Andrew was an adequate sitter for our cat for three weeks. He left the house in good and tidy condition. However, it was difficult to get regular updates about our cat (they were infrequent and very short). Once I asked to get updates every two days, they were more regular. In addition, when we came home, our indoor cat had fleas (possibly from another pet sit he came from). She has never had fleas in her 19 years, so we can only attribute it to this sit. We had to get her treated by the vet as well as launder everything in the house and all of her bedding. I informed him that this happened and received no reply.
Carol was a wonderful sitter. She took time to know our dog breed before the sit, made our dog get plenty of exercise, sent plenty of updates to us and even trained her out of some her bad habits. She really cares for the animal she sits for and she left the house absolutely spotless. We highly recommend Carol.
We had a very smooth experience. Communication, arrival, and departure were all 10/10. Given the holiday time period and traffic, this was huge. Out fur kids were well taken care of all weekend and we had zero anxiety about their wellbeing while we were away. The house was also left exactly how we left it. The bed was even made! We’d book again. They were great.
Very beautiful home at nice, peaceful neighborhood. Max and Fred are very friendly pets, always eager to go on walkies and to keep you company. They need to go out quite often, so you should take that into account when making plans. I was mostly recovering from a hectic week and was happy to chill with the dogs at home or in the neighborhood. The house is very nice, spacious and tidy. Everything you need is walking distance. Very nice family, very nice pets.
Sussane and Chris are two wonderful people, they were super kind to us. The house is beautiful, we really enjoyed the neighborhood and its garden in the afternoon. The house was spotless clean and they left us with all the comforts so that we could have an incredible stay with Coconut. Let's talk about this 6-month-old baby who stole our hearts, the first day she was very shy, she was afraid of us, we gave her her time and space and then there were days of playing, a lot of love, going for a walk, going to the park and love everywhere. Coco is a sweetheart, she needs to meet you and then she will give you her heart, we had an incredible time, she is very easy to take care of, and she sleeps alone in her bed, we definitely recommend this beautiful family.
