I had a blast! Tim’s home is very comfortable, and Enzo, the lurcher , is adorable-but strong! We had a couple of adventures when he broke away from me, but all’s well that ends well. The countryside around is glorious so we had some amazing walks, and of course, it’s also close to the sea. I had great fun exploring the area, with Enzo, and have totally fallen in love with him. And yes, I would love to come back again Tim.
Steve and Rosie are very hospitable hosts. JoJo and Bailey are lovely dogs: well-behaved, affectionate and good-natured. They were a joy to look after. Their home is very comfortable and has great views as it's situated at the top of the hill, just up the road from the cathedral. The garden is small but perfectly laid out with grass, flower beds, raised vegetable beds and various places to sit out, including the "residents' lounge" with a wood burner for chillier days/evenings. We would be very happy to come back again and look after JoJo and Bailey.
Claudia is very easy to communicate with and left detailed instructions for the care of the home, and Grayson & Lily. Grayson & Lily are low maintenance, friendly and a pleasure to sit with.
What a fabulous sit this has been - we loved every moment! Liz and Keith were so kind and thoughtful, paying attention to detail, taking us out on the walk with Jo Jo around Stowe Gardens before leaving on their trip. Their home is SO comfortable, peaceful and in a stunning location - we look forwards to coming back again! Queen Rosie is totally adorable, she certainly knows how to let you know what she needs, and on the rare occasion she wants to go out for some fresh air, she had a little zoomie session round the garden, which was hilarious and unexpected for such a Royal pussy cat! Miss Jo Jo likewise is completely an Angel, she is communicative and loves her walks and her bally ball gun in the garden! She sleeps peacefully all night with us cuddling in and is happy to get up when ever we did (which is always early) Our entire stay was perfect (apart from having a terrible cold) we can't recommend this highly enough. This was a bit unusual for us, basically because it was on our own doorstep. We had expected sits to be further afield. That said, we took up the offer and thoroughly enjoyed it. Fabulous house sit in a great location to explore both North Wales and Cheshire. Recommended.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)
We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!
I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!
Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!
We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.
Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.
We are so thankful to have out of the crate as part of our lives! With two very shy but sweet pups, the staff at OOTC is the perfect fit for our family. They know our dogs well and take great care of them. Imagine our surprise when a staff member that also works at bark social greeted our girls by name! We were thrilled to catch up and you could tell they had built a bond with our pups. They’re so reliable and we never have to worry when our pups are there! The peace of mind is a godsend.

My dog dakota can be a little nervous sometimes and mike treats her with such compassion and kindness she absolutely adores him! Out of the Crate is the BEST daycare for our puppy Jesse. Out of the Crate was recommended to us by our trainer Vania from At Attention Dog Training. At the time, I was looking for a daycare facility where our 4-month-old beagle puppy could socialize well with others, but also maintain a schedule where she is let out often enough for potty breaks and get the rest a growing puppy needs while still playing and having fun. Searching online, I've noticed that most doggie daycares have larger playgroups where it's harder for staff to supervise and monitor all the interactions between the dogs, and dogs are left to their own devices. You couldn't ask for a better daycare facility for your puppy then Out of the Crate. Every single member of the staff here absolutely love each and every dog that comes through their doors each day. You can tell from the pictures they post on social media and the little stories the staff tell you when you're picking up your pup that the staff genuinely remember each dog, what they're like, and how much they love each dog. I believe it's because the staff actually PLAY with the dogs (on top of all the playing and romping the dogs do with each other) that truly make a day at Out of the Crate the BEST day for your dog. I've had Jesse go to another daycare facility while OOTC was closed due to the flood last year, and I'd noticed that she wouldn't come home as happy and tired as she had been coming back from OOTC. I can tell Jesse has a blast hanging with her friends (I know she's close friends with Peaches, Dodger, and Levi, according to staff) and she comes home the happiest of pups. The facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained, and you can tell so much thought and care was put into making this the ultimate doggies Disneyland. Jesse is now a 9-month-old teenager, and I know her happy place is at OOTC with her friends. I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful community, and I can't thank the staff enough for taking such good care of Jesse. **Update to add: OOTC has a fantastic boarding program as well, and Jesse stays with OOTC whenever we're out of town or for other special occasions. The pricing for the boarding is fantastic compared to other places, and I know that Jesse is getting the same wonderful attention and care that she gets every week at daycare. Knowing that she's staying with people who love her dearly and at her favorite place on earth gives me peace of mind whenever we have to leave her.
Our pup is so excited when he realizes he’s headed to daycare that he barely says bye at the door - and he always comes home happy and sleepy! He’s been more relaxed at home in general since starting, even several days after his last visit. We’ve had to reach out last minute a couple times to change things and Mike and his team have always been super accommodating and kind. We also recently boarded here for the first time and knowing he already loved it alleviated separation anxiety on both sides. We’re so grateful OOTC is local to us and would recommend to anyone.
We just moved cross country to Conshohocken and it was important for us to find a doggie daycare that we trusted, and our dog felt comfortable at. Our movers ended up having to come a few days earlier than expected and we hadn't had the chance to do an evaluation day at Out of the Crate yet. I called Out of the Crate and left a frantic message about needing somewhere to send our dog while the movers came into our apartment to see if they could accommodate. Mike called me back after hours and it said it would be no problem to get Piper in the next day on such short notice. I was so appreciative of their flexibility. Piper had the best time and continues to go back weekly to play with her friends!
Staff is great, unfortunately sleazy male owner has a nasty habit of preying on multiple female customers. Go to women owned Super-pups a few doors down. Also can't say that I'm comfortable with my high energy doodle being taken care of as Out of the Crate lost a dog a few weeks back. Conshohocken deserves better.
Such a great experience with OOTC! Rooney was welcomed so warmly by the staff and had a blast! I would definitely recommend Out of the Crate to anyone who loves their dog and wants them to have fun while you are at work or out of town!
My pup Winnie has been coming to OOTC for the last few months and has had several sleepovers in addition to day care. It’s nice to know that she is safe and getting socialized while I’m at work or out of town. The staff is always pleasant and seem to truly care about Winnie and the other pups. She always comes home happy & exhausted after a fun day of play!
Our 3 year old Labrador Retriever loves OOTC! She is so excited when we drop her off, tail wagging and pulling toward the drop off zone. It is a huge piece of mind she is well taken care of when we travel.
Super Pups is amazing! My dog, Louie, loves going there and it's truly his second home. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making sure every dog feels comfortable and happy. Louie always leaves tired and content from all the playtime and socializing! Louie always looks great after a grooming session there. I can't recommend Super Pups enough - it's the best place for any pup to spend their day!
My little guy, Buggy, has been attending Super Pups Dog Daycare for nearly a year now, and he absolutely loves it! Julia and the entire team are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and fun! The facility is super clean, colorful, and very welcoming! There's always something exciting happening, whether it's a birthday "Pawty", holiday celebration, pup cup, or picture day. Buggy is guaranteed to have a fantastic day every time. The sheer joy he expresses when I mention Super Pups, eagerly walking in to see his friends, is priceless. I can’t thank you enough. It's truly reassuring to know that my dog is exceptionally well taken care of and, most importantly, safe at Super Pups!

Super Pups is the best puppy daycare and my dog Jordan absolutely loves going here. Over the last few months I have watched Jordan change from a timid rescue pup who was afraid of everything to a confident, happy pup that runs into day care to play. I can't say enough good things about the Super Pups team (McKenna, Rochelle and Julia to name a few). They created a welcoming, loving environment at Super Pups and their creativity in the enrichment camps is off the charts. I wish I could give them a 20 star rating! Its nice to know Jordan is so well taken care of while I am at work.
Chase has been going to Super Pups since they opened 2 years ago and he absolutely loves it! So do I!! Julia, Steph and their staff are amazing! There is always something special there every day. Whether it be a birthday party, a holiday, etc., they always have an activity planned for the pups! The pictures they take of the pups are awesome! They get them in their best poses! This business is staffed by pleasant and honest women who legitimately care about animals. While my dog's temperament made long term boarding here untenable, I have no doubt anyone needing daycare or boarding would be very well served here.
If you want to see the best reviews from Super Pups, walk in and look to the right. There's a wall of pictures of the dogs, and every single one is smiling!!! (I've attached a pic of ours). Julia and Stephanie are the nicest people you'll ever meet. The whole staff is awesome actually. The place is bright, super clean, they communicate well, and most importantly you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I would 100% recommend it, (unless it gets so popular and I'm not able to get a spot).
Millie Billie Jane, Aspyn and Chilli give y’all 4 paws up, tail wag and a big ‘ole puppy kiss! Always VERY accommodating for our last minute reservation needs. I love seeing pictures of my little snuggle bugs curled up to any dog they can find that will nap with them. These 3 girls absolutely love coming here whenever they can. They get so excited when we pull up to the building and they try to shoot into the back to go see their friends (humans and doggos). Super clean facility, looks and smells great. You probably wouldn’t even know it was a doggy daycare if there weren’t pictures of all the super cute Super Pups hung on the wall right when you enter.
Paws Up Conshy have been providing our dog Murray weekly walks for the last 2 years. They are reliable, responsive, and very communicative! We have be so pleased with our experience and plan to continue to utilize their services for years to come!
Ashley is amazing and we couldn’t ask for anyone better to watch our dog, Benny! She is so easy to communicate with and always goes above and beyond to help us out! We even had her bring Benny to our wedding for some pictures and it was perfect! We love her and highly recommend whenever you need someone for your pup!

The Paws Up team is wonderful. Ashley is the right amount of communicative and I love that everything can be scheduled via text message- so convenient. Our walker is equally wonderful and our dogs LOVE him…To the point I am pretty sure the dogs prefer “Mr John” to us. :) Grateful we can trust our dogs to them!
Ashley and her team are not only extremely kind and passionate about your pets’ care, they’re very knowledgeable about pets as well! They’ve taken great care of our dogs & cats over the years, and have helped me out during last minute visits. While I don’t like to make a habit of that, I’ve run into some work conflicts and Ashley did everything she could to work it out so my pets weren’t left alone without me. I have a cat who’s had some medical issues, and Ashley has always provided suggestions on what vet to take him to and what to ask my vet, to help him get better. Ashley also was very supportive and thoughtful while we put our dog down last year.
Ashley has take care of our dog, Winston, for over 5 years. She goes above and beyond for her customers including waiting for a locksmith when we forgot to leave her a key. I would highly recommend anyone in the Conshy area to use her services.

I decided to bring my boys for an evaluation here, and everything went spectacularly!! They had a blast! We previously were going to a smaller daycare. Playtime Pet Resort of KoP is so much bigger, my boys have much more room to play! The outside area is really fantastic! We are two days in, and the boys are loving it!! Everyone is friendly and happy to see the boys when we get there. I love that when you are boarding, there is someone there overnight, the pups are never left alone!
We absolutely love Playtime Pet Resort @ King of Prussia! We found it when we knew we'd be traveling from NYC to see our daughter in Philadelphia and planned to bring our dog with us. We wanted him to have a great day but didn't know anything about doggy day care options in the area. Until we came upon the Playtime Pet Resort website and then made a call! The resort is amazing (and it really feels like a resort!). It is beautifully appointed with every detail taken into account. Super clean and really with everything you could think of being present (treats for pets, collars, etc.). We were there in December and the holiday decorations were stunning. Our doodle loved it! The staff sent pictures along with his report card. Everyone made him - and us - feel extremely welcome and cared for. We MOST highly recommend the King of Prussia Playtime Pet Resort. Kudos to the team there who handled everything like pros!! Thank you!
Our 7 month old Great Dane, Diego, had his evaluation today. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable everyone was and impressed with my tour. It was clean and the dogs seemed really well cared for and happy. I was kept informed of how Diego was doing throughout the day and loved the report card I received. When I picked him up, his tail was wagging and he didn’t want to come home! Looking forward to many more playtimes, boarding and grooming. Thank you!!
My pup loves Playtime Pet Resort so much, we can’t say the name without him getting excited!! They always make sure he is comfortable and having fun. If there are any questions, they are great about contacting you for open communication. I always know he’s in good care when we travel or for just a day of fun with his friends.
this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!
Playtime Pet Resort in Downtown is the best. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing, especially Christina and Karleigh. My dogs love the personalized attention and we love knowing that "our babies" are safe and well cared for. I would recommend them to any and all owners.
I cannot recommend Playtime Pet resort highly enough. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding, and it is clear that the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every pet has a positive and enjoyable experience. Murphy returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. The resort itself is immaculate and well-maintained. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for pets to move around. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor play areas, which are secure and filled with engaging activities to keep pets entertained. Thank you, Playtime Pet resort for providing such a wonderful home away from home for Murphy. We will definitely be returning for future stays!
We took our dog here for an evaluation. This was the first time we had him to a boarding place. We heard so many great things about Play Time that we decided to try. I received a text with a link to his report card and we were so happy to see that he was having a great time. We made reservations that day to board him for 2 day while we were getting married. Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown is one of favorite places! The people are so professional and friendly, the facility is clean and organized, and it’s easy to see that the staff and management really care for the dogs. They are also conveniently located, open 365 days a year, and have someone on-site 24/7. My pup comes home happy, tired, and I feel comfortable that he has been well cared for while he is there.
Rosie is absolutely wonderful! She is not only reliable but also incredibly loving towards our dog. Every time we leave our pet with her, we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands. Rosie goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is happy, well-cared for, and safe. We also love all the pictures she shares with us of the activities our dog is doing! We couldn’t ask for better dog care and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.
Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!
Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!
Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. She keeps in touch by sending pictures while we're away and our dog always looks so happy to be with Rosie and the other dogs. We will definitely be using her again - 5 stars!
Rosie is the best! My dog loves her daycare days to the point where it's almost impossible to get her in the car when I come to pick her up, even after a full day of playing. She always comes home happy and tired, and Rosie is so sweet with her. I can't recommend her and Main Line Dog Care enough!
We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. Rosie's love and commitment to the dogs in her care is always evident. She is reliable and very easy to work with. I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3
We are so lucky we found Rosie! She cares for our 6 year old labradoodle Quincy like we do in our own home. She spoils him with daily walks and visits to the dog park. She makes our time away care free knowing he is with her. She sends pictures and updates and puts us at ease. She's a real dog lover! Quincy is the lucky one!!! Thanks Rosie!
Hi - I recently traveled to Europe for a week and Rosie watched my 2 Chesapeakes and did an amazing job. One of my dogs is epileptic and Rosie was great about giving him all his medications. I will definitely be using Main Line Dog Care again.

We love the friendly and welcoming staff at Perfect Pooch. They take good care of our dogs. We have done daycare and boarding for several dogs - large breed and small - over many years. We highly recommend Perfect Pooch.
Perfect Pooch has been taking great care of my two dogs for many years. I use them for Day care and Boarding, and have also had help from Michelle for training. They just got home this afternoon from a six day boarding and are tired, happy and well cared for. I highly recommend!
Perfect Pooch has been a great place for our cane corso puppy. She does group play daycare a few times per week while my fiancée and I are at work, and she comes home satisfied and tired because she had a great day playing with her buddies. We started taking her there when she was around 7 months old, and despite her shy personality, going to Perfect Pooch has really helped our pup establish healthy approaches and boundaries with other dogs of all ages and sizes. She is great around ALL dogs now, young and old, big and tiny, out in public. The staff is always friendly, drop offs/pickups are quick and easy, and when it comes to scheduling, they are as accommodating as they can be, which is much appreciated. If you have a busy schedule and don’t want your dog cooped up inside all day, I would recommend giving Perfect Pooch group play a try!
My 5 month old puppy (Shihpoo) got groomed here and they did a fabulous job! The staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. They understood that it was not only my pup’s first time, but also mine & did everything in their power to make sure both my pup and I were comfortable. The grooming job itself is great and I sincerely appreciate the time and effort spent on him as opposed to just scalping him (which I’ve seen a lot of groomers do). I will certainly bringing my pup back!
Been coming here for almost 10 years. Got our dog trained here when she was a puppy. Have boarded and done daycare. Also get grooming services with Sam who is awesome at perfecting our airedales hair style! People are so friendly. Highly recommend.
It was our first time going for a grooming session and Perfect Pooch was AMAZING from the start. We have a 1 year old pup we adopted with anxiety. Perfect Pooch’s staff was beyond patient, informative and welcoming. Our pup had a successful visit and was fully groomed without medication. We will be back for grooming and trying out the other services. We will also be telling everyone to go visit Perfect Pooch! Erin our pup’s groomer was FABULOUS!!! Highly recommended her ☺️
Michelle the trainer is wonderful. She has done an amazing job with my young beagle mix Charlie. She sends daily updates and home work with step by step instructions and videos. Charlie had 10 sessions and I see a huge improvement with following commands and behavior. Michelle also spent two one hour sessions with me going over his training to reinforce the behaviors as well as teach me how to continue with his training at home. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome of the daycare training. Highly recommend Perfect Pooch for daycare training. I love the caring staff as well. Charlie gets excited when I pull up to drop him off which is everything to me. I will continue to have daycare sessions and boarding. I am Very pleased!!
We had only used a private sitter before trying Perfect Pooch and we are SO glad to have found a place our dogs love to be. We use PP for boarding, day care, and grooming and even have our dogs in Summer Camp this year on days we don’t need care just because they love it so much. The staff are always so kind and communicative and we can travel easier knowing our animals are safe with people that love them and will care for them well. Our dogs were older by the time we started them at Perfect Pooch but we will definitely use them for training, as well, in the future!
Erin did and outstanding job grooming our Wirefox Terrier, who does not enjoy getting his haircut. She is very patient with him and has a great feel for when he needs a break. We are very satisfied!
Main Line Dog Sitting is a great environment for our dog while away from home. The owners are very attentive and caring. Our family trusts this service and it makes being away from our family pet a whole lot easier. Five stars all the way!!!

We just started taking our boy Charlie to bark U! He did enrichment day care and regular day care and I have to say it’s worth every penny! He comes home completely exhausted, which was our goal during the week working full time it’s hard to get him the exercise and activity level he needs. We love to be able to drop him off knowing they’re going to take great care of him and love on him like we would. Everyone is super super friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate the temperament assessment prior to being officially accepted, knowing that all dogs go through an assessment makes me feel good about leaving Charlie there for extended days. Our dog is one that’s super nervous and takes a lot of patience for him to gain confidence and the bark u team has been so receptive and understanding of that. We’re so happy we found bark U!
After my office recently relocated to KOP, I enrolled my dog Darcy at Bark U. She is a naturally shy dog and has some anxiety. The staff has been amazing in helping to build her confidence and ease her anxiety. They give me daily updates at pick up on her day, the dogs she made friends with and how her confidence is building. The staff has been wonderful and the facilities and services offered are great. Darcy just took part in the Gingerbread photo shoot they offered for the holidays and I think the photo speaks for itself (love).
We just moved to the area and we are so happy we found Bark U for our dog Toby to stay when we travel. It is super clean and organized! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! We could relax and enjoy our vacation since we knew Toby was well taken care of. We also loved to get updates in the photo gallery and report card that was sent to us.
I absolutely love Bark U. I recently enrolled my 4 year old husky/rott mix so he can socialize and get more energy out. I took him for his first day and I must say, I’m blown away at the customer service. Efficient checkin /check out, they send pictures of your dog at daycare, report any information needed, kind ladies up front for pick up! The facility is extremely clean. I trust bark u 100% with my doggo and am looking forward to bringing him back.
My dog had not been to daycare in a while, so I was a little nervous about how she would do with so many dogs, but Bark U eased all my fears! During her assessment, the staff provided lots of insight into her behavior, and I could tell they really paid attention. Everything they described fit her perfectly, and they ensured that she would be slowly introduced to larger play groups as she became more comfortable. The security measures and clean facility were a huge selling point for me, and so far, I am so happy with my decision! I don’t have to worry about her being safe or cared for since I know the staff at Bark U is attentive and caring.
My sister and her baby have been at Bark U for a while and she raved about it and I decided to try it for my pup Duke as well. She wasn’t wrong at all about how great this place is. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby! He just loves it here. He gets so excited when we pull up outside he cannot contain his excitement. And I love that I get updates and pictures of his day please don’t stop doing that! From the daycare to the boarding BARK U holds me down and I appreciate you guys so much.
Our puppy dog has been here for day care twice both times and seems to love it. I was able to tour the whole place and it was very clean and good vibes all around. All the staff seemed happy and so did the dogs! I felt comfortable handing over my pup which was I didn’t think I would. One other local spot wouldn’t let me tour and the other one I checked out paled in comparison to Bark U.
My dog Ivy and I LOVE BarkU! Their staff, hours, and facility are all 1000% above and beyond what we have seen in the area and what we had previously known as top tier doggy daycare when we lived in Michigan. Each day Ivy exuberantly wiggles all around the car as we turn into their driveway and then happily trots inside to “work” when we walk in. When I pick her up she is happy, clean, and tired - I can tell she had a fun day with friends and staff tell me about how joyful she is! I’m grateful to BarkU for keeping her engaged, socially active, and spunky!
I adopted my puppy Sully in July and enrolled him with Bark University in their puppy socialization program the week I brought him home. He is now six months old and has completed both the puppy socialization program and the undergraduate program. Sully is doing so well- he is the happiest most well adjusted puppy I have ever met- he loves humans and dogs equally. Bark University is 100% the reason for this. We were even in a park recently and a vet was there with her dog and she said that of all the puppies she’s ever met Sully has the best temperament she has ever seen. Sully goes to Bark U now a few times a week for daycare and he always will because the people and puppies at Bark U are part of his family now!
New to BarkU and they have been fantastic! My puppy is enrolled in their puppy socialization program and it has been so beneficial. All the staff is friendly, professional and extremely responsive and the facilities are wonderful.
Nikki was the best with our two cats! They both liked her (even our grumpy one) and she was always so tidy and responsive. Plus we were always excited to see the cute pictures from her. We've had a hard time finding another pet sitter las good as her since we moved.
Kate Kishi was fantastic! She was aware how nervous I was about leaving my 3 kitties. After experiencing a horrible time with another pet sitter. She took extraordinary care of my 2 very senior kitties, and my one teenager kitty. She left extensive notes and photos everyday 2x a day. I am so pleased how this turned out. They have a new customer, who is going to share the this review on all social media!! Thank you so much!!! 5 stars!!
Nikki and Hanna are absolutely wonderful with our now 4 month old golden doodle. My husband and I both work full time and needed somebody responsible and punctual to take care of our puppy. The girls ensure that they spend quality time with our pup and provide lots of love- we have cameras (Nikki and Hanna are aware of this) and I love watching the interaction to give me much needed breaks at work. They even came in during the horrible snowstorm- their reliability is a blessing for us as we are in health care and never get snow days off.
