Sydney
Sydney and Chris were such welcoming hosts, and their sweet dog, Zach, is a champ! 14 years old and still active and energetic on walks - easy to manage on a leash and more than capable of hour+ long walks around the neighborhood. He is a gentle and affectionate dog who loves getting pats. Zach is very food-driven - at 7:55am he'd stare at us, ready for his 8am breakfast, like - "HELLO! It's time!" Zach also did great with our 5-month old son - slightly curious about him but always very respectful of his play area and his space, and he was never concerned by his cries or baby-talk. Sydney and Chris's house was very inviting and they provided us with every instruction/detail needed to care for Zach and their home well. The nearest grocery store was accessible by car and had everything we'd ever need, though Sydney and Chris were kind enough to provide us with coffee/tea and invite us to use whatever we needed from their pantry during our stay. We would absolutely recommend Zach and this housesit to future sitters!
