Very happy with the service I received from Belly Rubs! I had to travel at short notice and they confirmed that they could watch my four cats for two weeks during our intitial phone conversation which was great because I could then go ahead and book my flights. George and his son Bobby conducted a brief visit to my home the day before I teavelled to meet the cats and determine their care requirements. I received text updates with photos of the cats after every visit which really helped me relax knowing everything was being taken care of back home. The fees were very reasonable considering the level of service. I've definitely found my go-to for pet care! Thanks Belly Rubs!!

I have used belly rubs every time I go out of town… my dogs are very special and I worry so much about them so leaving them for someone to come in and walk them can be scary. But not with bellyrubs! They are amazing and treat my boys like they are their own pup! My boys are walked and cuddled and fed and even when they make a potty mess it’s cleaned … I’m very impressed and I will continue to use them

I relocated to Conroe a year ago and was looking for a service to come to my home instead of kenneling my Chocolate Lab, I met with Melissa from Belly Rubs and she definitely put my mind at ease with her explaining of the care and time they spend with my Chloe. I even had an emergency when I was out of town and not knowing many people, I called Melissa and she was able to check on my house without hesitation and helped me out of a potential problem. I can’t thank her and her staff enough for the great service.

We have used the services of Almost Home extensively and they never fail. Though our dog hates being dropped off places, she does well with Miss Renee and her staff. She is always very well cared for, happy, playful, and in good health when we pick her up, and we appreciate the daily updates and pictures! We also know that our pup gets truly spoiled and loved on here, and that is the best thing we could ask for.

They are so sweet. They take such good care of our mini aussie and always have availability for him. He loves his time here.

So happy that we discovered this place! First of all, the place has new owners as of June of 2018 so all older reviews do not apply and really have to be removed for accuracy. New owners are also volunteers in Operation Pets Alive and truly love dogs and know how to take great care of them. Almost Home Pet Retreat is a fun place for dogs of all sizes and there are no up charges for playtime outside. It's just like having your dogs at home. With Almost Home Pet Resort we had no worries and could see from the photo updates that our dogs were happy and well cared for. The pictures spoke for themselves! We are confident to leave our dogs whenever we go out of town long- or short-term whereas previously it was always an issue. The best place to board your dog(s) worry-free!

I took my dog there for the first time because of all the inclusions in the price and the extra play time. They sent me photos and updates. My dog seemed to have a great time and got to run and play a lot. They were fine with her refrigerated food as well and someone is always there which is how it should be. I'll be taking my dog there from now on.

My puppy had a blast here. It sounded like he was a little shy at first but Renee allowed him to slowly get used to the dogs and build up his confidence. At the end, he made friends and my family was able to take a nice trip where dogs were not possible. Alfred says, "Thank you!"

This place is great! Affordable and they really care for your fur baby in everyway. They even comfort your animal when you leave. My little pug, is my shadow. I never left her before and was worried if she would get attention but she did! When I arrived she was out and about enjoying her day! I will never take her anywhere else.

Easter weekend was our first boarding experience and we are more than happy with the care our boy received! Most boarding facilities keep them kenneled all day with the occasional 10 minute play time and it brought me a lot of peace knowing the majority of the day they are outside having fun and playing with other dogs. It’s more of a camp for the dogs than a boarding facility. Will definitely be bringing our boy back in the future for any boarding or day care needs!

Almost Home is a wonderful place to leave our fur baby. My husband and I just moved to Texas and both travel for work. When one of us isn't home, we feel great about leaving Radar at "camp". Linda is very accommodating - even when we call with last minute requests. We know this is a good place because our dog was adopted from a shelter and has a big fear of confinement. He usually comes back from being kenneled very upset and needs days to recover. Now he comes back tired but happy. He sprints to the car every time we tell him he's going to puppy camp (which is impressive since he's a blind 9 year old arthritic lab). This place is beautiful. The yard has lots of places to run and play. The interaction with other dogs is great for him and he never comes home smelling like a kennel. Also, I know she takes extra special care to make sure he doesn't overheat. This is like a spa for old dogs and we love it!

Love Muddy Pawz Resort!! Joyce is so caring with all of her pup-clients, that we wouldn’t dream of taking our girl anywhere else. We just dropped her off for her 3rd stay at Muddy Pawz, and we know she’ll have the best time! Joyce makes sure each dog gets the attention they need, drop off/pick up are super easy, and she even makes homemade doggie treats! She sent this pic of our girl while we were away. I’m surprised our girl even wants to come home when we pick her up. Definitely recommend!! ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Joyce and the attention and care she showed our Aussie Doodle Bucky. I had procrastinated reserving our usual Boarder over Thanksgiving and thankfully I found Muddy Pawz! When going to a traditional boarding place, you usually have to pay extra for cuddle time, fetch, tug of war, extra treats. Joyce does it all!! And they aren’t “let out” for doggy daycare hours then crated the rest of the time. They are out and socializing all day. The dogs are her top priority. I was so impressed at the cleanliness of her house too. You wouldn’t know that there were 8 dogs there! I would get daily photos/videos of playtime and downtime - which was much appreciated because it was a new place for Bucky and so it was reassuring that he was comfortable and happy, as he can be anxious in new surroundings. One last thing I noticed was Bucky’s behavior when we brought him home. Usually after boarding he is very bark-y and wound up but he was so calm! I could tell she had worked with him with his barking at random sounds and doorbells etc. We will be using Joyce from now on! A couple of the photos she sent me. These are on her bed. He would follow her everywhere. ❤️

Joyce is an absolute angel and so kind to any and all pups. She gave our senior dog such great care and had so much patience with her. And while senior dog was getting amazing one on one attention, our younger dog was having a blast with the other puppy residents and running all over the house. We will never leave our dogs in any other boarding or daycare facilities. Joyce is now our go to. She watches each dog as if it was her own fur baby.

Joyce Osborne is not just a dog sitter but a passionate and a caring pet parent and treats all guest dogs like pet kids. From the moment I dropped off Gavin and Jackson, I felt a sense of relief and comfort. It was as if I had sent them off to a fun summer camp rather than a boarding facility. The staff at Muddy Pawz Resort provided them with full attention throughout the day, ensuring they were never lacking in love and care. The fact that they had other dogs to play with was an added bonus, as it kept them entertained and socialized. One of the standout aspects of Muddy Pawz Resort is the genuine love and passion for dogs displayed by Joyce Osborne, the owner. She treated my boys as if they were her own, going above and beyond to make them feel at home. I had a special request for them to sleep with her, as they usually sleep with me in my bed. Without hesitation, Joyce agreed, explaining that her own dogs also share her bed. This level of accommodation and understanding truly touched my heart. Throughout the three weeks my dogs spent at Muddy Pawz Resort, Joyce kept me updated with videos and pictures of their daily adventures. It was heartwarming to see them having a great time and being well taken care of. Additionally, she made sure they got their exercise by taking them for walks and allowing them to freely play in the spacious backyard whenever they desired. I cannot recommend Muddy Pawz Resort enough to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog boarding facility. The level of attention, love, and dedication shown by Joyce and her team is unparalleled. They provided a safe and enjoyable environment for my dogs during a challenging period in our lives. I am forever grateful for their exceptional service and will not hesitate to entrust Gavin and Jackson to their care in the future.

We were SO blessed to find Happy Pets Playland! We came to town for a wedding and needed a sitter. Finding someone to take a high energy Doberman who needed more attention than a typical dog, proved to be very difficult until I found these guys. They were happy to help! They provided us with a meet and greet and you could tell they knew their stuff! They were very insightful on dog & cat behaviors and how to introduce new pups to the group. I was so pleased to have someone who would know how to “watch” dogs and who’d take their business seriously. They had a huge backyard with plenty of grass, shade, water & pup friends to play with (which Tucker loved). Owners were so flexible on daycare times and willing to work with us when we had an unexpected last minute late change. Best of all, Tucker was happy at pick-up (unlike after being boarded)! You could tell he had a good time enjoying his new friends & humans and would definitely be happy to go back! From now on, I plan to use Happy Pets Playland when we come to town and will be deleting my rover account!

10/10 recommend! They have taken care of our Doberman twice now while we have been on trips and it’s such a huge relief knowing our girl is in good hands. They text us pictures and updates everyday and we appreciate that so much! They even trimmed her nails before we picked her up, and they look great!! We will continue bringing our dogs to them anytime we have trips and also grooming needs!

I am SOOO thankful I found Happy Pets!! They were amazing with my labradoodle, Shaggy!! He had so much fun! The owners are awesome. They sent me updates and pics consistently while I was out of town which I loved! They are wonderful!!!

I could not be more thankful for Happy Pets Playland! They loved my cat Shadow and sent regular pictures and updates. I was really anxious about leaving my baby but I don’t worry about that anymore. Everyone there is so kind and responsive. It’s a good feeling leaving your pets with someone who loves them like you do!

This is Neo’s home away from home and we couldn’t be happier. Our dog Neo spent most of his first two (2) years at another pet sitter, but we kept having repeated issues with his behavior declining after he came home (even after paying for advanced behavior modification training following an incident), he was losing basic training and not respecting boundaries with adults. The quality of care and attention to detail just simply wasn’t there anymore. Our dog comes home happy and in good manners from Happy Pets Playland & is well taken care of. Very pleased!

Evanrude found his home away from home! Tyler and Hailey really made the boarding process for us smooth and comfortable. Hailey even helped us on the leash! I can really tell a difference even after just a weekend. I loved the pictures that were sent and I think Evan made some really good friends. 11/10 recommend!

Happy Pets Playland is wonderful! Hailey and Tyler were great with my GSD puppy, and he came back bathed, happy, and well behaved. I so appreciate the fact that they have knowledge about the breed and even worked on training. Updates were great and Hailey was so easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using them again.

Can't recommend them enough, was worried about finding a place to babysit my babies Yuki and Rex and they went above and beyond, and the pups loved it, especially yuki making a new best friend! They treated them like their own and can tell they love animals as much as i do.

Moving can be stressful, and adding adorable fur babies to the mix can make it even more hectic. We decided to have our pets stay with Hailey for the weekend so they could play and have fun while we moved. She was amazing and went above and beyond, taking great care of our babies. She even gave my hazel a bath and trimmed her nails!

Pennie is great! It was so nice to have no worries when we left our 5 fur babies with her. Her facility is very clean and has lots of space. Her prices are fantastic! We could tell our dogs had a blast there. Right away they wanted to play and show us around when we went to pick them up. We will always use her for our 5 fur babies going forward. Thank you Pennie for such a great experience.

We kept our pugs a d chihuahua there and were very happy. She has a very clean facility. Country atmosphere with divided dog run areas. She is a very hard worker and it shows in the quality of her service.

We are very please with Pride Kennels! Penny was amazing and so kind when it came to leaving our dog with her for the first time at a kennel. We came back home to a very happy pup! The kennels are kept very clean and so is the property! You can tell Penny takes very good care of all the dogs. :) We will definitely be brining our boy back to Penny the next time we go out of town!

We have been taking our dogs to Pennie for over 10 years now. They love the place and forget about us as soon as they see her. She is extremely hard working, keeps the place very clean - most importantly though - we trust her - we trust if one of our dogs got unwell she would do everything we would do. She barely changed her rates over the years as well - nothing compares to the value of Pride Kennels. Prior to that we had had horrendous experiences both with vet-operated kennels and others. Having a peace of mind and knowing Pennie loves dogs and cares about them is priceless.

I have used Pride Kennels for many years. Even though I live in The Woodlands, I do not mind the drive. I have not found anyone better than Pennie to respect and care for my dogs.

We will be bringing our dogs to Pride Kennels again! Pennie was wonderful from the moment I called to the moment we picked up our dogs. We were gone for eight days and she told us to feel free to call and check in as often as we wanted. We called a couple of times and she always called us back almost immediately. She was extremely friendly and informative about how things were going with our pups. Her hours are amazing and her rates are extremely competitive. I am so glad we have found a kennel so close to home that we like this much!

The BEST place to take your dog whether it’s for doggy daycare or boarding . The staff takes such amazing care of Shiner and I never have to worry because I know he is in the best of hands. We recently used Lone Star Pet Sitting. This was our first time using a pet sitter so I was nervous and unsure what to expect. We were going a cruise and needed our fur babies took care of. Tiffany and her team made sure they were took care of, loved on & spoiled with extra attention while we were gone. Even with the wifi package I had on the cruise I couldn't txt them but I was able to read the emails they sent. Every visit they were sending an email update about that visit and sending pictures. They made me feel completely secure that our babies were getting the care they needed. It was a tremendous relief and I knew everyday when to be watching for the updates. I was completely blown away by the care they shown and I am so grateful for them! One of our dogs is an old guy and they even took care of him when he had an accident and gave him his daily medication. Because of them I won't have to worry about the next trip because I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for the care you gave my babies and the peace of mind you gave me while we were gone!

I highly recommend Tifany and her team! Everyone is so friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure your pets are taken care of. I originally hired them to walk my pets; as I am gone for long periods of time on some days. I later learned about their doggy day care and their pick up/drop off service, their exit baths (after a long day playing with friends) and their pet taxi services. I'm at peace knowing that I can enjoy a long day in the city or can work a long shift without worrying what I'm going to do with my babes. I cannot speak more highly of the Lone Star Pet Sitting and Dog Walking team.

All three of my boys absolutely LOVE going to play with Tifany and her crew!! They are the best!! I always know my boys had a great time when they come home and pass out for the rest of the evening. I highly recommend Lone Star for daycare and/or overnight.

We had never used any type of service before and Abigail and the team made sure to care for our pups and followed our instructions exactly. We live in Florida and we’re looking for a boarding facility here since we were flying out of Houston Int’l with family. I’m so happy I found this place! The staff were very professional and caring. I received updates about my two angels while I was away and they seemed to have enjoyed their time there. I felt at ease knowing that my pups were being well cared for while I was out of the country. If and when we travel out of Houston again, we will certainly use this facility again.

Positively the best posh pet resort around! I love the health veterinary care for your fur babies. The day boarding is fantastic too!

Koda the Great Pyrenees stayed a week at Stone Ridge. He is a really sensitive breed and didn't want to eat. I really appreciated that the staff watched over him so closely. The vet emailed me back and fourth to check in, they tried different foods and a kind receptionist even kept him up front with her for the day. There was a whole crew saying bye to him when he left. Thank you all taking extra care of Koda!

We are new customers and so far love this place!! We had a hard time finding a good fit for our boy because he’s a pittie. And a couple places we tried clearly neglected him, as he would come back defeated, scratched up, dirty, and dying for attention. One place said his hyper energy turned them off from wanting to play with him :(. He’s not a crazy dog, but I can imagine the more you coup up an animal, the more they’re desperate for play time. Coming back from Stoneridge he looked great, happy, and all the girls gushed over how much they loved him. It was clear they are animal people- pitties included! Highly recommend 🤗

Chris did an AMAZING job training our rambunctious 8 month old Standard Poodle. We chose the 3 week “board and train” package and couldn’t be happier with the decision. We now have a fully trained dog and a solid foundation to build from. It was really nice to get weekly updates and videos from Chris on our dogs progress. The board and train package may seem pricey, but Chris is HANDS DOWN worth EVERY penny. The facility is clean and beautiful as well and the veterinary and other staff were nice and helpful too. Overall a great choice.

I took my four month old Doberman puppy to the three week board and train obedience training with Chris Hernandez at the Stone Ridge Pet Resort/Vet Clinic in October. My puppy had every negative behavior you can think of and a lot of strength and energy. I was hesitant to leave him but without reservation this was the absolute best decision! Chris is an incredible trainer. He has such an ease and calm about him and he’s very intuitive. It’s also very apparent he loves his job and his students. His training has changed our quality of life. We now have a pup that can be taken anywhere and is trustworthy in any situation. Chris tailored the training to our lifestyle and wishes and accomplished everything we asked for and more. He also gave us the skills to continue and expand the training at home. Chris was always responsive, articulate and professional. Additionally the other staff was just as amazing and attentive and the facility is immaculately kept.

Our dog Ellie loves this place! She looks forward to doggy daycare every morning. We have a border collie that is 9 months old now and we've been bringing her to Dr. Pettyjohn since she was 8 weeks old. The staff at Stone Ridge is incredible and the facility is extremely clean and nice. There is no doubt that Dr. Pettyjohn and her team really care about the pets in their care. Kendra, Micah, Michelle, Matt and Nancy are very professional and always willing to go above and beyond for us. We have boarded Ellie several times when we had to go out of town and we never worried about whether she was being taken care of. We highly recommend this facility for any of your pet needs. I am so glad they started a training program! And grateful it included private lessons for YOU and your pet! Chris has a great way with the dogs, and is great at giving the owner the right instruction to be successful, he was confident in his skills and allowed my 11 year old son to train his dog. 5 weeks later they are both better! We brought our extremely timid rescue boxer to board for the very first time. The personalized service was unbelievably FANTASTIC!! The ladies at Stone Ridge went above and beyond to care for our girl…and her worried family. Adaisha gave me a walk-in tour beforehand and answered every question almost before it was asked. I received photo updates AND phone calls for any concerns or suggestions for making the stay more comfortable. Two calls directly from the vet to help adjust meds. Top notch service and facility that truly cares about our dog…call us repeat customers for sure!

My husband and I picked up our sheltie named Blue today from Stone Ridge. He attended the three week board and train and we are amazed! Chris did an astounding job turning this little ball of energy around. He has given us the tools to further his training at home and we are confident that he will be with us for any further needs we may have. We cannot say enough about Chris. He sent pictures and videos daily and we would highly recommend him. The staff was wonderful and we hope to become regular patrons of Stone Ridge. We are so excited to bring Blue to doggie daycare!! In our short time working with Mallory, our dog went from extremely reactive on a leash to manageable. By the end of our first session, our dog was laying. She provided us with a wealth of information and resources. Homework between sessions was doable and easy to do. Her experience working in shelters made her the perfect fit for our situation. She is professional and responds quickly to any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made us better parents not just for our dog, but our kitten too. Amazing!! I started my puppy Archie today for day school. Mallory is an amazing trainer! Shes also teaching us how to be puppy parents and tools to help us with Archie. I highly recommend Oak9 for training and boarding. I love their Day School Program. It's perfect when you don't want to send your pup away for boarding school but an hour a week class doesn't really work either. Mallory is focused on research-based techniques and is committed to her own professional education to make sure she offers the very best services.

Mallory takes the welfare and safety of the dogs in her care seriously. Her positive methods work on every dog, and her ethics are completely above board. You will never regret working with her.

My Two dogs have come such a long way with the help and guidance from Mallory training and skills. Having a very big Big dog (Mastiff) and a small dog with a attuide is not easy to train. My small dog was on medication for anxiety. And my big dog walked me instead of me walking him. After our first training session Roxy was off medication and Tyson was able to be walked lol. I’m so glad to have Mallory in my dogs life. I’m happy to have Oak 9 training as there second home. My dogs take part in her day school, and also boarding. There always said to leave her. The play park for dogs that she has is a added bonus for my Fur Babies.
