This was a great sit! Carson and Bella are both super friendly and happy to just hangout with you. They were easy to care for and really well behaved. Bella was a bit nervous when I first arrived and needed a minute (and a couple treats) before she let me open her crate. But as soon as she was out she was super sweet and playful. Unfortunately, due to scheduling, I was only able to meet Angel over a video call, but she was very friendly and gave me all the information I would need. She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had! I’d definitely recommend this sit if you want to get down to Knoxville.
We had a great time sitting for Bean. Bean was super easy and friendly and very chill. Pamela was easy to communicate with. Her place was clean and close to so many things (shopping, Lake Geneva, etc). We loved taking him on walks near the lake. I would definitely sit for them again! Highly recommend!

Our Dog has just spent two weeks of vacation with Debby in the Jura and it was a very good experience. Transport from Geneva to the Jura is very easy. Debby's mother comes to pick up the dogs at an agreed location and brings them back to the same place. Debby sent us lots of photos and some videos. Communication was super easy. The dogs are at her house like they are at summer camp: they roam freely… large open spaces, walks in the countryside and in the forest and lots of friends to play with. I highly recommend this family pension! 😊

I was very satisfied with Olivia's services during my vacation. She took care of my three dogs (a Malinois, a border collie and a Finnish Lapland dog), as well as my chickens, rabbits, sheep and my garden for 15 days with 2 visits per day. Sam has been watching our 2 year old golden retriever, Georgia, ever since we moved to Switzerland a year and a half ago. She is very professional and takes amazing care of our pup (including lots of outdoor adventures including walks in the mountains and swimming in the lake). We trust her 100% with Georgia, and Georgia gets so excited every time we tell her she is going to stay with Sam. We always get tons of pictures and update while we are away which is very comforting, and she provides pick up/drop off services in Geneva which makes the translation super easy. Sam was a gem with Saba , she took care of him for 5 nights with pick up and drop up ! I got daily updates on how he was doing particularly while he was on walks on their beautiful property in the mountains! I’m grateful she was flexible enough to make arrangements to take him there as he had more space to run and play . Sam was timely with the pick up and drop off and communicated effectively throughout the whole process . My dog was slightly bigger than what she handled him with care ♥️!
I have a 30kg rescue dog. She has on leash reactivity and can be quite intimidating for most. But not for Sam!!! I highly recommend her. From the moment my dog met Sam, my dog was much calmer than she usually is with strangers approaching us. I think my dog was charmed by Sam immediately and I could go away feeling confident that my dog was in safe hands. And the photos Sam sent everyday confirmed this. Sam took care of my cat Leyia twice (for 2 weeks each time) and was outstanding. Highly responsive, helpful and thoughtful. She sent photos every day and Leyia really enjoyed cuddling her. I have had several cat sitters and Sam is by far the best.
Sam has been looking after our little Dachshund for almost a year now and we’ve been delighted by her services: Sam is very well organized, the communication is great and she is taking care of Rio like it was her own. My goldendoodle, Darcy, stayed with Sam for 2 weeks while I was traveling and Sam was fantastic with him! Right from the beginning, Sam asked the right questions about Darcy clearly demonstrating her experience with dogs. And most importantly, Darcy had a great time with her. She took him to the lake, to the forest, the mountains and we got daily photos and video updates of his adventures. NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.

My 7month old puppy came home very tired after 8 days, but in great shape, and clearly perfectly contented. Will definitely be sending him again. Minus one star because I turned up to drop him off and they had no record of my reservation. Lucky for me they had room and took him anyway!
Simply the best kennel in the suisse romande. I reviewed about 20 of them when I moved here in the 90s. Nothing was close and most treated dogs like chickens. Perhaps other competitors have arisen but I have no desire to change the team here is superb, caring, for 25+ years. Thanks Brad and team!

Great kennel. I always have full confidence that my dog is going to be well looked after here. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the dogs have plenty of outdoor space and are always carefully matched if sharing space to be sure there won't be any issues.
Outstanding kennel. Owner provides great care for our dog and even fluent in English. Can highly recommend this place. We used to drive from Geneva to Fribourg as could not find a proper kennel that provided the care we were looking for in Geneva. But we for sure have here.
I couldn't have hoped for a better kennel for my dog. The space is perfect, and the staff were super friendly. On top they get a bath with the best shampoo I have ever smelled and their nails clipped. I wish I could have the same experience as my dog.
