Lisa and Daniel were among the best sitters I could imagine for my cats Finn and Matteo over 11 days. They kitties were happy and healthy when I got home, and the pictures and videos I received made it clear they were enjoying time with their caregivers. Lisa and Daniel also went above and beyond by taking excellent care of the indoor and outdoor plants by watering them just perfectly. They were great communicators and we got the chance to meet twice before the sit. They left the house sparkly clean, and I can't thank them enough.
This house sit was at the end of a 10 week trip around Scandinavia and the UK. We were hoping for a relaxing and peaceful stay and we couldn't have wished for better. Communication with Jess prior to our stay was thorough. Her husband was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a comprehensive tour of the property and what was needed for the animals. Looking after the animals was so easy. Buck and Scout are beautiful, affectionate and friendly dogs. They enjoyed 2 walks a day in the gorgeous woods across the road, fetch games in the garden and tummy rubs. Ophelia, the cat, is very sweet and loves to climb under the duna with you at night if you leave the door open. The house was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to explore some delightful towns such as Tetbury, Cirencester and Bath. We had an amazing time with sweet Shanti getting to know, and enjoy lovely, Fort Collins. Our first visit to Colorado. Communications with Silvia were great from the get go until they end of the petsit. Helpful, completed welcome guide and tourist info was most welcome. All instructions were easy to follow. Silvia & Tom kindly collected us from the airport and we had an enjoyable evening meal and handover. Silvia and Tom are extremely friendly and kind. Shanti took a while to be in our presence but eventually warmed up to spent time in the room with us. Shanti loved to be groomed every day and spent the rest of the time on her Condos. We took her out in her stroller and for sniffs around the garden on her leash. She was relaxed with this. Silvia and Tom's modern home is spectacular, with all mod cons/amenities to be very comfortable. The house was clean and tidy for our arrival. Guests have choice of master bedroom or lovely guest suite downstairs. Comfortable mattress!! Space was made for our things. We enjoyed the home Gym and cinema room. We really, really appreciated the use of the e-bikes, vespa and their car to get around. The garden is also a beautiful place to enjoy bird watching and to relax. The neighbourhood was quiet. Nearby shopping mall, tons of trails, a cafe, gelato store and brewery within 5-10 minutes walk. Rockie Mountains a 60 min drive away. Downtown was around 25 minute cycle, 10 minutes drive. Fort Collins offers an array of activities; eateries, breweries, shopping, gyms, Malls, museums, and live music. The weather at this time of year was mixed; from a little flutter of snow to warm sunny days. We would love to return again in the future. Catherine & Rob
Al and Alex are the best!!! They are super friendly and super easy to communicate. Everything I need to know about the house and two cutties was clearly communicated and shown to me before and upon my arrival. I can't express how much I love Jemma, Lava and their house! The house is very close to Mornington beach and the supermarket. It's very cozy, clean and well equipped. I like the decoration style so much! Wish I'd have a house like this in the future. I spent so much chilled time driving Jemma in the house, to the dog park and to the lookout. I still can't believe that I was accepted to this opportunity in the last minute. Thank you so much again for having me and making my last stop in Australia soooo fulfilled and happy!
We had a really lovely sit at Mandy and Richard's beautiful home. On arrival we were made to feel most welcome and a delicious supper was prepared for us, which we really appreciated. It gave us a chance to get to know one another and learn about the local area and things to do during our stay. Mandy and Richard kindly showed us everything we needed to know about the sit, they also provided a comprehensive set of notes which proved to be extremely useful. They took us on a lovely walk along the nearby river with their wonderful Red Fox Labrador's Alba and Bibi. Alba and Bibi were simply amazing! Their behaviour was exceptional throughout our stay, a real credit to Mandy and Richard. We felt so lucky to have had the privilege to spend time looking after these gorgeous girls, in such a lovely home and stunning location. In our opinion this was a really special sit and we will miss Alba and Bibi immensely. Thank you Mandy and Richard for your very kind hospitality. Sending love to you all.
What a wonderful sit with Miko! He is the most beautiful dog we’ve ever seen. Prepare to be stopped in the street multiple times by admirers every time you get him out of the house. Tanya was very welcoming and made us feel at home in her cozy home. She shared Miko’s routine and provided us with everything we might need. The apartment is in a great location next to the tube station and’s a walking distance to Hampstead Heath! Wonderful stay with the world’s most beautiful and smartest dog. We won’t hesitate to come here again!
