To my delight, they performed diligent follow through for a nine month term. Indeed, they left the property in better shape than they got it. They added a number of improvements, including a valuable security element and an improved approach to stainless steel maintenance, both of which make life easier; we are grateful. My confidence in them was well placed. When appliances malfunctioned, when items were lost, when people crossing our property behaved badly, Leigh Ann and Jonathan competently resolved the problem. They are comfortable giving and taking advice. They repeatedly made good decisions, and they kept us informed so that we could provide input when appropriate. This smart, interesting, well educated pair are highly fit global citizens who enjoy each other and life itself. They are blessed to know what they need to be happy. They are unlikely to fall into a deal that fails to offer what they want, but even if things don’t go the way they’d hoped, I am entirely confident that they will hold up their end of the bargain.
