I enjoyed getting to know Pepper, Harley and Austin. All pets are clearly very much loved as they were engaging and affectionate. They know the routine and expectations, and combined with Michelle's detailed instructions, it was easy to care for them. Michelle's house is very comfortable and the surroundings are peaceful. It was a great start for me with TrustedHousesitters. Thank you:)
We had a fantastic house & cat sit over Christmas with Annette, her family and of course Tommy! Annette’s communication beforehand was excellent - we had a video call and then some helpful instructions - so we felt confident and well informed about Tommy’s needs. Annette and family were very welcoming and friendly and invited us to join them for dinner the evening we arrived, so we could get to know each other. The accommodation was in the annex - a part of, but separate to the main house - and was spotless and well organised. While Annette and family were away, we had use of the main house’s kitchen and living area, so we could keep Tommy company when he wasn’t out exploring. He was a delight to look after and we really liked getting to know him. An added bonus was the beautiful location, with the town a short walk away and the lesser-explored SW Lakes on the doorstep. We’d highly recommend this sit. Thanks Annette and family - we hope to see you again.
First off I was greeted by Jonathan outside and given a tour which helped me feel welcomed. From the moment I stepped into their zenlike abode, I knew it was going to be a serene experience. Jonathan and David's home exudes peace and tranquility, providing the perfect atmosphere. As for Bugs and Shade... true to their environment, were the epitome of calmness. Their gentle demeanor and soothing presence made my time with them incredibly enjoyable. Throughout my stay, Bugs and Shade demonstrated a remarkable sense of contentment, which undoubtedly reflects the love and care they receive from Jonathan and David. Whether it was lounging in sunlit spots or gracefully exploring their surroundings, their serene energy was contagious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on this sit, and I am grateful to Jonathan and David for entrusting me with their darlings. Their hospitality and the tranquil environment of their home made my cat-sitting experience truly memorable. I would jump at the chance to return anytime!
