Tracy did a great job with our fur babes! When she arrived she was very attentive as Kate walked her through the house and pet needs. She even lost the power during a thunderstorm in humid, hot Savannah and didn't complain at all! Thanks Tracy. Our house was very neat and clean and our kitties were serene and chill when we got home. We appreciate Tracy's care and attention. We would highly recommend Tracy. Thanks
 Kate and Kara!

Once they arrived, Mika was great and took good care of our pets and our space. She was a little difficult to communicate with - her arrival time kept getting pushed back, and my husband I tried to wait at our house to meet her, but eventually had to get on the road to our destination, so we not only weren't able to meet her, we didn't arrive at our trip until 2 hours later than planned. If she had just texted us to say what time she would plan to arrive, then we would have known to just leave and not do an in person handoff.

Other than the not texting back right away to confirm what time she'd be arriving, we had zero complaints. Would have her again - would just be sure to set a firm arrival time in advance.!

We had a wonderful time with Nora in DC. Nora is a cuddly, sweet and well-behaved girl. Jakob communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner. The space was a short distance from fun coffee shops and restaurants. The condo itself had everything that we needed. We were blown away by the rooftop amenities included 2 pools. The sunset from the rooftop was stunning, especially with a view of capital hill in the background. We took advantage of the free zoo and museums in the area. We didn’t have a car but rented adorable motorized scooters from the ride share.

You can’t go wrong with a housesit for Katherine and her beloved cat, Squeeze. Katherine made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The day we arrived she took us for a tour around the area so we would know where everything was. She also graciously offered that we stay with her the day before she left and after she returned. She has a very nice setup for sitters. Sitters have access to the entire upstairs with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and a TV/sofa sitting area, so we ever felt like we were in her way on the two nights we spent with her there.

We were warned that Squeeze does not completely warm up to strangers however, she warmed up to us quickly. On the first night Squeeze came to us , rubbed our legs and allowed Dave to brush her. By the next morning she was sitting on the sofa with us for our morning coffee. Squeeze is a talker and mews when she wants attention. Squeeze sleeps at night in Katherine’s bedroom and will greet you with a MEW in the morning when you come downstairs. She is a sweet cat and very easy to care for.

Daniel Island is a beautiful community, with lots of walking trails and restaurants / shops. We walked each day exploring the area and had great dinners at several restaurants. We drove into Charleston for dinner one night and explored Sullivan’s Island as well. Great area to sit and incredible weather for December!

This sit has it all: location, nice home, great owner and wonderful cat! Katherine and Squeeze have become new friends of ours and we look forward to staying in touch with them and seeing them again next time we are in South Carolina.

Siobahn was truly the best! Very friendly, helpful, and clear in what she needed from a catsitter. And Charlie was so sweet. I would sit for them again in a heartbeat!

If sitting by an open fire whilst a very loving Lab rests on your lap sounds dreamy, this is the sit for you!

Mouse is an adorable old girl, she potters about but mostly stays put. She has a few medications but Julia's written instructions were very comprehensive. Major is the opposite, energetic and so loving that you just can't help but love him back.

All together, Ethan and I were very comfortable, made good use of the big TV and had fun exploring Henstridge. Next time I'll bring wellies!
