Caroline was an excellent house sitter and we would highly recommend her. Caroline took the time to visit us a few weeks before the sit started to meet the dogs and hens and go through the sit details. She then came the night before we left which was really helpful as we had an early departure. Caroline was very confident in looking after our dogs and hens, kept us up to date throughout the sit, and left the house in a very clean and tidy state. Valentine was the perfect petsitter while we were gone on our honeymoon. She is a proactive communicator, true animal lover, and a conscientious house guest. Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)
My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!
So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.

Our dog was old 17 so were no longer comfortable with Kennels. So we used this service and got a lovely lady who cared for our Lab for two nights. Easy and organised. I liked the fact that they put a tag on her so that if she did get out that their organisation would be called.

Ive been taking my puppy Diego to see Daniel for the last 6 months and it’s been amazing! I wanted help with basic obedience, toilet training and lead training, and Daniel has been such a big help. Diego loves coming to his sessions and there are so many other training options to choose from. I love how flexible it is, you can keep going for as long as you like and never feel like you’re left on your own to figure things out like at other places. Highly recommend!
I’m thrilled that my local dog trainer who has been working with Dan, referred me onto him. Even working online at a distance with Dan, there is no loss in quality or service. My journey with my dog has seen me engage quite a few trainers over her 3 years...finding Dog Club SA is my final essential training, the issues I have had with my girl were addressed immediately, exceptional in behaviour training not just obedience. Daniel's knowledge, expertise and passion makes him very approachable and engaging, and the other team members are wonderful too. My girl started with Hood Hangz for 4 sessions then together we started Streetwise only been a few weeks but both myself and my dog are learning with notable improvement in a short space of time... Dealing with a rambunctious Samoyed who is so active and excitable made it hard for even a peaceful walk. Daniel has been so helpful in providing us with tips and tricks to be able to control him and make walks a lot more manageable. Hood hangz classes are different from the average doggy day care where Daniel and his team provides so much mental and physical stimulation training. Streetwise classes I feel are so pivotal in being able to learn to communicate and be as one unit with the dog. Thank you Daniel!
Dog club SA has been a fantastic service and help with raising our young Doberman pup. Multiple different services available including “hood hang” which is a day training service which is perfect if there is a day where your dog can’t get the attention it needs at home. Daniel is patient and will answer any and all questions you may have leaving you very confident with his process.
Daniel and the team at DogClub have been great with our young Rottie - Marley .. She’s a spirited pup to say the least but thanks to their guidance we’re on the right track to success … “well … at least less shit each time ..”
Daniel and the crew at Dog Club SA have made a world of difference for my dog reactive cattle dog. They are patient and kind and work with your dog to bring out their best side. My dog has attended quite a few Hood Hangz and he always comes home content and it has made a positive difference to our training at home. My first class we were surrounded by 10 other dogs, something I never dreamed we could do and my dog did so well. It showed me his potential to be a calm, happy dog. Fantastic trainers, couldn't recommend them anymore 😊
Have had the best experience at Dog Club with my reactive German Shepherd. The training has been beneficial to his reactivity and being able to go for a walk with no stress. I highly recommend the trainers!
I inspected other pet accommodation facilities and was less than impressed. A tin shed with little to no natural light is not acceptable for pet boarding in my opinion. Beau’s Pet Hotel offers accommodation similar to what a true home environment is like. Bright airy rooms with windows, a private courtyard and exercise 3 times a day on a grassed area instead of concrete. This was of utmost importance to me, I couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday if my dog was sitting in a cold tin shed on a cheap worn bed, in fact I wouldn’t have gone at all. I could see that my boy enjoyed his stay with Beau’s, the smile on his face said it all. Well done Beau’s Pet Hotel for offering quality boarding that the dogs actually enjoy.
We recently had our lil dachund stay at Beaus and can't express how impressed I was with this business. From first booking to the updates, they have been brilliant all the way through. As a pet owner, I want the best for my pets. I recently booked my border collie for a trial stay ahead of her longer one in January 2025. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the "pawgress" report. The feedback at checkout reassured me of the care she received, as her carer knew her well enough to offer valuable insights. Beau's cared for our three cats during our holiday in Japan. Two of the cats are very sensitive and missed us. Beau's lovely staff could not have been more kind and caring giving us regular updates on their progress. Beau's Pet Hotel is light, bright, clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to any pet owner.
I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.
Our 11yr old golden retriever had the most wonderful stay at Beau’s pet hotel. We can’t rate the care high enough. The regular updates and photos shared with us while we were away from our precious boy were so reassuring and gave us the peace of mind we needed being so far away on our travels. Thank you to all the staff that took such great care of our old boy.
Great facilities. So clean and Rem loves going there. The staff are great and you can tell they love him back. Comes out clean and happy. So convenient that you can drop off and collect at your chosen time. Great for overnight stays and long stays. He has three runs a day on grassed area so works out well.
Super happy with Beau's. Both my dogs are of age, so I was extra worried about them. They are both use to being inside so the temp controlled rooms was perfect. The fact that someone also took them outside a few times each day for some sunshine, fresh air, love and attention made me so happy. The lovely updates with photos of their stay was really appreciated, made me more at ease. The staff were very friendly, professional and genuinely love their job and the pets they look after.
Bertie's pawcation was an absolute success. While he was a little anxious on day 1 he settled very quickly with lots of cuddles from the team and daily play sessions outside. We can highly recommend Beau's.
First time we have used Beau’s pet motel and it won’t be the last time. The team are friendly and clearly have a passion for their work but also for the animals they take care of. Kaden was amazing 🤩 We trusted his professionalism from the start and felt so at ease while he was with our puppy 🐶 Sunset went on beach walks & cafe trips & was so happy. His knowledge and intuition of puppies is amazing and communication with us so clear. He even went above & beyond to keep us updated on our ‘elf on the shelf’ movements in the lead up to Xmas.
All of our animals love Kaden which puts us at ease every time we travel. He has great communication, goes out of his way to accommodate our high maintenance doggo and takes perfect care of our home when we're away. We love recieving daily pics and videos of our pets too ☺️ I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a pet sitter for their animals 🐕

Very loving to dogs
It is evident that Kylie really cares and goes the extra mile for your pets. She really treats them like they were her own. I have really sensitive cats who find strangers threating however they bonded with Kylie straight away. Kylie sends updates and photos each day and makes helpful suggestions as an added touch. Would highly recommend.
While living in Brooklyn Park Kylie would check in on my cat, Charlie, whenever I was away. My cat doesn’t usually like strangers but after a few visits she started to really love Kylie. Kylie would not only give Charlie her food, fresh water, and change her kitty litter, but she would stay and spend some time with her. After each visit Kylie would send a detailed update with lots of photos and videos. I have since moved away from the area and have really struggled to find anyone that even comes close to the level of care that Kylie had. Kylie is the best pet sitter you will find!
I can not sing Kylie at West Adelaide Pet sitters praise highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic, so professional and caring. As it was getting colder I didn't want to have to put our puppies in boarding, theyre used of coming in & out as they please - I wanted to find someone to come to our place, look after the puppies, cats, cover the bird and let them know they are still loved - and particularly needed to find someone who was able to give our 9yo Diabetic Groodle her insulin injection morning & night. After much research I came across West Adelaide Pet Sitters, after the initial contact with Kylie we organized a time for her to come meet the family and learn what was required, Kylie was so professional, she took so many notes so as she was aware of everything that was needed of her. Bruce, our rather boisterous Red Kelpie X Husky, who can be quite daunting on meeting - was eating out of Kylies hand within minutes - which does not happen often! After each of Kylies visits she sends messages and photos of what happened, what they where doing, had done - fantastic. Kylie can (and will be in the future ) look after Our Family any day - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kylie and WEST ADELAIDE PET SITTERS.
Kylie is absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend her and her fantastic service enough. Not only did she take great care of my sweet cat while we were away (giving medication, cuddles and sending daily pics & updates), she offered to look after her for the day while we moved house (she's not only great with pets but a lifesaver too!). I can't speak highly enough of Kylie and the absolutely wonderful care of my cats Shadow and Jag. Kylie started looking after my cats early 2017 after Shadow hadn't been well staying at a local cattery. Not the cattery's fault at all as Shadow had a cat flu virus that decided to kick into high gear while I was away overseas. It was that incident that prompted me into having another go at trying to find someone to look after my cats in their home environment. After a discussion with the cat's vet and a few follow up emails, I found West Adelaide Pet Sitters aka Kylie. The first booking didn't quite go as planned as Jag ended up cutting her foot and had to be taken to the vet but Kylie was absolutely wonderful getting here there and then looking after her post the visit. My partner went from grumbling about giving someone access to our house to saying he wanted Kylie to look after our two cats from then on. So from there Shadow and Jag had multiple visits from their "personal concierge" service as I started calling it. Unfortunately, Shadow passed away in July and I really appreciated Kylie's care of him right up to when I had to make the difficult decision that it was time for him to rest easy. After that, her care of dealing with Jag who had suddenly become a solo cat for the first time in her 10 years of living was great. Thank you again Kylie for all your wonderful care and I can't recommend West Adelaide Pet Sitters enough.

My partner and I have been taking our cats here for 15 years now. The cats always come back happy and healthy. The people who work there love pets and are always happy to help. We have closer catteries to our house but use Blackwood as we can trust that are fur babies are being cared for and their needs met and exceeded.
Caring owners, security conscious, good-sized enclosures including family sized, and air-conditioned. Feel happy to leave my fur babies with them.
Really large cages for the cats. Great owner and staff, small and personal cattery. Not associated with dog boarding so nice and quiet. Have used them for many years.

Penny my 10 month old Mini Sheepadoodle has been now attending Paws for months often more than once a week. She has the very best time, is cared for, looked after and treated like their own. I love that I can leave her there knowing that she is living her best life!! The photos and videos through the day, prove not only her but all the dogs in the videos are adored. She has also been groomed here and was done professionally and exactly as i asked. Penny loves her new Daycare Family!!
Both our dogs enjoy their experience at Paws. They have become familiar with the term "day care" and on hearing that rush to the door in excitement and when arriving pull on their leads in their hase to get in. My boy Bowie has been going to Paws for just over a year now and it has been one of the best things I've ever done for him. His days at daycare are undoubtedly the highlight of his week and I could not recommend Chris and her fabulous team highly enough. You can so clearly see how much they all care about the dogs in their care, and they are treated like one of the family. The absolute best daycare centre for dogs in all of Adelaide!
Chris and her team are the best! Absolutely first-class. They really love the dogs, and it shows. After 2 years of weekly visits and occasional grooming, Daisy still charges in to see her doggy friends with pure excitement, every single time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for dog day care or grooming.
Lovely staff and amazing facilities. Extremely versatile in their grooming offers, always had my dogs groomed there (Golden Retriever & Moodle). I wouldn't recommend any other place than paws to get your dogs groomed. 5/5
I recently took Milo in for his first groom. We took ownership of him when he was 1 year old, and he was matted and overgrown. Evelyn did an amazing job to remove all the matted fur and turned him into a handsome young man. Thanks PAWS and thanks Evelyn, see you in a few months.
Do not use these groomers … We left our beautiful labradoodle puppy Buddy here for a groom. We dropped him off at 8.50am … and when we picked him up (a whole 9 hours later) he was unrecognisable. The groomers made us pay $140 before Buddy came out … definitely too much, given the end result. Buddy is normally happy after a groom - today he was timid - especially when the groomer tried to approach him. I left clear instructions to do a full groom and acknowledged that his chest was a bit matted - so asked for his chest area to be clipped, but blended into the rest of his body, which was only to be trimmed to half the original length. I also clearly stated that I wanted his head to remain fluffy. See below the before and after photos for reference. The clip is patchy and his eyelashes cut unevenly. There was also blood on his ears. What I am most disappointed about is that there was no communication throughout the day asking permission to cut him shorter. Instead, the groomer preceded to tell us how matted he was “all over his body” when I know it was only his chest where his harness sits that had knots. It seemed they wanted to do what was easiest for them. I will not he returning to these groomers.
Awesome people, and outstanding service. My family member hurt themselves while walking our dog (wasn’t anyone’s fault), and they took care of my dog free of charge. Great place to go for a doggy pedicure too!
Excellent grooming for my poodle Wesley. Not only that but after he was happy, playful, hungry. Even the people we meet on our walks commented on a very special haircut.
Our dog loves going there. It's perfect for us as there are no set drop off or pick up times and it's also very close to us but I'd travel further if I had to because it is a great environment for our dog, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Plus I love their flexible conditions.
Our dogs adore going to doggy day care! Amy and her team are so caring and go above and beyond. Even putting a coat on our Betty as they noticed she was a little cold. Amy and the crew are absolute lifesavers! We've been bringing our high-energy puppy here once or twice a week for the past few months, and it's been really great for him and us. He absolutely loves it, it's great for his socialisation, it tuckers him out and gives us more freedom. Everybody wins! What an awesome daycare, my two mini schnauzers were worn out from all the fun they had both days they were there. I am a full time traveller and having the girls looked after so well while I enjoyed the sites of Adelaide was wonderful.

Thoroughly disappointed gave a 7 month old puppy 20 minutes to settle into a completely foreign environment and then called for him to be collected as he was upsetting the other dogs. Children don't settle into day care in 20 minutes so very disappointed that a lively, adventurous puppy was not given a chance. I feel as it was an extremely hot day they perhaps overbooked. I would have been ok with that but to say he's beautiful and he should settle down by the time he's 2years old. Kinda defeated the purpose of doggy daycare. Would not recommend . If I could give a minus score I definitely would.

Sebastian has always been a difficult patient, but the staff at Little Rascals did an excellent job of calming him, and making him look his best. I'd recommend Little Rascals to anyone when it comes to looking after rescued dogs, making sure your best friend is at ease, and making them look their best.
