Brandi, Mark & Greyson were wonderfully flexible with our change of plans when we had to leave later than expected. The daughter Greyson was amazing with the animals and we were so happy to have her stay and spend so much time playing with them. We didn't really have much cell service for the week we were away, so it was not until our drive home that we found out that our gate was getting left open when the family was out, so the dogs were free to just go wander the neighborhood. Whoops! Not sure how that happened... We live on three acres so it's normal to let the dogs roam the property when you're around to keep an eye on things but... they were also leaving the gates wide open when they were out for the day. To us, that was bewildering. Isn't it obvious that you shouldn't do that? Fortunately our neighbors know us and took care of things, but it happened repeatedly to the point where you have to assume they thought it was okay to free-range the dogs with no one home. What on earth? But, thankfully the dogs survived the week! Other than that very scary situation, these folks were terrific. Good intentions, clean, decent, and the daughter was really solid when it came to keeping the animals happy. They left the place in nice shape (albeit with the dogs still loose even as they drove away for the last time) so, yeah, we're puzzled and not sure what to make of it. Communication is key, as always, and we certainly learned something on this one.

We enjoyed caring for Gismo and Sunny in their home in Breage very much. Christina was very friendly and welcoming from the get go. She gave us all we needed to know to look after G and S. We made friends easily with both beautiful cats, who took our presence in their home, in their stride. We even got a mousey gift from Sunny. Christina and Duncan’s home is comfortable and inviting.
Christina was an engaging and generous host and we highly recommend this sit, as well as being happy to sit again ourselves.
