We spent a wonderful weekend at Justine and Alex's home and were warmly welcomed with a delicious meal. The two were really very nice and introduced us to the furry residents and showed us our tasks and what we should pay attention to. Justine and Alex made us feel that we are at home and that we can move like that. That was a great feeling. The two dogs Jimmy and Snow are just magical and you just have to love them. They love to be cuddled all day long. Cathrin the goat is also very adorable and needs to be cuddled, although she has a mind of her own and sometimes wants to run through the wall. She will do almost anything for a chestnut treat :-) We are happy to have had such a great experience with Justine and Alex and thank them both for their hospitality.
Roo is such a sweetheart! Quality time is his love language. He loved to follow me from room-to-room and loved pets and belly rubs. Jennifer and Alex have a sweet setup for TrustedHousesitter’s guests— the downstairs unit they built for their children, complete with a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The location is perfect, with trails and cafes and shops within a 10-minute walk.
Upon arriving we had all of the info we needed on the counter along with some ice pops (much needed due to a heatwave that week) and some cookies. So thoughtful!! Buddy took a minute to get to know us, but once he did, we all went outside to play. Buddy was great all week long and we will miss him dearly. He gets vocal when he wants something or when you get home, but nothing that’s out of control. After about a day, he knew our expectations and was a very good boy. The home is very warm and cozy. There was plenty of space for our family. We watched movies in the living room, played in the backyard, and everyone had their own room to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we could need, and we used the grill outside to make burgers on Father’s Day! Christina had us pick up her produce box at the Farmers Market and let us have what we wanted from it! We were ecstatic because we were going to go and check it out anyway! The garden was beautiful and we watered and picked what we wanted as well! At night we watched the fireflies which was a special treat for us. We would definitely come back if the opportunity lends itself again. What a wonderful, peaceful sit. We will miss Buddy dearly!
It’s was a wonderful experience. Anu and Puneet are a beautiful family and very good people. It was a pleasure looked after their home and Choco. Definitely we are going to miss him, he is a special dog, so lovely and spoiled. He stole our hearts. The entire family was so worried about us and they give us all the amenities to be comfortable. The home is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and having met such good people.
While staying in an RV in a rustic camp might not be for everyone, it was paradise to me. I loved being out in nature everyday, yet so close to the city of Austin. It was just a few minutes drive to grab a slice of my favorite pizza at Home Slice on South Congress. Maverick and Cowboy were super easy to care for. And Adam made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. If you don't mind camping in an RV, this is an awesome sit.

Tom is wonderful! My dog Samson, who is not friendly with men, goes to Tom's once a week for daycare and anytime he needs to be boarded. Samson is much more comfortable after spending time with Tom and his fur crew! Tom is flexible and reasonable priced. He will also give you tips to improve your pet's behavior.
Tom takes wonderful care of our 2 yo Akita mix who is filled with tons of energy! He sends photos and videos and has a site where you can see all of the photos and not just your dog. He is very organized and quite reasonably priced.
Great place for daycare. Dropping off my crazy Aussie here was a breeze and Matt was very attentive to my handling instructions. Definitely above and beyond care. Way better than using big chain dog boarding facilities so I look forward to bringing my boy back in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about Ellie and Matthew. They treat your babies like their babies I have been taking my American Bulldog to them since he was a year old. And my Jango loves them!! When we walk him down that street he knows where he is going and practically pulls my husband with him. I highly recommend using them when you need someone who will take care of and love your pet.

My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

Universal Dog Daycare is a life/trip saver for us! We are currently halfway through with our trip this Christmas holiday and having found them at the last minute and of them putting us at ease made the process of leaving our two fur babies in their care much comforting and definitely made our vacation more enjoyable. The best experience ever! Jedi was taken care of wonderfully. He was so happy and ecstatic to be playing with his paw pals! We had a great experience. My dog is very nervous around strangers and gets anxious around too many dogs. This was a smaller environment and perfect for him. They sent me several pictures daily and responded to any questions or concerns that I had immediately. We were able to enjoy our vacation in Orlando knowing he was happy as well! On 22 December 2024 we left our two Bichon Frise twins with this establishment for nine hours. I've had zero issues with this establishment because they took great care of our dogs. Snacks were even provided for them as well! I recommend this place to anyone who needs a pup-sitter!
Theresa did a good deed that deserves to be told. I was raised if you do a good deed you're not supposed to tell others. I can share what Theresa did for me. I was in line at a pet store to buy prescription canned pet food for an ill animal. I left my wallet at home I told the cashier I would be back. As I left Theresa came out to the parking lot to tell me she was getting the cans for me not to leave. The effort to help not only saved me time and energy but renewed My Hope there are good people. The kindness meant a lot more than she knew. Good karma I believe will come back to her many times over. When I asked for her address to repay her she simply gave me her business card and let me know she did pet sitting she said she was not concerned about repayment. Theresa Marie goes above and beyond!! I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and needed a sitter for my 10-month old doodle, Wally. Theresa Marie came to the rescue! She made us feel comfortable from the first conversation and was super responsive. She totally went above and beyond for Wally- took him to play in the park, even SHAMPOO’D him after he went swimming. She took all the stress out of our evening by offering to pick Wally up at our air bnb before the wedding and dropped him off afterwards. Unreal!! What a pleasure to work with her. My dog is a big girl so not everyone wants to watch her. Belinda welcomed her and she had a three night stay when I had to go out of town to help a relative. Belinda and her family treated her like one of their own. Fran was happy to see us when we went to pick her up but she still wiggled and wanted more pets from Belinda and her family when we were leaving. You can tell when your dog has had a happy visit. She loved it there. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Belinda is an outstanding and devoted trainer. This is our first job and Belinda has prepared us in ways we couldn’t have expected. She’s incredible with our dog, and not only does she train him (exceptionally well I might add) she trains us too! She also watches him when we’re out of town, and to be honest, she’s the only person we feel comfortable leaving our dog with. He got to play with all the members of her multi species home, and came back more well behaved than ever! After, she went above and beyond and wrote us a detailed report of his progress and behavior. She’s always available by phone or text, it’s like having our own concierge dog trainer. Super knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in such a straightforward manner! Best dog trainer out there, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I’ve known Belinda for over 10 years and I highly recommend her. We have had dogs and cats and she has cared for them all. She consistently goes above and beyond and is very knowledgable about different breeds. She is especially good with special needs pets, pets that need medication, and/or pets on a special diet. Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!

Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!
My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Heidi has been dog walking/sitting for our dogs for over 3 years now- she is the best in town! She is extremely trust-worthy and that is very important when someone is coming in and out of your home. Our dogs LOVE her so that says a lot! We have special case dogs - they were rescues and came with a lot of issues but she has been able to gain their trust. I highly recommend Heidi!
I cannot recommend Heid enough! Heidi has been keeping my pup for about four years and I’m so grateful I found her. I have an older, blind dog that requires daily medications, so it’s hard finding someone reliable to take care of her. I never have to worry while she’s with Heidi. Heidi is very knowledgeable about dogs and I trust her completely. My pup loves going to Heidi’s house! Every time I mention Heidi’s name, my dog starts going to the door looking for her. Heidi is the best ❤️

Heidi is a fabulous pet sitter! I always feel completely confident leaving my pets in her care—she has both done in-home visits for my cats and, when I had dogs, kept them at her place. In fact, I’m pretty sure my dogs liked her house better than home! She’s very knowledgeable and reliable and truly loves the animals she takes care of.
Heidi is simply THE BEST dog walker, dog sitter and dog whisperer! She truly is gifted with animals and loves them so very much. Our dogs don’t miss us at all when we go away and are lucky enough to have Heidi take care of them. They may prefer her actually. She’s so attentive, sweet and loving with them. What’s also nice is she’s very flexible too - it’s nice that you don’t have to buy a package or a set number of nights or walks. You pay for what you need. I can’t recommend Heidi’s Hounds enough!
We’ve been using Heidi’s Hounds to care for our 2 cats since 2012. She is friendly, reliable, responsive, totally responsible and very loving to our 2 fur babies. It’s been completely stress free for us to travel for up to 2 weeks knowing that Heidi is in charge. She visits our home twice a day, feeds our pets, shows them love, cleans the litter box, waters our plants, sends us updates - even photos & videos, she documents her visits and more.! What a gift to be able to count or her for over 8 years now. I recommend her to everyone I know.
As a first time dog owner, getting a rescued blue heeler with emotional and physical issues, I was quite overwhelmed at first with taking care of my dog. I was lucky to come across Heidi, who aside from walking my dog, and watching him when I wasn't able, also provided me loads of advice on how to better take care of him, discipline him, bond with him, etc. Her love, care, and knowledge for all animals is truly amazing and I always could rely on my dog to have a great time with her and her other pets while I was away, even with his separation anxiety. The dogs she takes care of love her back, they are treated well, and you receive updates along with pictures/videos throughout their stay or walk to show you how they're doing. It's relieving and nice to see that they're alright without you. I can't recommend Heidi enough for all your dog needs -- she's terrific and is very flexible to whatever your needs and situation are.

The first time Heidi watched my sweet pups, my terrier rescue was only 1 and full of energy. I was hesitant to leave her with anyone bc she requires extra attention. Heidi sent me pictures and videos of my dogs having fun while we were gone, giving me check ups on their stay. My worries immediately dissolved and I felt reassured of my pets extraordinary needs being met. I've since had Heidi watch my dogs multiple times, each time a great experience from all parties. She's even given me great tips with obedience training that I never learned in my previous 3 levels of puppy training. I wouldn't trust my sweet babies with anyone else. Anytime we pass by Heidis house on our walks, my dogs get excited remembering their sweet friend stays there. I would defiantly recommend Heidi to anyone looking for not just a dog sitter, but an interactive fun time while youre gone, wether it's just for a day or two, or a week or two away on vacation. She's very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.
I have so much peace of mind while my two puppies are with Tabitha at Cuddles and Cuts during my out of town trips. She takes great care of them. When we arrive, they run to her door and get along great with her pups. Highly recommend her for pet care
I only have good things to say about Woof Tang! We were struggling to deal with major anxiety issues in our Samoyed, Oz. He would bark/lunge at other dogs on walks and panic if new people came to the house. We couldn’t do much to get his attention when he got in this state and were struggling with how to best train in these situations. My husband and I had done some prior training with a different company, but didn’t see great results. Oz stayed with Woof Tang for 3 weeks in the board/train program with Lexi and Tai. We were nervous leaving Oz for so long and wondering if he could really work through his issues, but we knew we couldn’t keep going how we were. To help ease our minds, Lexi messaged us about our boy’s progress and frequently posted his training sessions on social media. After 3 weeks, Oz has come back in tip-top shape!! We are extremely impressed. Lexi took about 2 hours on pickup day to show us how we should be handling Oz going forward and all his new skills. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with him and figured out what worked best for Oz and his quirks rather than just using a copy paste training template. We can loose leash walk (and even no leash walk) around our neighborhood now and not have to be embarrassed by constant pulling and barking! We can have people over to the house and he’s not jumping and barking on our guests too. There was some concern that he wouldn't act as good for us as he did for the trainers, but that wasn't true at all. He's still 100% when it is just us and no Woof Tang trainer. We really didn’t think all this would be possible and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend it if you are considering the board/train program! I just wish we had done it sooner. On a side note, we have also loved utilizing the normal boarding services and daycare options here. It’s so nice to watch our dog from the many cameras and see staff actually playing with the dogs!
Lexi and her team at Woof Tang are INCREDIBLE! We brought our reactive pitbull mix, Umbra, to Lexi and Tai for the the board and train program. Before this program we could not even walk our dog because he would aggressively react to people and other dogs. Since this program, our dog has been able to go on walks, interact more with people and even be boarded at their facility with no problems. Their training is amazing and you can actually tell that everyone there truly cares about these dogs. Also, we have used their day care/boarding services. We are huge fans because we are able to get updates and know that our dog is well taken care of when he goes.
12/10! I am VERY careful where I choose to board my dogs. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone’s cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it’s an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (2 photos of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!!
Lexi and her team worked with our Golden doodle Griffin for an intensive 3 weeks of board n train. Our puppy was very reactive with excessive barking and other behavior challenges. He came back to us as Griffin 2.0. Friends and family are shocked at how well-behaved he is. We went to a cafe today and he was so incredibly good. It’s wonderful to be able to take him out with us. He’s a social pup and we are thankful and grateful to the Woof Gang crew. We’ll board with them and take our pup to daycare so he gets to play and hang out. We had a great experience.
Amazing! I am a dog trainer myself, but was struggling with my own dog. He was becoming overly possessive and aggressive when others got near me. As well as setting his Alpha personality on other dogs. I was at a loss. I realized the smartest dog trainer was one who knew when he need help. I turned to Lexi and tai whom I had met at a training ( although they have 25 years experience they are constantly going to continuing Ed to learn more ) this impressed me. So they performed their own evaluation of storm and came up with a game plan for this inelegant yet challenging dog. He was there for 4 weeks they constantly posted and sent me videos. My dog seemed to bond with both of them and they worked their game plan. I do relize that with a dog it’s as much as. The handlers responsibility to work the dog as it is the dogs. They gave us tools I had never thought of. Since he’s been home we have only had 1 small incident which was not the dogs fault as much as mine for not reading the environment the way I should. But it was a minimal reactivity as opposed to an all out. We have kept the boundaries they helped us set and so far I am utterly amazed how well our dog is doing. Able to do public walks go to parks no leash pulling and he simply ignores other dogs. I can’t thank you both enough or your staff. Thanks again!!!!! Jim and Anita partridge.
I am totally grateful for the amazing job that Lexi and her team did to my Arizona. I was looking for a dog training facility and found a special place where I can have the peace of mind to leave my baby in day care or leave her when traveling. Arizona spent 3 weeks on obedience training with Lexi and she is now a very obedient and confident Doberman. I can walk her in public places without being afraid she will bark at everything that passes near her. Also, I need to express my gratitude to the Wooftang team because they took care of my baby during the hurricane Milton. I was out of town and my Doberman was staying at the facility and they took care of her and always keep me posted. Lexi is always available and answers right away when you need her or have any question. I enjoy watching the videos they posted in social media, I know she is having fun and is being loved and well cared.
The staff and trainers are absolutely incredible. They take provide quality attention and training. I love that Lexi takes the time to get to know my dog individually and she's incredible when teaching me how to be a better trainer for my husky as well. He absolutely loves it there and he maintains good manners during his stays at woof tang which is really important to me! Thank you guys so much!
My Luna just completed her 3 week board/train & I can’t express enough how much of a difference it has made with her. She was reactive/ barking at other dogs while walking but not anymore, there is a noticeable difference in her & it is a please to walk her now.
