Rosalinda & Mario (who went by Baylan and Sanny) are nice people and we had a very pleasant meeting when we met them prior to handing over the house. However, I was horrified when I came back. The house was filled to the rim by their luggage, bags, and possessions. The cleaning lady hadn't been able to clean because their things were all over our home. I had called Baylan and messaged several times to make sure that the place would be clean and ready for me to come back because I was in a very bad physical condition and needed to rest before my back surgery. Consequently, I was very disappointed and frustrated to return to a messy and dirty house. I struggled to move around their things and wasn't able to use the common areas until a couple of days after when they finally cleaned it up. I had to ask our cleaning lady to come back which Sanny offered to pay for. They sent pictures of our cat from time to time, and they were responsible in feeding him and giving him his medication. However, when we came back he was low energy and there was a strong cat pee smell all over the front couch which was very unusual because he doesn't pee on furniture. Perhaps he was stressed by the constant movement of things in our house? In any case, while I have no doubt that Rosalinda (Baylan) and Mario (Sanny) are good people, I do not recommend them as pet sitters.
Natasha was fabulous. Steve loved her right away. She sent me funny texts of pictures of him. She was great at keeping in touch and she kept the house nice and tidy. She even left me welcome home balloon. I am using her again, she was wonderful!
