I had the absolute pleasure of house and pet sitting at Mike's home on the infamous Chuckanut Drive, and I can not express enough how grateful I am for the experience. The home itself is nothing short of BREATHTAKING, nestled amidst some of the most beautiful trails I've ever explored! The real highlight of my stay, however, was the wonderful and sweet pups, Luna and Gracie! Which I had the privilege of caring for. They were SO affectionate, well-behaved, and an absolute joy to be around. They both have such sweet, unique personalities. Gracie has the kindest eyes and would keep contact with me on all walks, constantly checking in and being such a sweet soul. Luna was so playful, spunky, and was like my little shadow the whole stay. Both loved cuddles! Thank you so much for entrusting me with your beautiful home and your amazing puppies. This was my first experience on Trusted Housesitters, and it was truly an unforgettable experience, I am immensely grateful for the opportunity. This felt more like a retreat than a commitment, and I am so grateful for the trust given. I look forward to the possibility of sitting for you both again in the future!
We hit the trifecta with this sit! Great location, great pups and great weather. Rocco and Duke are great dogs and we loved our time with them. Definitely a special time that will always be remembered! If this sit is posted again, definitely apply...you will not regret it!
Pablo was about the sweetest and best-mannered boy ever! He was an absolute joy to spend time with. He loves being combed will roll over when requested to get belly rubs. He doesn't much seem to care for fetching things, but loves toys and human company (plus he's not a jumper or much of a barker). The chicken responsibilities were relatively new to me, but Bevin's stationary coop is well set-up and the girls are so pretty and productive egg layers! Bevin even had her neighbor show us how to do tend the chickens the first day, which was super helpful. The family's home in Asheville is inviting and comfortable, as well as having a beautiful kitchen with just about anything you'd need, and big windows throughout the home, a fair amount of greenery, as well as hand-crafted details like woodwork, pottery, and stained glass. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a patio, screened-in porch, deck off the master bedroom, and a covered porch as well as shady portions of the yard. There is also a nice veggie/herb garden which she offered to share with us during our stay. The early mornings and evenings here are cool and filled with the sound of many species of birds. We were within a short walk to some restaurants and shops, and a short drive to a plethora of others. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and everyone we passed while walking Pablo said hello. I would highly recommend this sitting experience!
Sommer, Parker, and their home are all super. So glad we made the trip, and really hoping to stay in contact when we move to Denver next month! We'll definitely miss Parker. This was our first time sitting for Lorraine and Stephen, and I hope it won’t be our last. They are a wonderful, welcoming couple who made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent, and Lorraine was quick to respond to any questions. They provided a detailed Welcome Guide and gave us great recommendations on places to go, walking trails and their favorite restaurants. Their three dogs are beyond adorable and so affectionate. Penny, Poppy and Teddy quickly became our little companions and were the best part of our sit. We will miss taking care of them. North Yorkshire is a beautiful part of the country. Lorraine and Stephen have a lovely home there, and we felt so relaxed and at ease. We would gladly return in the future and highly recommend this sit. Thanks and hugs to you all.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay while taking care of Elaine and George Catstanza. Nick and Kelly are the sweetest couple! They welcomed me into their home, and I felt so comfortable in every way!! Their condo is beautiful and clean and has beautiful sunny rooms. You really feel their personality throughout the home. For me the Minneapolis location was perfect. The communication with Nick and Kelly was easy and open. George and Elaine were so easy to care for. They are full of energy and loved to play with their toys (and each other) but also liked their down time too. They will come make their biscuits on your lap, but also like to cuddle with each other. Taking care of them was effortless. They are beautiful cats. I can't express how grateful I was to meet such nice people and their wonderful pets for my very first sit with TH. I would recommend staying with Nick and Kelly, and look forward to the chance to do so again in the future.

Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.
The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!
We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.
We recently boarded our dog at Fuzzy Critters for a week, and she absolutely loved it! The boarding stay was incredibly caring and attentive, providing regular updates that put us at ease. Fuzzy Critters has been a life saver! Our dog Maple absolutely loves going there. She starts whimpering when she realizes we are getting close and then bounds out of the car to run into Jessica's yard, leaving me in the dust. She loves hanging out with all the other doggies and still being in a home environment with access to the outside. Highly recommend!
Jessica is an amazing person who really cares about the dogs who are staying with her. Our Pepper (pit/lab mix) had a great time with Jessica. I started taking my dog, Missy, here during the pandemic and she LOVES it. Whenever we get close to the house, Missy starts jumping and getting super excited and almost busts out of the car door! I love leaving her with Jess because they treat Missy like one of their own furry family members with cuddles and playtime - and that means a lot to me.
