Overall, Cheryl was great. I only gave four stars for pet care but let me explain. I went away for 3 weeks. There was a heat wave the entire time I was away, and I was so afraid my newly planted back yard would wilt to death. Therfore, I leaned on Cheryl heavily to water my back yard plants and shrubs, which is a time-consuming job. She sent videos of my back yard along the way to show me how things were looking. As well as the outside, she also watered my indoor plants regularly. I returned home to see all my new shrubs and plants thriving despite the high 90 degree temps. I also returned to a wonderfully clean house and a satisfied kitty. The main issue around the pet care was that Cheryl believed my kitty should be fed more than I have been feeding him for the past 11 years (based on vet's recommendation) . Despite our email communication regarding her concerns he was not fed enough, and me clearly stating to keep to the feeding directions I'd left, Cheryl disregarded this and fed him more anyway. Although I'd left more than enough cat food to cover the time I was away, the last week she ran out of cat food and needed to buy more. I felt Cheryl was not tuned in to my cat's behavior. While she interpreted my cat was hungry whenever he meowed, much of the time he simply wants/needs/responds well to some gentle talking to with affectionate touching (massages, hair brushing, rubbing his belly), or just a few minutes of interactive play. Yet if food is offered, he will never turn it down. During Cheryl's housesit, I emphasized the yard watering. Because I felt like this was a big inconvenience and burden to place on anyone, I didn't want to emphasize that my sweet cat also required alot of attention. I knew my kitty could make it through 3 weeks on less than his usual amount of loving, but my yard would not survive a heat wave without watering! Because of my choice, I take some responsibility for the perceived lack of attention in the pet department.

Kismet is a dream to mind. I had a fab few days with her. The place really nice, is central and within walking distance of anything, you would need.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. The house is amazing, with all you need, and the neighbourhood is great. The animals were all easy to look after, and the dogs Nash and Lola stole our hearts. They are wonderful souls and we are so grateful that we could look after them and spend time with them. Jennifer was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Jennifer for giving us the opportunity to stay at your place and look after your fur babies 😊

I had a great stay in Belgrade between the years!
Keo is such a generous, responsible and sympathic person, who took the time to explain me everything.
He even wrote me a paper with helpful instructions, as well as tips about places to see and visit in Belgrade.
The apartment is spacious and cozy- equipped with everything you need.
You can find some supermarktes, bakerys and a shopping center nearby.
BB is a lovely dog and super sweet company!
She loves to cuddle and we had a lot of fun going out for walks or runs in the park, which is not far and easily accessible.
She walks loosely on the leash, is attentive and cooperative. Just a sweetheart!
I can highly recommend this stay and would definitely be up to come back!

Frankie was the sweetest cat! We shared a blanket and a lot of cuddles. The communication with Eileen was great and even though we didn’t meet in person, everything went super smooth. I’d come back anytime. Thank you!

We stayed a week in beautiful rural South Shropshire looking after Tabu for Stephanie and Ben. The area is idyllic, the dog perfectly behaved, Stephanie and Ben lovely friendly people and generous hosts, and their house is old, lovely and fantastically comfortable. It is also slap bang in the middle of dog walker's paradise and close to Much Wenlock which is one of the prettiest small towns in this part of the world.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in writing this. After failing to find an option to write reviews after sits, we have just realised that it's called feedback! Ania, Nick and twins.

I had a great weekend sitting for Naga in the beautiful and bustling Prospect Heights!

Julie and Keaton were great hosts, who told me everything I needed to know about their space and their lovely pup. Naga is verrrryyy sweet, and she loves to cozy up by your side at night or on the couch. She still has some puppy energy right now, but it’s more than manageable. And when she’s home she’s very easy. Just a very sweet, gentle dog.

The apartment is sunny and peaceful, and it’s right above a bustling city street with tons of restaurants and cafes. It's accessible and close to lots of great sites. The Brooklyn Museum is a 10-15 minute walk away — plus, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park are right next door to the museum. There are several subway stations about a 10 minute walk away, that will bring you into the city.

Thank you Julie and Keaton!
