Michelle and Willan were the best! They were very confident in their pet care skills and did a great job. No issues at all with my 60lb. pitbull's sit or with the house. They were flexible with meeting times and left the house in perfect shape. They were also very sweet and very good at keeping in touch while I was having a busy week at work, so it was helpful they were on top of things. I would highly recommend them:)

There are no words to describe how wonderful this place is! Our doggies (Havanese) were so well taken care of and spoiled with warmth and love. We could immediately tell when we picked up Toby&Bella that they really had enjoyed their stay. Toby is a bit older, and Bella is shy and a bit afraid of new things or sudden noises. Pam and Viv made them feel loved and comfortable as if they were their own dogs. We have already booked our two next stays. Thank you so much Pam and Viv for everything!
My doggies and I had the most amazing experience at Petcare. I honestly wish I could give a million stars, as Pam and Viv went above and beyond. My two dogs are very anxious former street rescues from Thailand, where I was living when I adopted them. I was offered a job in Spain last summer and took my dogs with me, but I could not find dog friendly accommodation in the area, so needed to find somewhere for them to stay after we landed. From the moment I first made contact, I knew that this was going to be an amazing place for my dogs to stay. Pam and Viv are so experienced with anxious and rescued dogs and they gave me so much reassurance that my dogs’ needs would not be any problem. They were also so helpful in assisting me find a way for my dogs to get there (as one was deemed to heavy to fly to Malaga, so we had to reroute to Madrid and find a transport company). The care my dogs received was second to none. Pam and Viv are extremely knowledgeable and ensure that all dogs in their care have been vaccinated etc to ensure the safety of all the dogs; I felt so reassured by how informed and professional they are. My dogs ended up staying at Petcare for 2 months and the love and care they received was absolutely incredible. Pam and Viv were so patient with them - they are the kind of dogs who take a while to drop their guard and trust new people - and it was beautiful to see them being given their own space to settle, then - after they felt safe - becoming totally obsessed with Pam and Viv, running to them for cuddles and kisses and playing so happily. I received regular videos and pictures of them and it was so beautiful to see the bond they were building. After I found a dog friendly house in a different area of Spain, Pam and Viv once again helped me find a company that would transport the doggies, which was so kind and helpful. It has been brilliant for my anxious dogs’ confidence to build a connection with Pam and Viv; they give so much love and care to the dogs and are wonderful people. Pam and Viv are the best. I trust them 100% with my three pups. They are so kind and knowledgeable. There kennels are lovely. Equipped with heat and air conditioning. I have been booking with them for 4 years. They treat my pups like family. Love them!
My dogs Abbi and Canela were superbly looked after and genuinely cared for by Viv and Pam. Petcare is the best! Super clean and comfortable with a great large outdoor play area. Viv and Pam really go the extra mile with all the animals and have a genuine love for them which really shows. Thanks for the videos Pam and for sitting with my two at every meal time. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant. It was the first time in kennels for both our dogs. Pam and Viv were amazing. Sent us photos and videos so that we could see how happy they were. When we collected the dogs it was easy to see the affection that the dogs had for them. Really pleased and so happy to find somewhere that we trust! Thank you!
Superb! Viv and Pam are true animal lovers, very knowledgeable and they treat each of their ‘guests’ as individuals Most importantly it is quite a small kennels meaning they have the time to spend time with your dog! The premises are amazing, with a lovely big orchard area for the dogs to run around in and it is totally secured, which gave me peace of mind Viv and Pam couldn’t have been more accommodating to my needs and I thoroughly recommend them It’s never an easy decision to put your dog in kennels....but believe me this one is fabulous
Amazing place! would highly recommend. Pam & Viv look after our little Georgie so well. Georgie is old and they give him the special care and attention he needs. He always looks so healthy and happy when we comes back home.
They are so kind and accommodating! They’re really went out to theirs way when I had a personal emergency. They even checked up on me after I picked up my car to make sure I was doing okay
