Caroline and her boyfriend were lovely! They sent us pictures with Timmy and left everything clean and tidy. We would happily welcome them back!

Shannon was an exceptional sitter who cared for our pets, condo and plants over 6 weeks. She was super detailed oriented, she perfectly cared for our pets and left our condo in prestine conditions. She was easy to communicate with, kind, respectful and just an overall pleasure to have sitting for us. We would love to have her pet sit again in the future.

I am so grateful for Laura and Dan. Not only did they leave my house in beautiful condition, but they stayed in contact with me. They sent me darling pictures of my beloved cat snuggled on their laps and purring. He was clearly loving the affection he was getting. I could not be happier than I am with Laura and Dan. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will certainly use them again if they are available.

Tabi and Josh were an absolute pleasure -- both personally and as house sitters and pet sitters. Shortly after we left, Tabi smelled gas and handled the situation quickly and smartly. With the help of neighbors, she contacted the gas company which verified there was a gas leak. Tabi contacted us to approve a plumber coming out and we worked things out with her and the plumber. It was quite an inconvenience for her and Josh but not much bother for us. They assured us they were fine and had no complaints. We greatly appreciated their initiative despite feeling terrible that they'd had to deal with the problem. Our 12-year-old dog seemed relaxed and happy when we got home. The house was neat and clean and the plants indoors and out watered and healthy. Tabi and Josh are easy and self sufficient. They both have an admirable work ethic but enjoyed being in a new city and took advantage of all it had to offer. They are curious and interested in new things and places and have an infectious energy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Any homeowner and pet lover would be lucky to have them as guests.

My dogs and cat were very happy to have Bert in our home, and I'm very grateful to him for making them so happy! Bert spent a lot of time with me in a video call prior to the sit; I appreciated the chance to learn more about him and his past pet sitting experiences, and I also appreciated his taking the time to fully understand the situation at my house before committing to the sit. His questions during our conversation showed me that he was thinking ahead and that he was serious about wanting to give the best possible care to my animals. A good friend of mine who lives in my town helped me greet Bert when he arrived; this friend told me that Bert asked a lot of good questions and was very friendly and polite. Throughout the sit, Bert kept in touch with me, sending me photos of my babies and asking me any questions that came up. He even cared enough to ask about the locations of my dogs' and cat's toys. Due to the unusual circumstances of my trip, I never got to meet Bert in person, but in the photos he sent, I always saw very happy dogs and a very pleased cat. Two of my dogs are quite shy, and the photos of them crowding in close for Bert's attention and cuddles really warmed my heart. Because my local friend was not available on Bert's last day at my house, Bert was kind enough to stick around and make the time to be at my house to welcome my next sitter. I really appreciated his help in introducing her to my pets and showing her what she needed to know before he left. It was clear to me that with Bert, my animals and home were in very good hands, I am thankful for his good care, and I would happily welcome him back into my home with my pets whenever he next comes back to Taiwan.

Effie was great ! Keep me up to date on Raleigh and took care of my house well. Would host her again!

Liz was great! She was super responsive and kept me updated on how Lany was doing. She took Lany on a bunch of walks and made sure she was getting plenty of exercise. She was very accommodating to my travel plans even when there was some changes. I highly recommend Liz!

Kimberly was great, in fact we asked her to do another sit but sadly she was not available. She is very responsible, really pleasant and enjoyable to spend time with, and had her dog with her and she and our dog got along swimmingly. We'd definitely ask Kimberly to sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone.

Mariya, her husband and young son took care of our animals (horse, goat, chickens, cats, fish, turtle) for two weeks. They all pitched in and quickly learned how to take care of all the animals. Mariya was in touch daily via text with updates and/or questions. Her questions gave me confidence that she was concerned with doing the right things, rather than just guessing. It took our cats a little while to get used to the small human, but Mariya’s son was always gentle with them. We returned to healthy animals and a house in great condition. I highly recommend Mariya as a capable pet and house sitter.

Caitlin ended up doing the pet sit on her own, which was agreeable to us, and we never had contact or interaction with Jacob. Our somewhat anxious dog appeared to do well, and he received adequate care. Our house was as we left it, tidy and well cared for. Perhaps I was not as explicit as I could have been with the instructions that I prepared in the welcome guide. I gave instructions to pick up and bag poop (which may have been done on walks) but was clearly not done in our yard. We came home to many "land mines" in the back yard, which was disappointing. Another issue that remains a mystery is the washing machine detergent dispenser. It opened and closed properly prior to the house sit, but wouldn't close when we returned home from our travels. Could've been a coincidence, though, since our washer is rather old. Bottom line, Caitlin took good care of our house and yard, but perhaps communication could have been improved on both ends.

This has been my second sit with Carolina. I felt instantly at ease and confident with her strong self sufficient and caring nature that honeybun would be well cared for. I left the house for my trip knowing that I could relax and not worry if something came up. I would highly recomend Carolina and would not hesitate having her back.

Thank you George for arriving early for our sit ,that meant we could leave before storm Ciaran hit Brittany, happy that our pets would be well cared for, having been able to spend time with you. There was an instant connection with our dogs and they were settled and happy. George was patient and caring, in the most difficult circumstances, the storm left our home without electricity, phones and with contaminated water, for four days. Whilst managing to look after all our animals donkeys, chickens, goats and dogs, George made time to ensure my elderly father who lives on the property was coping. I would highly recommend George as a sitter, you are calm patient, and able to cope with any problems that may arise Thank you.
