Sally and Ian’s home is near the river and not far from the CBD, so lovely walks along the river and Mt Coot-tha with Lexi. Sally, Ian and the girls are a friendly, welcoming family and they took us through the details regarding the home and pets before leaving, which was helpful. They also left for more information about the meals and their routines. Communication has been very easy with Sally and she is very organised. Lexi is a delightful and energetic girl. She is well known in the neighbourhood and dog park. She loves going for a walk and run. She is really playful and fun. The piggies are easy to care for and all instructions were provided. Overall we were made to feel very comfortable. We were delighted that Sally selected us for the sit. We take it as a compliment that Lexi wanted to be by our side all the time. The home is very comfortable and has all the model conveniences. The family is very generous and we highly recommend this sit Thanks very much again Gary and Ellese
Sitting for Kerryn and Nate was a joy, Wiley and Baxter stole our hearts for the week and it was tough to say goodbye to them! Communication was great, the location was beautiful and the accommodations were excellent. Very close to town, parks and walking trails; We had a great time exploring those with Wiley! He got several hellos from neighbor dogs and was so well behaved on all our walks. We got a few days of spring skiing in and the close proximity to the ski resort was awesome. It was so nice to also just hang out with Wiley and Baxter (the cutest lap cat!) around the house. Overall, we had the best time and would come back to sit for them in a heartbeat!
Wow! What a great house sit! Judith had everything all set when we arrived. Instructions were all written out. She also left a bunch of good ideas for things to do and see. Sushi, the cat, was really easy. After the first day of getting use to us, we got into a routine of setting out on the Lanai in the morning drinking coffee and watching the birds on the lake. Sushi would crawl up on my lap for a brushing and quick nap. She was very easy to take care of and a fun pet. Thanks Judith! We had a super great time. Joel and Nancy

Janet and Mark were great hosts. Because the sit was close to where we live, we had the opportunity to visit prior to the scheduled dates. We met Luna, the dog, and Jack, the cat. We were shown the layout of the house and discussed our responsibilities. Janet and Mark also left detailed written instructions about the house, the area, and their pets. Their home is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Their location is close to the town of Twain Harte, grocery store, and wonderful places to walk. Luna is very well behaved and a polite walker on leash. There are areas where she could be off leash as well. Jack is diabetic and required two insulin shots a day. The set up is very easy and Jack is so laid back about the whole process. Their home is filled with books and mementos of their travels. Stan and I enjoyed the sit very much and would certainly do again.
Such a cozy time in this beautifully appointed Kentfield craftsman! Sophie and Poppy are perfectly precious, absolutely adorable, sweetest sisters indeed! Caring for them was a joyful experience as they are very well behaved, cute as can be, and incredibly quiet rooming in at night. Kendra is super well organized and insured all needs were met. When questions arose, she was immediate to respond. Looking forward to sitting for S&P pups again soon!
