What a great sit!! Eleanor and Andy are absolutely lovely and made sure to be very welcoming and accomodating! The house was very comfortable and they made sure I had everything I needed, including groceries! Buddy, Scruffy, Elsa and Logan are all absolutely lovely and wonderful companions!! They all enjoy their time outdoors in the sun either in the garden or in the woods and many many snuggles! Highly recommend this sit to anyone else!
Information regarding the dogs needs and habits was inaccurate so the sit was very stressful

Sherry is kind, easy going and very organized and her bird Pele and she welcomed me warmly and I felt home right away. Her place is in a quiet beautiful neighbourhood and I liked how she decorated her place! I really enjoyed spending time with Pele. She is a friendly and smart bird and we got along very well. She enjoyed being on my shoulder and liked to be petted around her head and neck. She has a cute personality and I miss her. Carrying for Nala was such a fun experience. She is a chatty and beautiful little Bengal with personality plus. We had many great conversations as she loved to sit and be brushed or would curl up on the pillow beside me. Softest kitty ever! Pamela was such a great host, opening her home to me and making sure I knew of good spots in and around the neighborhood. Her location is fantastic ... not only do you wake to the Vancouver skyline and mountains right out the bedroom window, but it is surrounded by great restaurants, shops, grocery and a beach ~ very beautiful and clean Kitsilano Beach! ~ within walking distance. The buses are just a few steps away, opening one to all kinds of adventure. I truly enjoyed caring for Nala and house sitting for Pamela. She is a very kind and good hearted new friend!
We had almost 4 weeks to enjoy this sit and it went in the blink of an eye. Tilly was an absolute delight, full of energy and exuberance. So loving and snuggly. Whether you’d been out for an hour or two or just popped to the car for 30 seconds, she was equally excited to see you. Bouncing like a kangaroo on hot bricks! The house was beautiful and the bed was soooooo comfortable. The Spotted Ox was very convenient, serving good value food and a nice pint, only a 2 minute walk away and dog friendly. The Monday night quiz was great. The Tickled Trout, just a few minutes drive, is absolutely amazing. The food and service is top notch. Alan and Liz could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. They were always very appreciative of the WhatsApp updates we sent daily. Such a lovely couple. If/when there’s another opportunity to sit here, we would jump at it. There’s so much more to explore in the vicinity. Could not recommend this sit highly enough.
