Karen arrived with her mom about an hour before we were due to leave, so we could orient them to the house and to Sammie the cat. Sammie was relaxed and friendly with them both right away, a bit unusual for him! We received daily check-ins with photos and returned to a clean house and happy kitty. I highly recommend Karen for house and petsitting, and would have her back anytime.

Joanna did a wonderful job pet/house sitting. She immediately bonded with our dog, communicated daily with pictures and videos and took great care of the house. We would love to have her return for a future sit.

We had a great experience with Sophie as a sitter for our three cats during a recent four-night sit. She was a strong communicator before the sit, responding promptly and clearly as we prepared. She arrived on time (actually early, but waited until the agreed time before coming to the house) and was familiar with the details in our welcome guide, making the hand off easy. During the sit, she shared a daily update on how the cats were doing (including her attempts to engage them in play and how our shy cats were warming up) and she handled a few unexpected twists without any issues or concerns (e.g., brought a heavy package in that arrived earlier than we expected). Sophie left the house as clean and tidy as we left it, including washing sheets/towels and having everything folded/back in place. Our cats seemed content when we returned too. Overall, we would recommend Sophie to others seeking a sitter.

Crystal and David are lovely people. They took the job seriously. They were caring and affectionate with my dogs and made sure to give them walks everyday. Crystal sent photos and kept me apprised of the status of the dogs on a regular basis. I felt comfortable with them in my home.

Jodi was incredible! Oliver, Pedro and our home all thrived under her care. We cannot wait to have her again.

I could tell just by meeting Ladonna that Minnie would be in good hands. Minnie is a senior dog that is incontinent, deaf, and has a hard time seeing. Ladonna seemed very patient with her and was dealt with her accidents fabulously. Our communication leading up to the sit was efficient and pleasant. Ladonna left my place sparkling and went above and beyond with the care of my home by washing my towels.

Kaitlyn and Max were the perfect Housesitters and their care of Henry, our Golden, was impeccable. Henry needs an allergy shot once a week and Kaitlyn had no problem administering this even though she was unfamiliar with the procedure. We showed her how before we left and she took care of it without issue. In the future, we would trust Kaitlyn and Max to look after our house and pets without reservation. Thank you!

David and Candice were wonderful sitters! They were thoughtful and considerate throughout the time that they took care of my cat (Puddle). They asked clarifying questions as needed in order to make sure that Puddle received the care that he needed, and they communicated regular updates regarding how Puddle was doing. They also sent picture updates of Puddle, which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend David and Candice as house sitters, and I am thankful that they took great care of Puddle!

Karlie was the most perfect person we could have ever hoped for to take care of our beloved cat ISIS and our home! Whenwe got home, our cat was so happy and well-loved, I can tell when she had a good time with a pet sitter because she is not at all needy when I get Home.This was the case with Karlie and Jonny's care. Our home was also in tip top shape as well!

Viktoria was an excellent sitter for both my kitty, Sofia & my home. She did a great job, & took plenty of photos to keep me up to date. Also there was a fire in the Placerville area. Some of my nearby neighbors got evacuation orders. Well, she left my home in pristine condition & communicated effectively & departed safely back to the Bay Area.
