Housesitting for Lisa and Andrea was a great experience! Their home is beautiful and surrounded by nature and amazing trails in walking distance. Walking through their neighborhood has a very calming effect since it's so peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by wildlife. Little Oliver is a very playful and sweet pup, and loves to cuddle when he gets sleepy. He was a great little companion during my stay, and we enjoyed many park and trail outings! Coco was unsure about me at first, but warmed up quickly and loves to be petted and brushed. Andrea and Lisa were kind, communicative, and easy to reach during my entire stay. Thumbs up all around!
I had a great time watching Llewyn and Omolola in Cindy and Mimi's home! If you're a tidy person and a cat lover looking to explore downtown LA, this stay is for you! Cindy and Mimi's home is very comfortable and their guide is very thorough with where you can find everything you need. I was able to work remotely with zero issues, as well as stay in and save some money with homemade meals. I was hesitant about sleeping on the couch, but it was actually extremely comfortable, and they had it made up for me upon my arrival. There is some extra cleanup required in addition to what I typically do (which is courteous and appreciation for the space provided), but it's very clear what is asked and all tools are provided. Llewyn and Omolola were pretty easygoing and very friendly. Llewyn liked to get up very early to go outside, which actually worked very well for me with my workday beginning at 6 am. I am still smiling and laughing thinking about him meticulously waking me up a little before my alarm. . . . It's as if he wanted to make sure he actually did wake me up, but didn't want to hurt me. It felt as if he used one single claw to poke the top of my head just hard enough (and slowly) to arouse me but gentle enough to not hurt me at all. Both Llewyn and Omolola warmed up to me quickly and we enjoyed each other's company. I would absolutely love to watch them again for Cindy and Mimi.
I had a lovely week with Asa, Nick is lovely and easy to contact. Staying with Asa was very comfortable and easy.
