Ally was a pleasure to deal with from the first communication. She was flexible with my travel arrangements as she helped to coordinate the drop off of my dog with a friend who was watching Maddie for the rest of my extended trip. While Ally was taking care of Maddie I received daily pics and updates and it is clear that Ally really connects with animals. Her other reviews speak to her compassion and love of dogs/animals. While I am unable to see my place until I return, she sent me a very thorough list of cleaning she did. She went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to use her again! I felt my dog was loved and cared for and it showed from our first meet and greet all the through to Ally's departure!
