Bibi CANCELED her sit with us, 20 hours before we were LEAVING the country. The reason she cancelled was because she found a sick stray cat and decided she could not leave it behind. She said that was more important than following through with her sit with us. I would definitely be careful booking Bibi in the future as she does not have respect for the culture of Housesitting.
We had a great house-sitting experience in Benenden! April is a fabulous woman and a good communicator, with whom we connected straight away, and Bonnie is a delightful, affectionate and very gentle dog, whom we missed immediately upon leaving … and still do! April’s house is very comfortable and bright, in a great location and with convenient off-street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, both enjoying lovely local walks from the front door and visiting farm shops, beaches and other walks just a short drive away. The local pub is excellent and just across the green, the friendly cafe is just around the corner, and we ran out of time to trial other local but highly recommended businesses. Looking after darling Scout in the beautiful Surrey Hills in a tastefully restored heritage listed house, with its walled garden and meadow, a short walk from the quaint village of Shere was, as you can surely imagine, a wonderful experience! If you enjoy walking, unspoilt countryside and country pubs with miles of public access trails varying in relation to elevations and scenery, this is the perfect place to explore. (I highly recommend the Alltrails App which came in very handy!) Scout absolutely loves nothing better than being out and about with you and he is SO well behaved, it’s a genuine pleasure to have him lead free by your side, knowing he is not going to go chasing off after sheep, pheasants or start bickering with passing dogs. There was good communication with Paula when it was possible given the family’s remote holiday location, but friends and neighbours were on hand to assist as and when necessary. Altogether one of my most memorable housesits; lots of photos taken of one of England’s most acclaimed areas of outstanding natural beauty. My bursting-with-happiness walking fur buddy will be sorely missed.
I had a lovely peaceful stay and in such a beautiful home. Gina was an excellent communicator and I felt very at ease knowing where everything was. The chickens are adorable, and so fluffy. I stayed during Fringe, and it was very easy to get a bus to and from town. Thanks for having me!
Kirsty and Daniel were absolutely lovely to housesit for. Their home is lovely and all instructions and details with regards to the home and their cat, Primrose, were very clear. Primrose is sweet and playful when she wants to be. We had a great time exploring the area and hanging out with Primrose. We would definitely sit for Kirsty and Daniel in future if we have the chance!
I still miss the dogs from this lovely home in San Diego. The pets, two adorable and well-mannered dogs, and their parents were wonderful to meet and work with. The home is large, beautiful, and filled with the love of family, friends, and comfort for guests and the two dogs. I was very comfortable and quickly fell into a routine. By the end of the week, I was sad to leave and quite satisfied with my stay. This home and the family (dogs) they left in my care were top-notch, and I am grateful for the experience.
I left halfway through the dogsit, of 8 hours, because I felt uncomfortable with Lyla. I am an experienced petsitter on Trusted Housesitters and have never had trouble with previous pets, so this was unexpected. Cons: - Lyla jumps and is mouthy. When I mentioned this to Florence, she said "oh yeah, she did this to the other sitters last week." - Lyla had just had surgery. Florence did a great job communicating this and asking if I was ok with it. She did not mention that carrying Lyla up and down the stairs, was actually 4 flights of steep stairs to her flat. - It was not a relaxing sit. I sat on the couch for 1 hour and the rest of the time, Lyla was barking and jumping on me. We went for 3 walks, 1 hour each to try and calm her energy. - Florence changed plans last minute a couple hours before I was supposed to come over and asked me to come at 8:30 am instead, the next day. (disclaimer - she was feeling sick, but I want to mention this for people who don't always have a backup plan in accommodation) - Lyla kept barking at me and Lauren, Florence's neighbor, kindly came to help calm her down. Lauren mentioned that Lyla is usually a lot more mellow but may have been acting up from separation anxiety. Ultimately, Lyla was barking so much and lunging at me, that the neighbor came to take over. Pros: - Florence was an active communicator both beforehand and during the sit. She video chatted with me to help figure out why Lyla was acting up and found a neighbor to watch Lyla. - Florence's neighbors are all very kind! I met 4 of them while on walks. - Lots of great parks and streets to walk with Lyla. - Lyla is a well-meaning dog and is really well-behaved on walks. Lyla could be a good sit for someone who has experience with a Staffy pup, which was also highlighted in the review before mine.

It was my first time here and they were good with my two small dogs. Very thorough with explanations and we did a trial day before their actual check in - so that we’d see if the dogs would be a good fit. I was able to put them in the same room and keep them together. They called me with an update and left a message for me. My one dog is part Chihuahua with some behavior issues and they were able to accommodate him just fine. They came back happy and safe. The staff is very friendly and they treat you with a lot of understanding. I was able to bring some things from home to leave with the dogs for comfort items. I was very nervous leaving them but they eased all of my worries. Thanks !
Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Prices were fair, it was simple to schedule the boarding for our cats, and the service/updates of our cats we received were great. I would highly recommend their services to friends or family.

This is now the umpteenth time we’ve lodged our dog, Cosmo, here, but a perfect example of how Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas always goes above and beyond: While I had arranged for a late check out, my flight kept getting delayed. I ended up picking up Cosmo at midnight, and even at that time, there was someone there to hand him over and carefully read me his detailed chart (notes on his stay)! This same visit, they gave me a call to let me know Cosmo had gotten a tiny scratch on his nostril while playing… so tiny that I probably wouldn’t have noticed it day-to-day, but they did! They watch over many dogs but still deliver attentive and individualized care to each dog. The peace of mind I get when traveling knowing Cosmo is safe and cared for is worth it every cent. As seen below, Cosmo himself cannot wait for his next stay.
I recently boarded my dog here for around a week. It was my dogs first time boarding and I was super nervous leaving him by himself since he's also a little reactive to other dogs. But the staff here were so kind and accommodating to our needs and my dog had no issues while staying here. Will definitely be coming back here to board my dog and recommending this place to my friends!
Absolutely stunned with how amazing this pet hotel is! I needed to board my 65 lb yellow lab named Mango in a short amount of time and Daren and Chris from Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas wasted no time to accommodate our needs! Being given a tour of the facility, I knew I had chosen the right place for my dog when I saw their 'villas' and play areas. Beautiful land, clean facility, excellent price. Mango will be back!
Great, modern, clean pet hotel w very attentive staff. Honestly surprised it's in Philly. We felt really good about leaving our dog here for a week. We got photos each day, email reports, and she had play sessions each day.
They did a great job with my Geely! Their cat facilities are really beautiful. Each cat gets 1 hour of playtime per day outside of the cat condo. The staff was very attentive to his needs and they even contacted me to let me know he was not eating much (which is completely normal when a cat is outside of his/her comfort zone). Geely was perfectly fine and had a wonderful visit, I just really appreciated how much they cared about him! I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. We love Philly Pet Hotel & Villas!
I cannot rave about this place enough. Our sweet little boy was there for 8 days while we vacationed. We got updated photos and told about his progress throughout the whole trip. When we picked him up he looked like he was having the time of his life and the staff was so friendly I can just tell they treated our guy well by how he wanted to say his goodbyes to everyone. Not to mention he came back cleaner then when we sent him! I highly recommend The Philly Pet Hotel to anyone that loves their fur baby as much as I do!

Cutie Paws has been watching our cat almost once a month for about two years now. They are incredible and our cat loves them too. Incredibly responsive and trustworthy, and so easy to schedule with. They even gave our cat a toy to keep once because he liked it so much (it's now his favorite toy). Sasha and her crew walked my dog for the first 9 months that I lived in Philly, and they were wonderful. Sasha is very organized and extremely reliable, and she made sure my dog got walks on every occasion. I also had a schedule changing week-to-week, and they were so flexible in accommodating my schedule. They frequently spent more time with my dog when she needed some extra coaxing to leave the house. It's clear that she cares deeply about the animals and her clients who she cares for. I hope they will continue to help out with my doggo when possible; the only reason I am no longer able to use their services is because I moved. Sasha went above and beyond while looking after my cat over the holidays! I received comprehensive updates, plus lots of photos and videos. She's very thorough with each visit, will readily send us text, video, and photo updates when she's with our cats. They have been so great and patient with our boy Arlo. He is a high energy and anxious dog, which could make him difficult to manage. They have done amazing job making sure he has a great time while also ensuring he isn't getting overstimulated. They also take the best photos and leave cute updates. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking into doggie day care.
I can't ever say enough good things about Bark Park. My dog was there on about a weekly basis, and every time we got close to the building he got so excited! Everyone treated my dog with such love and care, the frequent updates/pictures made me feel at ease (while also making me chuckle, they're very funny!), and Rebecca was always so wonderful in going the extra mile when I needed help. Bark Park really felt like an important part of the community. I've moved and but both my dog and I miss Bark Park dearly. Nowhere else compares!
Bark Park is our pup's second home. I feel incredibly lucky to have them so close to us!! Our pup goes 3 days a week and stays when we are away. I have loved every single person we've met- they are all so caring, sweet and so professional. I cannot speak highly enough about Bark Park!!
There's just so much good about services provided here, I'm not sure where to start? My golden retriever, Odin, has been attending Bark Park West since before he turned one. He's not two years old and gets absolutely thrilled when he realizes that our walk is headed towards this direction. I was simply stunned with the amount of care that was put into his training. Recordings of his obedience training were uploaded and provided for me to review and continue developing upon the skills that he was being taught. Odin used to be an unhinged pro wrestling champion who loved to mount everything and anything when he got overwhelmed. He struggles with it only on rare occasion now, thanks to the training staff! The pictures and day recap summary reports are such a pleasure to read! I'm so grateful for the outstanding work provided by the loving staff!
Our pups (Hilda and Bean) LOVE BarkPark. Daycare is their favorite place. The handlers are incredible and focus on positive-reinforcement training throughout the day. We 100% trust BarkPark to provide them with the absolute best care and enrichment experiences. I cannot recommend them enough (and I do recommend them to everyone in my life with pups in the Philly area). Also, they take the BEST pictures throughout the day and send thoughtful and detailed summaries of the pups experiences during their time there (including which of their friends they played with).
I truly can't say enough good things about BarkPark West! We've been sending Bolin (pictured, with the tiny ears) to daycare for just about a year now, and his ecstatic reaction to pulling up at the front door in the mornings is better than any review I could ever write. The photos and notes the staff send throughout the day are wonderful (seriously, the professional looking photos are an awesome bonus!), and you really get the sense that everyone working there not only knows your dog, but truly cares about them. Bolin had to take a couple of months off from daycare this summer, and when he returned it was so lovely to see how excited the staff were to see him after his absence. Take it from someone who treats her dog like her kid: this is a great place to send your pup.
We have nothing but great things to say about BarkPark West! We started bringing our GSD when she was 6 months and she has been thriving. We started off with weekly half day (until 3PM) sessions and have increased to biweekly full day (from 4PM-7PM) based on our adjusting needs. Rebecca, Linus and Liz have been wonderful and patient teachers. We appreciate and look forward to the updates (usually mid morning and afternoon) on the parent portal and enjoy when we catch her on their Instagram stories. Our GSD is an anxious girl and took time to adjust to daycare. They were well versed in breed specific needs and worked on her issues gradually each week. We've been to the both the South Philly and West locations. For us, BarkPark West is the better of the two based on location and amenities. They have a huge outdoor space, newly remodeld with k9 grass and sprinklers during the summer months. Until recently, South Philly was the only option for Saturday daycare, but West Philly is trialing Saturdays at their location. Bookings are easily made online and options for extra enrichment (puzzles) and grooming can be purchased there too. Membership levels are available for packaged bookings (minimum 7/month up to unlimitied). Daycare isn't for every dog and we appreciate that there is a vetting process, meet and greet and constant supervision of the pack. Issues are addressed personally and recommendations for further training is given. Poppins has met some of her best friends in daycare, as she is really particular with whom she plays with. Most of the dogs are our neighbors in West Philly and one of the few opportunities she gets to play with them in a safe environment free from toys and any resource guarding that may accompany them. We've told friends, coworkers and random dog parents how much we've loved our experince at BarkPark West. It's a welcome respite for busy Pawrents and provides both engagement and play to dogs who need an outlet or companionship.
What a wonderful place! Our Gilly girl loves it here! Lauren is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Rebecca has been super accommodating and flexible! They took Gilly in as my wife was in labor. It was so reassuring to know that Gilly has a fun, safe place while we welcomed a new little one to the family.
My dog loves barkpark! He's an active dog and gets his energy out while there. The staff clearly love dogs. I appreciate the daily pupdates and pictures.
My dog just started here a week ago and I have already been so impressed. I am pretty picky about what I look for in a daycare and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had! The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. They were also super patient with my dog and allowed him to integrate with the pack at the rate he was comfortable with. It is clear that everyone who works there is knowledgeable and loves dogs. They are also super communicate and give a full report card and pictures each day. They also have a nice big outdoor space. Highly recommend!
Wag Days is amazing! My dog attended the 3-week puppy preschool and learned so much during his time there. The staff at Wag Days sent updates on his progress and tips on how we can practice at home. They truly care about all the pups that come through. We also love visiting for regular day care now that he has graduated. Couldn’t recommend way days enough!
Our dog started at Wag when she was about 5 months. It's been almost a year now and she can't get out the door fast enough to get to school. Nora and the staff really love the dogs as their own. I love watching the stories and seeing Holly playing with her friends throughout the day. Thank you so much for all the fun safe space you provide the dogs.
We started bringing our puppy to Wag Days last fall to help with her socialization (and get out some of her puppy energy!) and we couldn't be happier with the care she continues to receive. She has so much fun "going to see her friends" and does her excited dog dance when we get within a block of Wag. We love that she gets a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise, has access to enrichment through our membership, and is friendly with all dogs she comes across through the great socialization she gets at Wag. We've also used the home-based boarding and loved that she got to hangout with people she knew from going to Wag while we were away. I also appreciate getting photos of her during the day and being able to check what she and her friends are up to on the Wag Days instagram account. Can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky that it's located in South Philly!
We are a big fans of Wag Days! Our pup Olive is about 10 months now. We originally started with another puppy kindergarten class, and the trainers expressed their concerns with our pups play style -- they weren't sure if she would be a good fit for day care or the dog park. As experienced dog parents, this was really upsetting for us to hear, especially with such a young dog. We were determined to make sure she was properly socialized. My husband had won a free day at Wag in a raffle, and initially I was hesitant to redeem the offer because of the feedback we had. We reached out to Wag Days, explained everything, and they basically said, "We got you. Bring her down, lets have an eval and go from there". Long story short -- Olive crushed her puppy school training with them, has the best time ever at day care when she goes, plays well in the dog park, and has really great leash skills (with lots of treats, she is still a puppy after all). We have had such a great experience with Wag Days, and are really grateful for their help with our pup.
Our dog, Mo, absolutely loves going to Wag Days for daycare! She is basically dragging us to the door to go see her friends and comes home happy and tired from playing! We feel really comforted knowing that they love and care for our dog as much as we would! One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
Wag Days is excellent for dog boarding and day care! I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years! My dog Biscuit LOVES playing (and getting attention), and they do an excellent job! I love that they give you tons of updates via Instagram and their portal about your dog at day care. I love seeing the enrichment activities they do - you can tell they really care about the dogs at day care! I cannot recommend them enough!

In-home boarding that makes my doggo feel right at home, complete with photo updates while I'm away and lots of love and social time that leaves her completely exhausted when she gets home. Great daycare and dog walking services, too. Quick and flexible scheduling, professional and prompt communication. Highly, highly recommend! My pup LOVES her time with Wag Days, and I do too!
We (and our dog Bogey) are obsessed with Wag Days. They constantly send us pictures via email and also update their Instagram story throughout the day which is really great! Nora the owner is always very responsive if we have questions or concerns. We have also used Wag Days for boarding a couple of times and Bogey always returns happy and exhausted.
Our puppy Cooper did so well with Wag Days. Colby is an awesome trainer and I love all of the videos and pics they take of him during the day. Our pup picked up a tremendous amount of skills while refining some of what he already had in place. Can’t recommend Wag Days enough!

Our 7 month old lab puppy was in great hands with Caleb! He sent us a bunch of photos and kept us up to date on how she was doing. She had a blast! We highly recommend Caleb! Caleb was recommended to us by our dear friends and we have never considered anyone else sitting our pupper (Shifu) ever since. I needed someone I could really trust to watch my dog Bowie. Caleb took such good care of him and sent me many pictures which put me at ease. I now wouldn’t trust Bowie with anyone else! I feel comfortable leaving the city knowing Bowie is in good hands and is having a fun time at Caleb’s. Highly recommend!!
We just moved to Philly and we are so lucky that we found Caleb! Not only he takes great care of our pup (Fuller), he also recommends us to so many great spots that we could take our pup. I highly recommend 215petcare for all of your dog walking and dog sitting needs! Caleb has been my reliable and wonderful dog walker for years. My 3 very active pitties absolutely love him! Things can be hectic with my work schedule, but I know I can depend on Caleb’s flexibility to make sure my dogs get a nice walk with playtime while I am gone. He has even been able to stop by on shorter notice when I am out longer than I expected to be. It’s reassuring to know you have a dog walker that truly cares for your pet as much as you do, which is completely true of Caleb. I love all of the nice photos he sends of my dogs from their walks too! I recommend him to everyone and will undoubtedly continue with him for the future!!
Caleb is super reliable and you can tell he loves the dogs he takes care of and they love him. We've used him for 3 years and our dog gets so excited when she sees him coming up the street. Offers walks and day care which is great since our schedule changes on a weekly basis. He is more organized than we are most of the time. Would highly recommend!
Can't say enough about Caleb and 215Petcare. I've have been using Caleb for all my pet walking/sitting needs for a number of years now. From the very first time I met Caleb it was evident how much he loved dogs and how passionate he was about providing nothing but the best care. I trust Caleb with the care of my two pups completely...he treats them like they are his own and even checks in on them during times we haven't seen him in a while. My pups absolutely love spending time with him and his dogs. His place is like a second home to them. Highly recommend Caleb to anyone, he truly has become a part of our family.

Caleb is so good with my dog! He was very patient as she learned to trust him (she developed a bit of separation anxiety during the pandemic). She clearly adores him now. Caleb is also extremely organized and reliable: always confirms appointments, let’s me know his ETA to pick her up and drop her back, and is easy to communicate with. About five years ago, I received a recommendation to use Shawe’s Paws. I had just rescued my dog Charlie and needed a dog walker during the days. Jenn at Shawe’s Paws was there from Charlie’s first walk and is still walking Charlie today! Not only is Jenn friendly, reliable and loves Charlie as if she was her own, but she knows how to handle Charlie’s quirks and personality. I feel 110% comfortable using Shawe’s Paws, they are trustworthy, dependable, flexible and I know my dog is always well-taken care of during her mid-day walks!! ❤️❤️❤️
Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Jen and her team at Shawe's Paws! When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. They send photos and updates during the walks, they make scheduling so easy and they are very accommodating! We have also had positive experiences with a few other members on her team! Everyone at Shawe's Paws is reliable, trustworthy and they all just love Dogs! We would recommend their company to everyone!

After several bad experiences with other dog walking services, finding Jennifer was such a relief! My furbaby is in love with her and her assigned walker, Jake. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Both my wife and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your dog care need! If you live in Philly and have a dog, CALL JEN!
Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. I could go on and on, cannot recommend highly enough!
There is absolutely no one I would trust more with our pups than Shawe's Paws. They are fantastic and dependable for daily walks, and they are there for you if you need to travel without your dog. Shawe's email updates provide you with a story about your dog's walk and a number of pictures as well. We have been a client for six years now. We have no idea what we would do without Shawe's Paws!
Rosie is absolutely wonderful! She is not only reliable but also incredibly loving towards our dog. Every time we leave our pet with her, we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands. Rosie goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is happy, well-cared for, and safe. We also love all the pictures she shares with us of the activities our dog is doing! We couldn’t ask for better dog care and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.
Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!
Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!
Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. She keeps in touch by sending pictures while we're away and our dog always looks so happy to be with Rosie and the other dogs. We will definitely be using her again - 5 stars!
Rosie is the best! My dog loves her daycare days to the point where it's almost impossible to get her in the car when I come to pick her up, even after a full day of playing. She always comes home happy and tired, and Rosie is so sweet with her. I can't recommend her and Main Line Dog Care enough!
We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. Rosie's love and commitment to the dogs in her care is always evident. She is reliable and very easy to work with. We highly endorse her for anyone looking for to board their dog in the Mainline PA area.
Rosie is incredible with our pup, Hobie. She is super flexible & she always sends photo updates so we can see how happy he is with his other fur friends. We are so lucky to have her! Highly recommend.
I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3
We are so lucky we found Rosie! She cares for our 6 year old labradoodle Quincy like we do in our own home. She spoils him with daily walks and visits to the dog park. She makes our time away care free knowing he is with her. She sends pictures and updates and puts us at ease. She's a real dog lover! Quincy is the lucky one!!! Thanks Rosie!
Hi - I recently traveled to Europe for a week and Rosie watched my 2 Chesapeakes and did an amazing job. One of my dogs is epileptic and Rosie was great about giving him all his medications. I will definitely be using Main Line Dog Care again.

From the initial home visit where they came to meet our dog and the rest of the family to accommodating his ever-increasing needs (behavior issues, medication, becoming deaf, etc). Dina, her husband, and their team are just the most professional and truly love what they do--everyone I've met through the company is incredible; they're passionate about giving our fur babies the best care and are animal lovers through and through. PHL Pets has been a godsend! We have a 5yr old Frenchie who has some special needs with her back (must be carried up/down stairs, etc). Now we have a second Frenchie who is a puppy, we thought going on vacation just wasn’t going to be an option anymore. After doing a home visit with Dina & Dani we realized just how much they cared for our pups and put us at ease. We had Dani do in home dog sitting for 4 nights, everything went wonderfully! We felt our girls were very well cared for. We received at least daily updates loaded with great pictures to make us feel good while on vacation. We’ve also used PHl Pets for quick walks/visits too. Very professional and (most importantly) our Frenchies love them!
Dina and her team are so great. They take such great care of our dog, Cooper. He absolutely adores them and can't wait to see them everyday. I really do recommend their services and trust that Cooper is in good hands with them.
I highly recommend PHL Pets! Dina went out of her way to get our week long trip covered last minute after our Rover sitter cancelled. I was so stressed out about it but Dina made the process so smooth and easy to coordinate. She communicated every step during the onboarding process, establishing trust and outlining every last detail of what to expect. During the trip I got the sweetest updates and cute pictures from the team and knew the pets were in great hands. PHL Pets has been our dog walker for over a year, and I have been extremely happy with their services. They offer a flexible range of walk duration and times, and after every visit, I receive a very detailed report with a lot of pictures of my pup. PHL Pets worked very patiently with my special needs dog to make her comfortable on walks. I've also used the overnight PHL Pets services and was also extremely happy with those services. I received multiple updates, including pictures, every day. My dog was in a great environment, where she had many opportunities to be outside and play in the house.

We have an anxious goldendoodle who does not always like walks in the city, but I never needed to worry about her when she was on walks with Autumn, Aaron, and all of the other amazing walkers at PHL Pets. PHL pets is the most amazing dog walking service I've ever used! I've lived in philadelphia for the last 4 years and have had multiple walkers but Dina and her crew are AMAZING. They are always available on short notice, send me the cutest photos and reports of my little pup, and so accommodating!! And most importantly, they treat my dog with sugar love and care. I have been using PHL PETS for years to care for our 100lb pit and they are the absolute best. The owners, Dina and Brian, are two truly special people who have created a business based solely on their genuine love of animals, which you can feel the second you meet them.
