfect! A beautiful space, with good heating, a lovely hot rain shower, an amazing coffee machine, and everything you need. It's an 8 minute walk to the bus stops, and then a short 6-8 minute ride to the city centre. It's really well connected! Overall, this has been a WONDERFUL experience. Thanks Cathy and Baptiste for being amazing and for letting us take care of your little Noël. We adore him and miss him already!

Our stay at Myres Castle looking after Henry and Amanda’s three terriers was exceptional in every way. Henry and Amanda are fabulous hosts who made us feel extremely welcome , we shared a delicious meal with them the night before their departure and woke to lots of lovely gifts. The castle is a really special place, it is very large however still homely and super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens which are a credit to the gardener Mathew and it was great to see the deer and all the nesting birds. The true stars of our stay were the dogs :- Maddy, Fingal and Teddy who are full of personality, easy going and great fun to be with. The dogs were super easy to look after, Teddy became Lawrence’s shadow, Maddy loves her ball and Fingal loves Maddy. They are excellent sofa snugglers which we always appreciate. This was the very best of Sits and we felt extremely lucky that Henry and Amanda chose us to be temporary custodians of their Castle, fiefdom and furries - thank you for a fantastic experience.
Great place to visit, Jane is sweet, charming, welcoming. I had a great time, we coordinate pick up quite easily. Spend 2 weeks taking care of Hovis, she does take a couple of days to get used to a new person but I guess everyone has different times. No complaints whatsoever :) :)
We had a nice weekend house-sitting for Janice and Gary. Aussie and Goose are adorable. The house is well located and close to grocery stores. We enjoyed the garden with Aussie and even saw a lot of parrots at the feeding station. Aussie is a cuddly dog that also likes her walk. We didn't see Goose as much but managed to see her on some occasions. ☺️
