You can expect a warm and floofy greeting from Stoosh when you enter Patricia's beautiful home. The apartment has everything you need, and if it doesn't, Patricia will find a way to get it. Patricia went out of her way to pick me up from the train station a couple of days prior to the sit and drop me back again when I had to leave. This was no insignificant feat and is but one example of how she goes above and beyond to ensure you arrive safely and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment complex provides a network of paved walks for you and Stoosh, but be warned, she loves to snuffle at the grass and rocks. There is also an off-lead area for a longer walk. Ideally, if you have a car you can go to one of the beaches just a short 10-minute drive away. Here, Stoosh can run and play in the water. Stoosh was a delightful companion and easy to care for. She is well accustomed to having eye drops and never made a fuss about it. While a car is not essential, it would be ideal if you want to explore further afield. If like me you are happy to stay local, you can walk, or ride a bike into town where you will find the bigger supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidle, or closer still are a number of cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as a small grocery store. Fear not, Patricia will show you around the locality and provide you with a comprehensive handover, and ensure you are comfortable with the home, getting places, and Stooshies routine. Highly recommended
We had a lovely and easy sit at Koda’s place. The cats were absolute sweethearts and a breeze to look after. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Koda left really clear instructions and was on hand for any questions.
I had such a great time taking care of Joey and Sean, They are very sweet dogs who love cuddles and human contact. They are absolutely adorable! Jacob was kind and responsible, which instantly made you feel at ease and welcome in his home. The communication was easy, which made for a very pleasant stay in his beautiful and comfortable house. Thanks again for the lovely stay!
Bruce is such a cool and chilled doggy, that loves to be close and rest by your side. He is super easy going, walks by your side, don't ever pull and like to sniff many trees and flowers. Ava is super communicative and is easy to be in contact with her, if any doubt arises. The place is cozy and super central. I will totally sit and spend time with Bruce 🙂

Great spot for pups! We went to their grand opening and were impressed by the facility and how knowledgeable the staff was regarding dog behaviors and play styles, so we decided to try it out. Our dogs, Otis and Finley, just got home from their first day of daycare and LOVED it!
I absolutely love this place! We were able to check in on the camera and see how our fur baby was doing and when we came to pick her up, all of her bedding and blankets were washed, packed and ready to go. The staff are so kind and helpful!
We love the Argyle Dog Stop! Our dog Mocha was very shy at first and everyone was so patient with her! Now she excitedly jumps out of the car whenever we arrive. We so appreciate having a safe place with kind people to take care of her when we are working or out of town. Highly recommend.

I am so thankful I found the Dog Stop! As a first time puppy owner, I was nervous to leave Maui at day care or to get groomed but they exceeded my expectations! Every time he comes home from day care exhausted (in the best way) & they tell me each time he is showing his personality more & more! We boarded our sweet dog that loves people, but does not get along with other dogs. We bought the VIP, so she would only be with people and not other dogs. The following day, while we were out of the country, they called and said she had a bad limp and “must have torn her own foot up by biting it herself.” They asked if she was limping before we brought her in… we replied “of course not!” They knew this! They asked if they should take her to the vet and we left it up to them, because we could not see how bad the injury was. When we picked her up, she was not bandaged and was bleeding profusely (two days later). There was residual tape on her leg, like they may have bandaged it before, but there was no bandage on it when we picked her up. She is also not eating and acting very traumatized. What did they do to our baby?? We are furious!! We will NEVER go back and caution everyone to NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR ANIMAL!!! I’m literally heartbroken. They didn’t apologize and tried to blame us. Unbelievable! Now we are stuck with an emergency vet (because WE took her to the vet, not them) bill on top of 4 days of boarding at maximum price.
We were very thankful to have found The Dog Stop - Argyle for our boarding needs. It was our Cooper's first time boarding at this facility and when we picked him up he was exhausted (in a good way) and content. We loved how responsive the staff are in their communication and the ease of booking a service online. It was also great to be able to check in and see our pup throughout the day. Thank you!
I have a mini Aussie and if anyone knows anything about Aussies you know that they are very reactive type dog breeds and have anxious attachment issues. My dog is a year and a half old as well. Before the dog stop I’ve never had him boarded anywhere else out of fear that he’d have too much of a hard time. MY DOG LOVES THE DOG STOP! the facility is very nice and clean. I occasionally watch him on the cameras and he’s always making friends and having a good time. The groomer also does a fantastic job. The people that work there are very friendly and nice as well. Love that they have the option for vip rooms with cameras to watch him at night. I couldn’t imagine boarding him anywhere else now.
Mary is absolutely amazing! Her and her team take such loving care of our two furbabies Timber and Penny. When we are gone we have no worries at all. Mary has been such a blessing and everyone that has cared for our dogs is top notch giving our babies lots of love and attention. You can’t ask for a better experience in your pet care needs ❤️❤️💔
Would give more stars if I could. Mary took care of my dog Molly - it’s so tough leaving your fur baby with someone you might not know but Mary changed all of that for me. She sent me frequent updates along with photos of my pup to reassure me that my dog was doing well. I have had my dog do an overnight stay and have had Mary come to my home to do some dog walking for my long work hours! Highly suggest this business ❤️
Our first experience with Loved Furever Pet Care was fantastic! Mel kept us updated on both our sweet pups on a daily basis (including some cute photos) so we had complete peace of mind while out of town. Our little rescue is very anxious around strangers but with patience and kindness, Mel quickly won her over! We’ll definitely use Mel anytime we need a petsitter to stay in our home ❤️
We have enjoyed Mary dropping in weekly for several months now. Our Aussie absolutely loves her (and that’s huge for him ) she is sweet, honest, communicates well and responds promptly. My husband and I recently went on an 11 day vacation, out of state. Mary and Melonee met us before we contracted with them and we were sold by their professionalism and warmth. They came by for a refresher before we left, and once we left, there wasn’t a day that we didn’t receive information and photos of our two dogs!! Ashlee and her husband are both great people who obviously love animals. This past week was the first time we had them care for our 3 pups and they are happy and healthy, they even smell good still after 5 days. :) We will definitely use them whenever we need our fur babies cared for.
