Otis and Wallace where well taken care of and the place was in lovely condition. Would highly recommend. Never hurts to leave your pets in the care of someone who’s worked at a Vet clinic. Always welcomed.

Outstanding experience! Carolyn made our dogs pet sitting so unique and fantastic that I would highly recommend her! But not only that, when we came back everything was clean and in order. She will be missed but hopefully we can have her back soon! ♥️

We were so lucky to have Katia and Daniel take care of our house and pets, especially on relatively short notice when our first sitter cancelled. Communication was excellent, and our pets were obviously loved and well cared for (Louis was really sad to see them leave). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, and wish them and their daughter(s) every happiness!

J was a stellar house and pet sitter. She was accessible and flexible about meeting for the first time and for getting together to introduce her and our dog, Jazz. She kept in touch with us daily by text with photos of Jazz. When she was concerned about something Jazz ate off the ground, she got in touch with us immediately and the situation was handled perfectly. (All was/is well). Ursula is a wonderful sitter! This was the second time that she has taken care of Puddle (my cat), and each time, she's taken great care of him. She's a communicative sitter who proactively sent updates on how Puddle was doing throughout the sit (including adorable pictures of him, which made my day when I was traveling!), and she was also very responsive if I ever reached out either leading up to or during the sit. From the pictures of Puddle that she sent, I could tell that Puddle was really comfortable with her, which made me really happy to see while I was away. In addition to the great care that she took of Puddle, the apartment was tidy upon my return. I highly recommend Ursula as a sitter. Thank you, Ursula!

Eli was exceptional caring for my two dogs during this two week stay. She managed some challenging issues with the house and upset stomachs with the dogs extremely well. She kept the house organized and clean and not only cared for the dogs but entertained them and engaged with them each day. I would recommend Eli without the slightest hesitation!

Though we were out camping and without signal, having Julia with our cats brought us peace of mind. She made the effort to come to our apartment a day before the sit to check in and get an idea of how everything worked which we appreciated. She was also very friendly, quick to respond when we checked in, and our cats were super happy and relaxed when we got home. Though the apartment wasn’t as spotless as with some other sitters when we returned home, it was still in great condition. I would recommend her to anyone!

Jennifer was an excellent pet and home sitter. She took wonderful care of our dogs and made the effort to bond with them so they were more comfortable with her during her stay. She followed all instructions and asked questions when appropriate. Our home was neat and tidy when we returned from our trip, they took excellent care of our space. Shawn and Jennifer were the perfect pet sitters! We could not have wished for better people to look after Salt and Pepa! Not only were they meticulous in keeping up the cat`s routines, nurturing S&P`s idiosyncracies, and keeping them clean, fed, and happy in general, but they went above and beyond finding out what else they could want or need in a truly empathetic way. Shawn and Jen taught them new tricks, played with them often, stayed in with them most of the time and observed them and their characters so well, that it seemed after only a few days like they have known - and loved! - the cats for some time. Before we knew these sympathetic brilliant sitters with heart, brains, and instinct we were nervous about leaving our not even 2 year old cats with strangers for more than a month, especially since Salt can be a fragile soul who is very shy and needs a lot of time to bond with people if she does it at all. Not with these two people. They know how to handle cats professionally. Instead of overwhelming them, Shawn is present and offers them attention and playtime. We were able to fully enjoy our time away from home since they were communicating extremely well and in the frequency we agreed on. So we got pictures or videos of S&P every day and reports. The reports as well as the pics showed us that S&P had an extremely good time, and that after only a few days they behaved completely "normal", i.e. we recognized "our" cats from the way that Jen described them and photographed them. Shawn and Jen are both extremely reliable, down-to-earth and self-sufficient. IF there would have been an emergency, we could not have asked for better guardians. The welfare of the cats was always their first concern. What more can we say but that they are also very friendly, humorous, calm and intelligent human beings. When we came home S&P were like: "Oh.. you..? Ok.. But were are the other two?" In our living room was a carefully arranged series of printed out photographs by Jen the excellent photographer. We are so very thankful to Shawn and Jen that they agreed to look after our kitties - and our home, which they also did without fail - and we are truly happy to have made their acquaintance. Hopefully, we will meet again!

Mary was amazing - took great care of my fur babies (even added one to the list last minute and she was SO understanding!) and my house - highly, highly, highly recommend!
