While Ryan was very nice when we met (I didn’t get the chance to meet or even talk/text/email with Maricruz), I didn’t have much interaction with Ryan or Maricruz which I have enjoyed in the past So I don’t really know the answers to the questions TH asks. (My housecleaners told me the house was very dirty when they came to clean before I came home but that’s why I hire and scheduled them!) They were very helpful and responsible when I asked them to take Max to the vet. The day I left I found a sore on his paw that looked infected and made an appointment for him the following week. I felt comfortable leaving him with the two of them knowing they would take care of it. They were responsive when I asked questions and for photos but didn’t offer anything when I didn’t ask. Not much more I can say. My house is in good order and Max is alive and well and that’s all I care about. They also left me a very nice and personal gift (I had left them a bag of goodies for their arrival). That was incredibly generous of them. It was an easy transition and all’s fine! So grateful for this app since I’ll be traveling a lot in years to come.
