Had our dog cared for at fairly short notice. Nicole was lovely. Came by to meet our dog. Sent us some lovely photos while we were away. Everything done as promised. When she dropped the key back to us our dog was so excited to see her.

We booked Pawshake pet sitter for our cat over the Christmas holidays. It was a real positive experience we found trust worthy, reliable sitter to come our house to look after our cat. Pawshake was a easy way to find and book a sitter. Communication through was excellent and the Pawshake website and App was easy to use and navigate.

Shadow was beautifully looked after at short notice. He came home happy and exhausted after playing with Zoe. We'd also done the meet & greet with another carer who was also lovely, but the timing didn't work unfortunately.

We loved the Pawshake experience. Reviews helped us trust the choice and the system of meeting first between booking was good. Great day care while we did tourist and family things.

I left my doggy for the first time and she was so well looked after. A shout out to Monique, my dog sitter (from Pawshake) who is such a dependable person. She took great care of our pet and was constantly in communication giving us feedback and taking on board our requests.

Love Pawshake!! Our holiday plans changed last minute and we could not book our Pugalier into the kennels he usually goes to, or find any that had availability. Came across Pawshake and booked him a stay with such a lovely pet sitter called Amanda. He was totally spoilt, had so much fun with her dogs, had visits to the beach, and we were sent videos and photos everyday. He was very well looked after. I’ve been taking my Italian Greyhound to Gorgeous Pets since he was 4 months old. This dog truly hates leaving the house & is terrified of everyone & everything, but he adores going to this daycare! It’s his favourite thing to do! Leeanne also took care of him for me for 2 weeks last Christmas & I thought for sure he would never want to come back home! 10 out of 10 and FIVE STARS 🌟 all day long for Leeanne & Michael and the rest of the team. If I could send my dog to Gorgeous Pets 7 days a week I would!

I take Freddie to Day Care each week. On our morning walk to Gorgeous Pets, turns into a morning run as he can't wait to get there. His whole body waggles as he's waiting at the door to be let in. Freddie is a rescue and was nonplussed with other dogs. His weekly fun days has made him more dog-social. The team do an amazing job of looking after and playing with him. Our dog Reggie has been coming to gorgeous pets for day care and boarding since he was a puppy - he is so excited to arrive every day and cries with excitement when we pull up out the front. He is very well cared for and comes home very tired from playing all day with the team and the other dogs. The service has always been brilliant, the owners and staff are always polite, helpful and flexible for us and we would 100% recommend!!

What a fantastic pet sitter we have found in Kelly. We were so fortunate to have Kelly look after two elderly cats whilst we went away on a family holiday for a week. It took away the stress of leaving them for an extended period, especially as they are such shy and nervous girls. Kelly gave detailed regular updates twice a day, photos, was reliable and treated our animals like her own. I would highly recommend booking in Kelly if you need a caring and reliable petsitter.

A year on from my original review I stand by every point I make after having Kelly look after my cat over 10 times. Kelly is such a trustworthy and lovely catsitter, and my cat continues to love her visits when I'm away. She ensures the place is tidy, pops out any rubbish from when I've been away and happily brings in any mail. --- Kelly is the best - from the moment I met her at our intake/meet + greet she was so thorough with her notes on what my cat likes/dislikes and information in case of any emergency. She has been so understanding with my rescue cat who has some special needs (he’s got one eye and FIV) who I wanted to have comfy at home in his own environment while I was away. You can tell how Kelly loves on your cat as though they are her own - in all of her photo + videos my cat Major Tom is super relaxed, playful, purry, snuggly and content to be with her. Her thorough daily updates give the best peace of mind while you are away plus she takes stunning pet photos! Kelly will be my go to catsitter everytime I head away. Wow this the the best cat sitting experience we have ever had! We have 2 loved and playful bengals, leaving them at home was a worry for us. I am so happy with how well Kelly looked after my fur babies when I was away. I received lots of updates and photos and it’s very obvious Kelly genuinely cares deeply for animals. Our dog, Huey, absolutely loves his walks with Rascals and Mutts. We've been using this service for many months and it's been brilliant. Josh is so friendly and incredible with the dogs. He's like a dog whisperer. Huey has so much fun running zoomies with all his fur pals. We can't recommend Rascals enough.

Josh started taking our kelpie cross Huey earlier this year and it has been such a great experience. Huey had been with the same walker since a puppy and when she moved away we didn’t know how well he would settle with a new group. Josh was wonderful and Huey quickly adjusted to the new routine and new canine buddies. Highly recommend!!

Josh is great and I would be lost without his help during the week. My dog loves going on his groups walk and is always delighted to see Josh. The whole process of arranging the walks was also effortless! Definitely recommend if you are looking for your pup to be well exercised and treated with love!

Josh is a highly recommended dog walker! Gadget was just a puppy when he started and Josh has delivered above and beyond. Gadget’s social skills and recall have greatly improved over his time with Josh. This is a bonus in addition to Gadget living his best life on their walks. Josh is solid with dogs and their people. Josh has been fabulous at working with our cavoodle puppy. We started out with puppy visits and now he’s graduated to group walks which he loves. I know he’s in the safest hands and having the best time and we’ve had so many comments on how social and happy our puppy is with other dogs since he’s been with Josh.

We are genuinely grateful to have met Josh and his pup Ginger. Our puppy was only 6 months old when he joined Josh’s group. Josh has taught our puppy good social skills and is helping us with his recall training. We appreciate the regular updates and love seeing all the stories on social media. Josh is a 13/10 human. Our pup Daisy has been a part of the Rascals and Mutts pack for about six months, and for her every walk is as exciting as the first. She is always incredibly excited to see Josh when he arrives, and Josh keeps us updated with photos and videos of her adventures with the rest of the group every walk. Since she’s been a part of the pack, she’s gotten so much more comfortable and confident playing with other dogs and at waiting patiently for treats. The overnight stay service is also great, Daisy comes home tired and happy each time. Josh is always flexible and accommodating to our schedules, and is always easy to reach. From our first time meeting Josh it was clear how much he cares about his dogs and their well-being, and I always know Daisy is in good hands when she’s out with him. Would definitely recommend Rascals and Mutts strongly to any local pups!

Josh was recommended to me via a friend, and I’m so glad she did - my dog (Gertie) and I can’t sing his praises high enough! I can tell Josh is about to arrive as Gertie gets so excited to see him, as she LOVES her walks with him and the friends she meets on her adventures. And, even better, she’s shattered when she comes home! The updates Josh sends are amazing and show what a great time Gertie has - from when he picks her up to when she’s dropped home! My two boys love it here! They get so excited when the van pulls up. The Daycare is super convenient - the boys get picked up in the morning and dropped off in the arvo. There are webcams throughout the facility that allow me to watch my boys too, which is always entertaining. They come home tired and happy. Dog Royalty also offer boarding as well. We had our dogs stay at the Rossmore facility for about 3 weeks. It was a stressfree holiday for us not having to worry about them because they were constantly under supervision, whilst being entertained and kept to a nice schedule. The boys came back home from boarding looking as healthy as when they left. Would 100% recommend their service to others.

Chris and the team at Dog Royalty have been providing exceptional dog daycare and training to our two (very small, very big personality) boys, Franklin and Theodore, since 2020. Daycare: The drop off and pick up service is prompt and a huge timesaver for us, considering we both work and often would not be able to make pick up/drop off if we had to do this on our own. Our boys come home from their day exhausted but happy- and we can see why by checking in on them throughout the day using the dog royalty webcam. The team’s communication is fantastic, which was especially helpful in the transition period when both dogs started attending. The centre itself is a clean and well equiped enviroment, with plenty of activities. The team also regularly send us photo and video updates of them too, and overall, the service is very competitively priced. Training service: We also decided to enlist Doy Royalty's training services to help our youngest dog tackle some reactivity while walking on lead. Chris took the time to chat to us comprehensively about our goals and objectives, determined our current approach to training, and spent almost three hours walking us (literatally and figuratively) through a new, sensible and gentle training approach. By the end of this session we felt so much more confident in recognising and dealing with any lead reactivity and my partner and I now equipped with a consistent approach to dealing with any reactive behaviour. Chris also followed up with a comprehensive written training plan that has been easy to incorporate into our daily routine. I cannot recommend the Dog Royalty team enough when it comes to providing daycare and/or training for your fur baby. Thank you again, Chris and the Dog Royalty team!

Dog Royalty is awesome! They came highly recommended via a friend and family member, and have superseded our expectations. The staff are so great and you know they absolutely love their job. They provide the wonderful service of picking up and dropping off our fur-baby, Crumpet, which puts us at ease, particularly on the days we cannot work from home. It's a beautiful thing to know your dog is in wonderful and safe hands when he is away from us. We are chuffed and the pictures speak for themselves. Our dog loves Dog Royalty. It is his happy place. He is always super excited to be picked up by Dog Royalty’s van. The service is extraordinarily convenient - your furry friend gets picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, back home after a busy day of playing with other dogs. All staff members are super friendly, responsive and reliable. We never had any problems getting information or communicating with Dog Royalty. We highly recommend Dog Royalty. Your dog will love it!

Our dog Bobby loves attending daycare at Dog Royalty and doesn’t glance back to us when the trainers come to collect him at the start of the day. He was a tiny 2kg puppy when he first started attending but the trainers all took great care of him slowly introducing him to the other dogs. He is now a hefty 4kg and full of a confidence which belies his size. We get regular pictures of Bobby at play from the dog royalty team with pics. The team is all incredibly caring.

I am so grateful to Chris and his wonderful team at Dog Royalty. We have 2 mini groodle pups who are now 6 months old. Chris came to our home for training when the pups were just 10 weeks old, his advice, care and expertise allowed us to get off to a great start with the pups. His early visit, assessment and expertise were fundamental as it allowed us to implement training in those very early days. I would not hesitate to book another review with him if I had any concerns in the future. As soon as the pups were able to attend Dog Royalty day care the wonderful team assisted us in booking them in. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. The contact via the app and the webcam are wonderful. The pups are up each morning hoping that it is a day care day as they love it. Their attendance has allowed them to socialise with other dogs and the staff, this has translated in to them being calmer and friendly on our daily walks and day to day outings. The Dog Royalty staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, professional and clearly love animals. 5 stars for every aspect of this service.

The first day our puppy left for Dog Royalty, I cried. I continued crying for the next few weeks. As a doggy parent, It’s hard putting your trust in others. But I’m so glad I found dog royalty. I kept seeing the van around my area so I thought I would look into it. I was on the waitlist for a good few months but when I got the email to say there were spots available, I immediately signed him up. My dog Thor LOVES going! When he hears the dog on the door, he goes absolutely nuts. The staff who pick him up and work there are always so friendly and reassuring and you can see how much they love dogs and him. It’s a pretty amazing service. He gets picked up and dropped off at the door. We also get a little debrief on our dog’s day. Dog royalty have a live webcam so I like to watch Thor and see what he gets up too. He comes back home sooo exhausted. Our dog is highly social and loves playing with other dogs so we know this is the right place for him. They also have a What’s App group so we can message them at any time and they are extremely prompt with their responses. It was hard letting go of him but I’m so glad I did it. He loves going. If he could go every day, he would. Don’t hesitate, just do it. Your dog will love it!

Gaston loves Dog Royalty, he waits to hear the sound of the van pull up & he loves his days there as he gets to play all day. He has come back calm and tired but also the added training he gets has helped mellow him out. He’s a big boy and full of beans so it’s been such a fantastic experience and the team all lovely with him & he is such a happy pup. Couldn’t recommend enough to try them out.I also love that I can check in on him whenever I want by logging in.

We LOVE Dog Royalty! My 1 year old English Staffy "Joy" has been attending Dog Royalty for over 4 months now and she always has the best time with her doggy pals and comes home utterly exhausted (and happy)! It's been so great for her socialisation skills and I love that they have a big outdoor play area (where Joy can enjoy her sunny bakes). Their pick up and drop off service is so convenient for full time workers (like myself). Chris and the team are always super friendly, helpful and they will treat your pooch like their very own (literally like Royalty). I also love the regular updates and photos they provide and the fact that you can watch your dog having the best time via their live camera's is the absolute best! and also gives you that peace of mind. We are so happy to have found Sydney Bark Rangers! We use Kate weekly to walk our blue heeler puppy and he now waits by the door daily to see if she’s coming. He comes home happy and exhausted which is exactly what you want! Kate and Jo have also done overnight stays with our pup and it was great knowing he (and our house) were in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Kate and her team at Sydney Bark Rangers are fantastic. We recently moved from the inner west to the eastern suburbs and had some concerns our dog might struggle given his separation anxiety. Kate provided guidance on this and the doggy daycare/boarding she offers has really helped settle our pup into his new home. Our dog adores her and rushes to the front door whenever he hears her footsteps.

I’ve used Sydney Bark Rangers since August 2019 on many occasions including one 5 week period while I was in hospital. My dog, Summer, was very well taken care of and has since then had lots of walks and been minded in my home for the odd weekend and 10 days over Christmas. Very impressed with Sydney Bark Rangers. Kate came over to meet us and collected Twix and her things for her over night stay. I was sent photos of her in the park then later tucked up in bed. Kate brought her back the next day happy and you could see they were great mates. I'll be using Sydney Bark Rangers again to look after Twix.

I can't recommend Bark Rangers highly enough! Kate and team have looked after my Staffy on several occasions for the day and also overnight when I've had to travel. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly and seamlessly fit around my sometimes awkward schedule!

Gizmo and Bowie had their first daycare with Happy Little Howlers today and they both had the best time. Needless to say they are currently fast asleep! The communication was great with the staff during the day and I felt so comfortable leaving them both to be entertained and cared for during the day. Both dogs painted an adorable flower picture for Mothers Day for me to bring home. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers. We dropped off our dogs Happy and Richie a couple of times now at Happy Little Howlers and we were pleased with the service. Our dogs get lots of socialising and play time, and can see daily updates on instagram so we know the dogs aren't bored whilst we're away. Lisa (the owner) is also very responsive.

We were unsure of which pet boarding business to use however due to Happy Little Howlers location and all the great reviews we decided to use them to look after our puppy 'Queen Bee' while we went away for a few days. Dealing with Lisa during the booking process was a pleasure as she answered all my many questions and even during the stay we were able to extend Queen Bee's stay by a night with short notice and nothing was a problem at all. Happy Little Howlers is extremely clean and looked very well organised and the dogs we saw on arrival appeared eager to get in for their day care. Our drop off and pick up was a breeze and when we arrived to pick up our puppy all the dogs sounded like they were all very happy and there was a lot of playing. Thanks Lisa and your team for looking after Queen Bee and we will definitely be using Happy Little Howlers again and will highly recommend it to all our friends and family. The staff at Happy Little Howlers are amazing! My two little Dachshunds have both been here a couple times now and they have just come home from a whole week and seem super happy after their stay. I was a bit anxious with my puppy only being 5 months old but he has gained so much confidence and is a very social puppy from his experience. This pet sitting platform is seriously broken. I spent 3 weeks trying to withdraw my money from my pet sit. You can't speak to anyone. The 1300 number goes straight to voicemail and NOT one person calls you back. You go onto the website and it says request a call back at a certain time and date. NO ONE calls you back. You email and you just go around in circles. IT issues that never get resolved. You even try and delete your profile yet another IT issue. You can't escape even if you try! The only way I got my money back was I researched the CEO and guessed her email address. Low and behold I got an instant response and withdrawal straight away. I paid 19% commission to this company that did absolutely nothing!

This is such a poor platform compared to Madpaws. Every time I do a sit for them I have to chase and chase them for payment. It's ridiculous. The platform has extremely poor functionality when compared to its rivals as well yet it charges the same percentage. If I charged admin fees on top of each sit I reckon I'd be around $150 a night. It's a complete joke. Seems I'm not the only one who has experienced problems with chasing Petcloud for payment on multiple occasions either (refer to Product Review for other sitter experiences!). Furthermore, the app is completely useless, it doesn't work at all. I have to log in via a PC every time I want to check messages or update anything, which puts clients at risk of not having their services filled to their specifications (it could actually cause a life and death situation for a pet!). Oh and suddenly when I've become so frustrated with them that I write a one star review, I'm paid in a matter of minutes (after five working days' wait and much obfuscation saying there's nothing they can do) and I'm booted off the platform and have no record of my income from them for tax purposes. Thanks Petcloud!

PetCloud service was easy to use and we found the perfect sitter last minute. After the initial meet and greet, we knew our beloved hound was in very good hands. The sitters were kind and welcoming and they took lots of pictures and kept us updated. There are many reputable sitters on this platform so you'll be sure to find someone compatible for your pet and budget. Highly recommend.

PetCloud = peace of mind. We needed three dogs cared for in our home for a week and finding Cassandra via PetCloud was a godsend. We certainly didn't have time to advertise and vet potential house and pet sitters, so knowing the sitters were endorsed by Deb and her team was very reassuring and time-saving. The customer service from both Cassandra and the PetCloud team was helpful and prompt.

Great experience from start to finish, can not fault the sitters I booked on PetCloud :) They were very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The sitter I booked had their own pet labrador who made a great little playmate for my dog - makes it a lot easier to leave your pet if they are somewhat anxious about being left home alone..this was the first time my 12 month old pup had stayed away from us, and she was so happy I don't think she even noticed when I left!.

I highly recommend PetCloud - it was so easy to find a sitter for my dog Luna for 6 weeks - daily visits and walking. Julie's care for Luna was above and beyond what I could ever expect. Luna just loved Julie's visits and it totally settled her and helped her not to miss me whilst I was away. She looked after Luna like she was her own - that's great piece of mind. I would thoroughly recommend Julie if you need someone to look after your pet - Luna does too.

We came home to a very happy doggy and received lots of photos during Chloe's stay. Chloe has a natural and kind approach to animals, which is why our doggy was super happy the entire stay. Would highly recommend Chloe and we will be using Chloe again to pet / house sit for our gorgeous doggy.

This was the first time we used a pet sitter, my partner and I were worried to have someone we don't know stay in our house but we saw Anna had really good reviews so I thought she would make the experience easier, she did! Anna house sat for us for a week to look after our beautiful old girl, Bella. Anna did such a awesome job, I don't know why I was so worried! She sent us pictures and kept us up to date while we were away, nothing was to much trouble. She even cleaned the house when she left! Would definitely recommend Anna to look after your pets and look after your house, THANKS ANNA!

Had an excellent first time experience with Petcloud. Emmalyn and Alison house sat Milly and Moki while we were away. We felt very comfortable when we met them and made leaving our dogs with them so much easier knowing they were going to be in safe hands. They did not disappoint and even messaged us while we were away to keep us informed. Would definitely recommend them, and we would be more than happy to use them again.

I'm not actually a dog owner, but have visited Olivia when she has been dog sitting at home, and she is absolutely fabulous with them all, and you can see how much the dogs love her! Please watch her social posts and see for yourselves how spoilt they all are, from doggie treats, pamper sessions and long scenic walks..... how lucky they all are! Olivia is a super star with dog walking and most importantly pet sitting. She’s taken care of Bowie on and off for years, most notably after he’d recovered from surgery and was a bit delicate. Her energy is infectious, and love for dogs is second to none. I know any time he’s in her care that Bowie will be given the same love that I give. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Paulette is the only person I would trust outside of my family to look after my fur baby. My little toy poodle (9yrs old) absolutely LOVES her and the other little dogs she looks after! He loves her so much that we ran into her on the street the other day and when it came to saying goodbye, my dog wanted to stay with her instead of coming with me hahaha! He stayed with Paulette for a couple of weeks when we went o/seas last year and he was soooooo well looked after! He also does daytime doggy daycare visits which he loves...he drags me toward her house when he realises where we are...definitely a good sign! If you have a small dog I would highly recommend Paulette...she’s such a sweet person and gives nothing but love to the doggies in her care!

I had a 'high needs' older dog, Simba, who I had brought home from Europe at 13 years. Paulette was Simba's [and my] guardian angel. I do not know how I would have managed a busy, demanding job and cater for Simba's needs. Paulette was loving and attentive, and trust worthy. Simba loved going to her place and I could go away and know he was loved and cared for and safe. I cannot recommend her enough.

My cats were so well looked after Paulette! They are normally so fussy but when I got back after a week they were all over her. I would trust her again to look after my cats anytime. :)
