Kim is wonderful. For the past 3 years she has watched my cats on short and long vacations and has been a pleasure to work with. She is communicative before, during and after her visits and reminds me of the things she may need. My cats have loved her. Now, we have a dog, too and Bailey took to Kim right away. I would recommend her completely. She goes the extra mile!

Kim took excellent care of our cat while we were away for a week. We got a picture every day, and he seemed very content both in the pictures and when we came home so he had had a good week. He is normally pretty shy but was already coming up to her during our initial overview meeting, which says a lot. We will definitely ask Kim to care for him again the next time we go away.

Kim has taken care of my kitties for the past 10 years. I would trust them with nobody else. She genuinely loves her furry clients - it shows in the videos and photos she sends while you are gone. She loves to play with them and always has funny stories to share. I can go away and not feel guilty, at all, knowing that they are so well cared for and loved. Our neighbor had recommended her to us and we felt very confident after the complimentary pre-visit with our dog Lucy! We look forward to the pictures Kim texts while we are away . Our home is always neat and tidy when we return. But most of all Lucy is well cared for while we are gone and we feel comfortable leaving her.

Kim was wonderful with our cats! We feel so fortunate to be able to leave them here at home where they are comfortable and they both warmed up to Kim very quickly. Kim is great!! I will always call her to care for our fur babies. We have several small dogs and she managed them all with individual care. She is very attentive and takes time to get to know each dog. She even cleans up after them on rainy days and gave them baths when they were covered in mud. She is professional and our pups love her!
