Victoria was fabulous housesitter! She was incredibly thoughtful in taking care of my dog, and sent me plenty of pictures and updates. My home also looked even cleaner when I returned from my trip than when I left it. I would love to have Victoria sit again!
I had an enjoyable 24-hour sit with Toby and Ollie. Both dogs are friendly, affectionate, and sweet. With the guidance provided by homeowners Peter and Emily, I found it easy to care for them. From the start, Peter was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately for me, the week before the scheduled sit, my reason for being in Madison got canceled. But I decided to keep the overnight assignment, and I’m very glad I did. I love history and vintage settings. This dwelling is reminiscent of a romantic era. Imagine an artist’s flat in the late 1930s. I was pleasantly surprised as this wasn't reflected in the listing. I immediately appreciated the war-time propaganda art on the walls. There is even a small microscope on display in the living room, alongside artistic representations of Wisconsin’s holy trinity of offerings: milk, butter, and their iconic cheese. In the bedroom, there are maps, globes, and even an unfinished crossword puzzle booklet. In the upstairs hallway, there is a school diploma of an individual who graduated in June 1914. At night, however, I was reminded that vintage things are sometimes delicate. While I was getting the dogs to bed in the bedroom, I reached up to pull the light cord from the ceiling fan. When I did, the glass light globe fell to the ground and shattered into many pieces. I found a vacuum cleaner, but had to search for a broom, which I ultimately found in the basement. I then swept and vacuumed the area to ensure a safe surface. Later that evening, I spoke with Peter and gave him a play-by-play of the mishap, along with my apology. He seemed kind and understanding. To me, the kitchen is most representative of the beat bohemian style. Some of the cooking items look like they are on display, and should not be in use. There was a note by the sink that asks the sitter to take extra care not to scratch or damage the antique sink as it is the third “pride and joy” of the homeowner next to the dogs. I decided to quit while I was behind and work around it. Highlights of the home include the perfect porch, gorgeously designed to protect one from the insect world so they can enjoy the summer weather. It’s a particularly relaxing place to be with the dogs in the morning as the sun rises. Well, it was really just me and Ollie. Toby is #teamcouch. Also, the spectacular bathroom has a bidet and a double-faucet shower, which made me feel like Cleopatra. The neighbor was friendly and allowed me to park in front of her house as permitted parking on this street is limited. Peter and Emily’s home is right next to Madison Mural Alley, another highlight for me. There’s a McDonald’s within a two-minute walk, as well as other shops, and a public library. There would be no fear of getting lost. Peter and Emily’s house is the one with the large Pride flag, blowing in the wind. I am still astounded that all that happened in a 24-hour period. Thanks to Peter, Emily, Toby, and Ollie for a memorable time.
House sitting for Maggie and Rose, and looking after Maurice was great from start to finish. We received a warm welcome the evening before, with a delicious home cooked meal. Maurice is a sweet natured and gentle cat. He keeps himself to himself except for meal times, and when he wants a cuddle on the sofa in the evenings. Rose and Maggie explained his routine in detail and we felt at ease looking after him. We really enjoyed our stay, their home is beautiful and in a lovely location with Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End all in close proximity. We hope to return to look after Maurice again soon. Thank you both! Gemma & Arran
Thank you to Nicola and family for trusting us to look after their lovely house, Sooty and Oomi. It was the perfect sit and Oomi was an absolute joy. He is a great character, so well trained and gentle but also full of fun. The house is in a fantastic location. 2 minutes from a street full of coffee shops and independent traders. Close to Oomi’s favourite park and great longer walks too in and around Bristol. If you have the opportunity to house sit here you would be very lucky.
This sit was great. The place is cozy and very quiet, near from metro and in a nice area in Bushwick. The home owners are kind they provide all the information in a detailed home guide and made me feel welcome. The cat is super nice, he has a funny personality and we had great time together. I recommend this sitt and I would be happy to sit for the again.
Goose and I had the BEST time! Caroline’s place in Notting Hill is situated in the perfect location. It’s just steps from the famous Portobello Road. I would love to stay again! Goose took a little bit of time to warm up to me but once he did we became BFFs. 🥰 He loves fetch and walks in Hyde Park, which is only 15 minutes away by foot. Caroline was really easy to communicate with and even let me leave my bags with her before and after my stay to line up with my hotel checkin/out times. Her place is super comfy and has everything you need to have a cozy stay in London. I would recommend this sit to anyone who wants to stay in the best neighborhood in London!
Willow is such a kind, sweet, loving girl. She is super chilled, loves a cuddle and always greets you with a big smile. Willow is a lovely girl to look after. She made me smile all day everyday. Jenny and her husband are really lovely people, and their home is just exquisite. A beautiful example of the Art Deco period, and if you're an architectural nerd like me, you'll absolutely love the authenticity of the home and suburb.

I can't express how much I love Dogdrop Arts District. They treat my dog so well. They update me throughout the day and send pictures. Everyone there is very nice and Deebo loves them. They also have cute events almost every month like photoshoots, giveaways, painting and more. I highly recommend this doggy daycare.
Ollie has been attending Dog Drop Hollywood for almost a year! He loves going to hangout with his best friends! I love how well they communicate. They update you throughout the day with pictures. No other daycare can beat them.
I never think to leave google reviews, but I love Dogdrop!! Somehow every employee knew my dogs name after our first visit and they enthusiastically greet him at the door every time. Definitely the cleanest dog daycare we’ve been to, and by far the friendliest staff! I love that they engage with the dogs all day with games/puzzles/treats and plan fun weekly activities. Ducky always has a great time!
Our puppy Katsu was a complete scardy dog when we first brought him home. Dog Drop was his very first daycare experience. The staff there has always been so wonderful, responsive and accommodating. The 1 week free trial of daycare has helped our puppy move from scardy dog to a confident playmate. Now Katsu thrives in social situations! Katsu is excited when he sees the door of dogdrop because he knows he has a fun filled day ahead. We love the staff. We love the activities they plan. We love the (very professional) photos and updates they provide us. Most importantly our dog loves Dogdrop too. A really cool part that separates them from other daycares is the hourly rate option too! We like to use that on days we just need to tire our pup out as well. Thank you dog Drop for the good experiences . Update: they're the only spot that supports a nurse schedule staying open late!
I started bringing my puppy to dog drop after she was ready with all of her shots. From the first day—the good fit test—the staff was friendly and communicative about how she was adjusting, whether she was socializing, etc. They also send pictures and keep in touch throughout the day. I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here :)
Our dog Rosie, loves this place. All the dogs are friendly, and the staff is very attentive. Joe who is the supervisor has been great, and we'd like to give a special thank you to all the Bradley and all the nightshift staff. My dog is super picky with peeing/pooping, so I asked if the staff can let me know when they go. Bradley literally writes down the exact time on her phone, every time our dog poops. This level of service is above and beyond anything we've experienced. If you love your dog, and want them to have a good time, bring them here. They also host photoshoots, and hold fun events that the dogs enjoy. Its never a dull day at Dog Drop.
Like most others, my husband and I got our puppy Lucy during the pandemic in 2020. Although we both work from home, we knew we would need a doggie daycare option for busy days or when we couldn’t keep an eye on her all the time. We’ve been taking Lucy to Dogdrop for over a year now and we love it, but more importantly Lucy LOVES it too. She lights up every time she walks through the door and it’s so comforting to know she’s being cared for by such friendly staff. Love how convenient it is too and that the staff provides you with updates and cute pics when Lucy is there. Dogdrop also hosts the best events outside of daycare, we cannot rave enough about this place
Dogdrop is awesome! They have friendly droperators who take care of my pup and send me updates on how he's doing. They hold a lot of events and have weekly activities to build your dog's skills. Location is so convenient to DTLA! So if you're going out for a drink or a bite to be social, you can let yout dog socialize at dogdrop too!
Hello, I just popped into Dogdrop this week and feel compelled to write a review! I have had dogs my whole life and have seen a lot of dog “day care” centers, and just cannot say enough about Dogdrop. The people are super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is new and appears to have been custom built for the sole purpose of providing state of the art dog care. The doggie play areas are very clean – and since they appear to have been made from state of the art “easy-to-clean” materials, I imagine they will stay that way! Here are a few other things that really stood out: ** flexible hours, late hours. The membership structure is flexible and Dogdrop stays open much later than most other places. Both are really great ideas, especially for people with hectic schedules or unpredictable dog watching needs. **not just “day care” -- sophisticated dog handling techniques. The technician, Orlando, is plainly a veteran trainer. And instead of just letting the dogs do whatever they want, it appears that Orlando gives them each short training intervals. What a great thing for any dog! My dog was engaged, enjoyed the day, and was good and properly tired that night!
My dog and I both love Dogdrop!! The daycare is awesome, cooper is always tired in the best way when he gets picked up and he seems more relaxed after getting his energy out. I’ve also noticed he is less shy and scared around other dogs now!! Awesome staff and great experiences so far. I also love their paw wipes. Cooper is a white golden doodle and his paws always get dirty, these are awesome to have in the car , my bag everywhere just in case! I have a big box at home but the individual ones are awesome for pups who often get dirty. And I can’t forget their awesome poop bags!! Doing my part for the planet with compostable bags. 😚
