Dog Sitters in County Galway

Wilhelmina was looking after our two cats over two weeks and was super reliable and appreciated by our cats. Luckily, we had the chance to meet her before the sit and could show her around. She cleaned after her sit so it was nice to come back. We can highly recommend her, everything was really smooth.

Ciara was such a wonderful sitter for my husky Islay. Islay immediately was happy to meet her and it seems like they had a wonderful time together. Ciara was really well organised letting me know about her plans and arrival ahead of time which was reassuring, and it was lovely getting updates throughout!

Unlike our other fun holidays, this time we needed Orla to tend our Greyhound whilst my husband had open back surgery across the country. Orla was outstanding. But then pain happened and my husband needed more time in hospital. Orla generously rescheduled her own pressing personal commitments to extend her stay accordingly. My husband remained in hospital and our dog continued to be pampered. I cannot thank Orla enough. And I have made a note to myself to, next time, plan for a longer hospital stay, and request the reasonable time rather than the optimistic time. Orla eased a stressful time. I am deeply grateful.

Danco was a delightful and expert pet and house sitter. We had excellent communication before and after the sitting, and the dogs were wonderfully cared for, as was the house! Thank you so much!

Fiona was perfect for our House and Pet sitting. She is very caring, clean, attentive and gave us complete confidence that our dogs and home were being excellently cared for. We were thrilled that she accepted our sit request and would highly recommend her.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Triona for pet sitting. Triona took care of our dog for 5 days. We spent 24 hrs together with Fiona, so our dog could get use to Triona ( our dog takes time to accept a stranger). Triona was kind, calm and allowed time for our dog to accept her. She was keen to join us on our walks in the morning and lunch time; and by evening she took our dog for the walk by herself. After walking our dog allowed to be pet by Fiona - and we knew we had a breakthrough! We were leaving for holidays having confidence that our dog was in the right hands. Chloe was happy during this period. Triona sent us daily updates and photos of our dog, which I really appreciated. The final sign of our dog having trust in Triona was when during the her last night of pet sitting - our dog went to Triona's room to sleep as there was some fireworks outside of our house and our dog is really scared of such noises. We hope to welcome Triona back at our home during our next holidays!

Austin and Bernadette looked after my two dogs for a few days whilst I was away. What a truly lovely, special couple they are. I immediately felt that my home and dogs could not be in better hands. My dogs were so well looked after and loved whilst I was away. Austin even gave my lab a good brush - she looked fantastic! My home was perfectly cared for too! After they left my lab ran out looking up and down the road for them! I really cannot reccomend Austin and Bernadette highly enough as housesitters and I really hope that they come back to look after my dogs soon.

Mary is a wonderful lady and we felt very secure knowing she’d be looking after our pet and home. She was very self-sufficient and left the house beautifully clean and the cat feeling very much cared for :-)

Niamh was excellent to deal with. Communication was very good, and Niamh dealt with household issues with pragmatism and solution driven. The house was left clean and tidy and pets happy.

Lourda is such a beautiful and caring person and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter to mind your furry family members. She is very gentle with Hoppy and Hoppy loves her energy ( Hoppy is very selective with who she likes!) She spent time cuddling with her, giving her very important medication and sending super cute pics and videos. Thank you Lourda, Hoppy is looking forward to seeing you again ❤️

Eilish was a super sitter for our cats and home. She was very enthusiastic and focused on providing care for our two cats. She communicated frequently to keep us posted on how things were going at home, and the house was totally clean when we returned. We will definitely invite her to sit for us again!

So happy we had Barbara minding our two cats and sheep .. everything worked out perfectly, the cats seemed to be happier and relaxed than ever, and coming back home the place was spotless, she updated us regularly and was sending us fotos, that was lovely, so we can highly recommend her as a pet sitter, thank you Barbara.
