Theresa is an excellent sitter, and her darling little dog Snowy was a welcome added bonus. Cody had great times romping and playing with him. Theresa took great care of my house as well as of Cody, and she was tolerant of a nasty spell of weather while she was here. She took the dogs for walks when it must have been tempting to just hunker down indoors instead. I came home to an immaculate house and a very happy dog. Theresa was an excellent communicator before, during, and after the sit. My trip was difficult one, visiting ill siblings, and her frequent texts with photos and videos of Cody and Snowy lifted my spirits. I recommend Theresa highly!
We’ve have a couple visits with Pearlene and Darrell now. We even did a trial run by having them stay with us for a weekend while we were also home, since we were new to zeewoi and wary of the process. The Utley family have been the most wonderful visitors! Not only do they do a wonderful job watching our pit mix dog, but they take wonderful care of our home and garden while we are gone. Unfortunately our WiFi completely broke while we were on vacation, but Pearlene the hero troubleshooted entirely on her own, got in touch with our carrier to get a new router delivered, and got everything back up and running before we had even returned. Thank you Pearlene for not only your grace in handling the issue but for going above and beyond to fix it for us!!! Cant recommend the Utley’s enough!
Donna watched our house & dogs earlier this spring. From the first contact, Donna was a pleasure to deal with, and throughout her stay kept us updated on a regular basis. We had the best experience with Keren and her dog care. It is in her home and our dog felt much more comfortable there then locked in a metal kennel with concrete floors. Our dog was happy, and even more well-behaved when she came home. But we knew our dog loved Keren when she heard her voice at the local dog park and went bounding towards her looking for attention. It was a great experience. We will go back.

In the spring, I needed a dog sitter for our 2 year old Australian Labradoodle and had the good fortune to discover Aptos Dogs. Hannah is an amazing young woman with endless energy and enthusiasm. She has cared for our dogs overnight, as well as just for the day… in either case, they were treated like family and did not want to leave! She is responsible, hard-working, and kind! I could not think of a better person to care for your dog, and Aptos is lucky to have her!!!!
Hannah's great love of animals is evident in the way that she took care of my 14 year old Shih Tzu and my 20 year old cat. She put their health, wellbeing and comfort above her own and took care of them as if they were her own pets. Due to the fact that both of my pets are elderly, there are quite a few prescriptions and other extra care measures that Hannah had to perform while we were gone. Hannah did these extra care measures without any hesitancy and sent me pictures daily of my fur babies. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah or use her again next time I need to travel and leave my pets at home.

You MUST hire Aptos Dogs!!!! I fell in love with Steph, the founder, the moment I met her, as did my little doggie. Ya know those people that are just magnetic?…yeah, that’s her.
