Juliann
Juliann has a lovely waterside home in a beautiful gated community. She has created super cat-living features to her home for ease of caring for Raster and Tigger -tiger. They are older cats and live life on their terms. Both were rather cool when I arrived, they're selective! By day three, they came to me for scratches and Raster loved brushing up against my legs. As long as you are mindful of their moods, this is an easy, lovely "sit".

Juliann kindly picked me up from a rental car company in town and arranged for me to play pickleball twice with her community friends.

I highly recommend this sit for any cat-lover!

Charlotte
Charlotte and Charles were great to communicate with from the beginning and were well organised and a pleasure to meet. Truly lovely people. Their house and property was beautiful and in an amazing location. Honey, their extremely cute little dog was a delight to look after. Thank you both so much for the opportunity to stay there with Honey.

If you have the opportunity to meet Charlotte and Charles you will be extremely fortunate as they are delightful and accommodating people. Looking after Honey would be the icing on the cake.

Thank you for a delightful few days and I regret I did not have the opportunity to spend more time with you both before and after your return.

Sue
Sue and Jon welcomed us into their home and gave us very clear directions for how to take care of their unbelievably sweet cat Hadrian. This is no ordinary cat! Hadrian was an affectionate, playful companion the entire time we were there...even cuddling up with us in bed our last few nights at the house. It was tough to leave him at the end of our week stay.

The location of the house was great, too - convenient to the highway and in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Albuquerque (lots of cool local breweries and restaurants). We couldn't recommend this house-sit more!

Ute
I had a lovely time looking after Henry. He's a very sweet cats who loved sleeping on my lap in the evenings 😊 Ute and Tom were very welcoming and Ute sent me really useful instructions regarding Henry's meds. Would recommend to other catsitters. Thank you for having me!

Karen
Karen is a super cool and generous lady. The house is brand new and very comfortable to stay in. This time I haven't got the chance to take care of Cooper because he traveled with Karen, instead I took care of her plants and house.
She also let me stay in her house for extra two days because my apt in Denver started 2 days after the house sitting. I am very appreciated of that.
Also highland is one of the best communities in Denver, with nice neighbors, walkable pedestrian roads, and dog parks. I and my dog Eevee had a great time there.

Lydia
Turbo is a very good boy. He is sweet and pretty low-key most of the time. If you listen to his signals and clues, he will tell you what he wants. He’s great on leash and going down the outside-covered stairs for me. He likes to go for walks, especially to the community’s dog park (10-12 min walk) where he can go off leash and can sniff around for a bit. He will let you know when he’s done and ready to go home. He also likes to peruse the community garden for new smells.

His bed space is sacrosanct. He has his pillow on the corner of the bottom of the bed and enjoys his time sleeping. It worked for us.

He will bark at other dogs. I’m not sure if he wants to play or fight but have a good hold onto him because he will want to bolt. Turbo loves to see the birds, squirrels and bunnies on the walk too. I think he’s part Bird dog, part Hound dog. Lol.

It was hot and humid during our sit, so in order to avoid super hot pavement, we did our walks early and before dark (or whenever he signaled that he needed to go out). He doesn’t pull on lead. Just a nice walk through the great neighborhood. Not flat but gentle inclines/declines. It’s a great walkable community.

Tonks is a beautiful sweet princess. She’s so soft and very friendly. She loves to give kisses (licks hand) and maybe a little love bite from time to time to capture your attention. She is very social and inquisitive. She would stand on my leg and watch me work. She likes to be in the same room with everyone. Treat her just like you do with Turbo. If it’s treat time, everyone partakes. Tonks gets a treat stick or catnip on one of her scratching pads.

Now Tonks has a quirk that I’ve never seen before. She has paper money (fake) around her food bowls. When she’s done, she will pull the money up and put it on the top of her bowl. She tips her human butlers. Cutest thing ever!! She also helped me put the new linens on the bed before I left. Big help! 😆

Turbo and Tanks are very good friends. They know they’ve got it good. Turbo might get a little jealous if you pay too much attention to Tonks.

Great communication with Lydia. I got to meet her before the trip. She went over their routines and we went for a quick walk together. I felt completely at home and comfortable in her place. She loved all the cute pictures I sent during her trip.

The community amenities: I vacuumed my car for $.75 yay! Beautiful salt water/chlorine pool and pool area. Trash and recycling picked up weekdays. The neighbors were all nice.

Close to shopping. Found a great place for produce called Produce Junction. I would highly recommend going to Boones Amish Market it’s lots of fun and tons of good stuff.
