I had such a great time with Charlie and the kitties at Dimitri’s family home in the hills. The home was comfortable and filled with good vibes of a loving family living full lives. There were so many great walks to explore with a huge wild reserve with trails just out the back door. Charlie was really good at persuading me to play with her toys and I was always glad she did because she would have me laughing as I chased her around the house and yard. The back deck and garden is so beautiful and I would spend lots of time out there, and even had some gorgeous hot tub dips in the evenings when it cooled down. The horses from the neighbors would be let out in the ring which was nice to watch as well. Dimitri was thorough with the instructions, easy going and kind. He was responsive when I had questions come up. I’m glad we had a little time to connect before they left. I would highly recommend this sit, you will surely fall in love with Charlie she’s so great!
Kirsteen and Michael are the kind of people that make you feel comfortable, welcome and relaxed. They have a humbling life experience and there is a lot to learn from them. Very kind and warm hearted. After they left we communicated very well, even though they were on a different continent. Their home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need. Moreover, the Nepali theme felt truly refreshing. As for Snuffles and Lucky... they are absolutely adorable. True therapy dogs. Have never met such calm and happy dogs before. They have a special eastern diet, but overall it's very easy to take care of their needs. The walks in Troon are all spectacular. Every sunset is a blessing. Honestly, can't recommend this sit enough. Would love to come back. Thank you Kirsteen and Michael!
