Elle and Nick were a dream to host. Communication to coordinate their arrival (not the most straight-forward destination to travel to), was smooth and really transparent. They arrived a day early to give us a chance for a handover, and gave me a sense of confidence and peace to travel and leave my cats (one of whom is a creaky old-lady cat) in their safe and loving hands. We were in touch sporadically while I was away, and I came back to smiles, purrs and a pristine house! Dream sitters, I couldn't have asked for more, and can't recommend them highly enough. Super pleasant, interesting, reliable and responsible people, if you get lucky to host them in the future, you've hit the jackpot! From the moment that I first spoke to Suzie via a video call, I knew that she would be the perfect house and dog sitter for our 2 girls. She was very flexible in caring for our dogs over two long weekend trips and it was great getting to know her personally while we were home in between. She is truly a caring person and I know our dogs miss her! Her communication was great right from the beginning and it was nice not to worry about the dogs or the house while we were away. We came home to a clean and tidy house and happy and healthy dogs. Highly recommended by us and Summer and Maui!

We recently had the pleasure of having Tracy look after our home and our beloved cat, Bruce, for a week, and I can't recommend her highly enough! Tracy was a model of professionalism and kindness from start to finish. She kept our home immaculate, which was a delight upon our return. Communication with Tracy was seamless. She was always accessible and kept us updated with regular messages and adorable pictures of Bruce, which greatly eased our minds while we were away. It was clear from her updates that Bruce was not just cared for but also loved during our absence. We were particularly impressed with how tidy everything was and how well Tracy managed everything related to our home and Bruce. Her attention to detail and the genuine affection she shows towards pets make her a top-notch sitter. We would absolutely use Tracy's services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring house and pet sitter. Hannah & Lee

Hannah and Lee were excellent housesitters, caring for Nelson, taking him on regular walks, and looking after the house as if it were their own. We returned to a happy and healthy dog, an immaculate house, and even a jar of freshly home made jam in the fridge. The friendly pair took everything in their stride, including managing the fallout of an unexpected half defrosted freezer. Thank you both, we’d have you back anytime.

Oliver

Oliver was fantastic. Highly reliable and our pets were clearly well looked after. He was very communicative and sent us daily photos so we could go away with total peace of mind!

Tessa

Tessa is a wonderful sitter and deserving of the 5 stars (wish we could give her more). She responded to our request quickly and after a quick videocall, we knew she'd be prefect for Jasper and the budgies. Her arrival and departure were spot on and she took to Jasper quickly. Tessa sent us a few pictures letting us know Jasper was having fun which is what we asked for. What we didn't realise was, he was having the time of his life. When we got back he's always excited to meet us and I often feel sad that his allegiance with the sitter is dropped the very second we get back. However, on this occasion he made a fuss of us then went straight back to Tessa for cuddles and to play, which just shows how close she got to him and how much he trusts and likes her. Jasper was besotted with Tessa and not because she treats him but because they sat and cuddled each night which is something he loves. Tessa left us a lovely card thanking us for her time with Jasper and the budgies. Would we use Tessa again? Always if we could. Would we recommend Tessa? We can't recommend her highly enough. Luke

I left it way too late to organise a sitter for Christmas and I feel incredibly lucky to have had a response from Luke and Nicole on the 22nd Dec. They had no reviews but after chatting on FaceTime with them I felt completely comfortable confirming the sit with them. And I’m very glad I did. They are a lovely couple and were fantastic sitters. I came back to a very happy and relaxed River and the house was left beautifully. They arrived on the 24th and I still had to pack and also clean an Airbnb I have before leaving and it was great having them in the house and chatting to them as I was getting ready. My 10 and 13 year old boys thought they were fab too. Really hope to keep in touch with them, regardless if they can sit for us again or not. Rodrigo

We were lucky to have had Rodrigo looking after Danny. When arranging the sit, Rodrigo was very accommodating with our requests and responded flexibly. Judging from his daily updates with cute photos, Danny fell in love with him fairly quickly and enjoyed his company very much. Danny wanted to stay with him even after we came home from our holiday.

Andrea

This was my first house sitter experience and it couldn't have been better. Andrea was reliable and turned up on time. She asked lots of questions about my cat Tuesday and his requirements. She watered my plants, put the bins out, washed the bedding and left my home clean and tidy on my return. Andrea sent daily photos of Tuesday which reassured me while I was away, especially as he looked relaxed in the pics. Thank you Andrea!

Emma

Emma came to look after our cat Uma while we were away for 5 days. She was super punctual when she arrived and was so lovely, she set us at ease immediately. We had a bit of a chaotic exit but Emma was very understanding and easy going. Throughout our time away we received daily updates and photos of how Uma was doing and she looked super happy and relaxed! When we returned the flat looked impecable and Uma was so calm she didn't even run to greet us at the door 😅. It was like we had never left! Emma was an amazing pet sitter and made going away such a breeze. We would have her back anytime!

Bec

We can recommend Beth as a dog sitter, however not for reactive dogs, like ours. Negra is a noise reactive dog, and although we had a previous interview and even a walk, it seems that this could not be foreseen in terms of the situations that could arise. With Beth it was our first experience with this app. There were a couple of incidents that fortunately Beth was able to resolve and we are very grateful to her, but they were very risky and stressful for all of us. Negra needs a sitter capable of dealing with a dog with these reactions and we can say that the experience was not a pleasant one for Beth or for us.

Great communication before the stay. Arrived at a mutually arranged time. Also suggested meeting our rather nervous Collie x springer outside the house which was a great idea.
Very attentive on giving information when first arrived and took time to get to know our 3 pets. 
Offered us a lift to the station if needed. 
Excellent communication when we were away.
Property left beautifully clean and everything laundered. Including leaving milk, bread etc. 
I think our pets were a bit sad we had returned and had been beautifully looked after. 
We would highly recommend Ginny. Thank you very much.

Ashlee was an absolute rockstar! Was my first time using the app, and she really set the bar high! She took great care of my dog, as if he was her own. He got all the cuddles, walks and runs at the dog park. She took such great care of my dog and I can’t thank her enough for it!
